Abstract

ABSTRAKPengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tema pemberdayaan pada kerajinan bambu dilaksanakan di desa Babakan Raden Kecamatan Cariu, Kabupaten Bogor mulai tanggal 30 Januari 2023 sampai dengan 8 Februari 2023. Tujuan kegiatan ini memberikan keterampilan dasar bagi pemula dalam membuat kerajinan bambu, memberikan pengetahuan tentang penggunaan alat-alat mesin dan manual, memberikan pengetahuan tentang pengembangan desain produk menjadi pengrajin bambu yang sudah melewati tahap pemula. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara dalam bentuk materi, teori dan praktek dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian selama kegiatan ini yakni pengetahuan secara teoritik dan praktek. Secara teori, peserta mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang kerajinan industri dan pengembangan desain tahap-tahap. Secara praktis kegiatan ini menghasilkan produk kerajinan kursi dan bilik bambu dari bahan bambu. Pengabdian ini memberikan peningkatan dan pengembangan dari jenis barang, yang mana sebelumnya mitra hanya menghasilkan barang seperti kursi bambu. Kegiatan ini sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan mitra, dimana mitra dapat mempraktekan secara langsung dalam pembuatan produk kerajinan bambu. ABSTRACT Community service with the theme of empowerment in bamboo crafts is being carried out in the village of Babakan Raden, Cariu District, Bogor Regency. This activity will run ten days, from January 30 to February 8, 2023. The goal of this activity is to give basic skills for novices in manufacturing bamboo crafts, knowledge about using machine tools and manuals, and knowledge about designing product designs for bamboo craftsmen who have progressed past the beginner level. In the form of content, theory and practice, and evaluation, this service activity technique employs observation and interview methodologies. The outcome of this activity's dedication is theoretical and practical knowledge. Participants learn about industrial crafts and design development stages in theory. In practice, this activity results in handicrafts.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe goal of this research is to explain the role of creativity and innovation in food and beverage industry productivity. The samples that became the objects to achieve the research objectives were 99 food and beverage business units in Bekasi City. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a semantic Differential scale, and the regression model was tested. According to the findings of this study, creativity, and innovation play a role in productivity. Expertise and the ability to generate originality will boost the food/beverage industry's productivity. Productivity will rise as a result of more comprehensive marketing and innovation in the creation of items to sell.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan peran dari kreativitas dan inovasi terhadap produktivitas di industri makanan dan minuman. Untuk tercapainya tujuan penelitian sampel yang menjadi objek sebanyak 99 unit usaha makanan dan minuman di Kota Bekasi. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala simantic differential kemudian dilakukan uji model regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas dan inovasi memiliki peran terhadap produktivitas. Keahlian dan kemampuan dalam menciptakan kreativitas maka produktivitas industri makanan/minuman akan meningkat. Inovasi dalam menciptakan produk barang yang akan dijual dengan melakukan pemasaran yang lebih meluas maka akan terjadi peningkatan produktivitas.

Abstract

Desa Wisata Sawarna memiliki potensi pariwisata yang besar, khususnya pada wisata pantai. Namun, tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya dukungan terhadap penjaga pantai Balawista dalam menjaga keselamatan wisatawan, keterbatasan peralatan, dan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat serta wisatawan mengenai pentingnya keselamatan di pantai. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan Balawista melalui peningkatan kapasitas, penerapan teknologi tepat guna, dan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak. Metode pemberdayaan masyarakat partisipatif bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan kemandirian kelompok penjaga pantai Balawista Sawarna. Pendekatan ini melibatkan sosialisasi melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan kampanye edukasi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran serta dukungan masyarakat dan wisatawan terhadap keselamatan pantai. Program ini juga mencakup pelatihan manajemen untuk mengembangkan keterampilan mitra dalam pencatatan keuangan dan pemasaran digital, serta penyediaan peralatan keselamatan dan bahan baku produksi untuk mendukung operasional dan kemandirian ekonomi Balawista. Selain itu, ada pendampingan berkelanjutan dan evaluasi untuk memastikan keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan program. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kapasitas Balawista, baik dari segi keterampilan manajemen maupun kesiapan dalam menghadapi situasi darurat di pantai. Dukungan dari pemerintah dan masyarakat juga meningkat, dengan partisipasi yang lebih aktif dalam menjaga keselamatan wisatawan. Dengan pelatihan yang diberikan serta penerapan teknologi, Balawista kini lebih siap untuk menjalankan tugasnya, sementara pariwisata di Desa Sawarna dapat berkembang secara lebih aman dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This article has a look at the Jakarta Light Rail Transit (LRT) system's Digital Marketing Communication Model, highlighting the sustainable urban transportation. In view of the traffic gridlock and the pollution in cities, we need well-targeted communication strategies in promoting public transport.New studies in digital marketing, urban mobility, and sustainability is brought up to date. Everyone is heavily relying on digital platforms to convey information and change attitudes and behaviors towards the adoption of sustainable transportation solutions. The case studies of these strategies are then described using examples of similar urban locations. Meanwhile, an in-depth study was conducted through interviews with commuters, city planners, and marketing experts. A detailed research has been accomplished to find the main factors influencing acceptance and use of LRT by the public. The research results provide evidence for digital communications being the best way to get people to choose the Jakarta LRT. The document analyzes social media advertising targeted at specific groups of people, educational mobile apps, and activities such as community gatherings. The reader should agree with the view that the two-way interaction between the transportation authority and users should be continuous so that communication may be better and the challenges addressed. The communication gap can be best filled by transportation companies that choose the Digital Marketing Communication Model to make public transportation more sustainable. The platform offers the embedding of digital technologies into the ease of inherent sustainable urban mobility that would influence people in the more sustainable way to explore the merits of the Light train. This would then strengthen the communities discussing the use of electric buses, car-sharing schemes, and light rail transit-based transportation systems in relation to the city and the promotion of public transport facilities to people by informing them of the environmental benefits all these actions can bring.

Abstract

Waste management is one of the greatest challenges faced by global communities today. Understanding the types, sources, and forms of waste is essential to raise awareness. This study aims to increase awareness and promote positive behavior in household waste management, focusing on the Environmentally Aware Community (MasDarLing) in Pondokgede District, which consists of 5 sub-districts and 78 neighborhood units (RW), through the UNKRIS Community Service Program (KKN). This research employs a qualitative analysis method with several stages, including preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results show that 67% of the community understands the importance of not littering, 84% are aware of the need to sort waste before disposal, and 97% are conscious of the negative impacts of waste on the environment. Additionally, 84% of the community deposits inorganic waste at waste banks, and 97% have knowledge about composting and biopore absorption holes. The positive impacts of this activity include a cleaner environment, increased environmental awareness, and the establishment of more waste banks in Pondokgede District.
