Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and brand image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Perum Pegadaian Timur Bekasi Branch. The study was conducted at Perum Pegadaian Timur Bekasi Branch. Sampling of research using probability sampling and simple random sampling methods. Data analysis uses path analysis. Based on data analysis, it is known that partially each of the independent variables is service quality, brand image and customer satisfaction has an influence on customer loyalty at Perum Pegadaian, East Bekasi Branch. Then the results of the analysis of customer satisfaction variables as intervening variables can be proved perfectly that customer satisfaction variables indirectly influence the service quality variable on customer loyalty and brand image variables on customer loyalty. This statement can be proven by the magnitude of the indirect effect (service quality on customer loyalty and brand image on customer loyalty) through customer satisfaction identified as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence and work motivation on the work productivity employees of PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia Pasar Rebo. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of Lotte Shopping Indonesia Pasar Rebo. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression test and simple regression test. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially competence and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on the work productivity employees of PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia Pasar Rebo.

Abstract

The purpose to determine the effect of motivation and training on employee performance PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk KCU Matraman Jakarta. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research population amounted to 68 people, the sampling technique used a saturated sample, all members of the population were used as samples totaling 68 employees of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk KCU Matraman Jakarta. The research method uses partially and simultaneous linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that in partially or simultaneous ways, motivation and training have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Word Of Mouth and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions at the Tokopedia Online Media Shop at PT. Tokopedia Tower Jakarta, South Jakarta.  The sampling technique used is a random sampling system. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to consumers of PT. Tokopedia Tower Jakarta as a respondent. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and correlation coefficient analysis. The results showed that:        1) The wordof mouth variable has a positive and significant influence in improving purchasing decisions, 2) The product quality variable has a positive and significant influence in improving purchase decisions, 3) The word of mouth and product quality variables have a positive and significant influence in improving purchase decisions

Abstract

Waste management is one of the greatest challenges faced by global communities today. Understanding the types, sources, and forms of waste is essential to raise awareness. This study aims to increase awareness and promote positive behavior in household waste management, focusing on the Environmentally Aware Community (MasDarLing) in Pondokgede District, which consists of 5 sub-districts and 78 neighborhood units (RW), through the UNKRIS Community Service Program (KKN). This research employs a qualitative analysis method with several stages, including preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results show that 67% of the community understands the importance of not littering, 84% are aware of the need to sort waste before disposal, and 97% are conscious of the negative impacts of waste on the environment. Additionally, 84% of the community deposits inorganic waste at waste banks, and 97% have knowledge about composting and biopore absorption holes. The positive impacts of this activity include a cleaner environment, increased environmental awareness, and the establishment of more waste banks in Pondokgede District.
