Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this research is to examine the extent to which game-selfcongruity, brand-self congruity and brand-game congruity simultaneously affect gameplayer‟s attitude towards the advertised brand in advergame. This research extends theextant literature that asserts that the player‟s attitude towards brand is not onlyinfluenced by perceived congruity between brand and game, but it is also affected bythe player‟s self-concept and how he/she identifies him/herself to the game and thebrand. The results showed that brand-game congruity has significant effect on player‟sattitude towards the brand and perceived entertainment was found to mediate the effectof game-self congruity on player‟s attitude. Findings of this research can helpmarketers to better design and promote marketing approaches to consumers by takinggame-self and brand-self congruities into account.Keywords: Advergame, game-self congruity, brand-game congruity, brand-selfcongruity

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of testing and analyzing either partially or simultaneously the effect of CAR and ROA on the Stock Price. The technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and using statistical test software, namely SPSS. In this study, the data source used was secondary data. The number of samples used as many as 40 data sampling in this study using the purposive sampling method. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that CAR partially has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, ROA partially has a positive and significant effect on stock prices and CAR and ROA simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on stock prices, with the results of the coefficient of determination test, the value of R Square is 0.176 which means that CAR and ROA have a simultaneous effect of about 17.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Current Ratio, Return On Assets, and Debt To Asset Ratio on Financial Distress, in property, real estate, and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2020 period. The data used in this research is quantitative data. The sampling technique using purposive sampling obtained a total sample of 99 data. Data collection with documentation and data processing with t test, f test, and test the coefficient of determination of multiple linear regression using the classical assumption test. The results of the study show that the Current Ratio has no effect on Financial Distress; Return On Assets has no effect on Financial Distress; Debt To Asset Ratio has a negative and significant effect on Financial Distress; Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Debt To Asset Ratio has no effect on Financial Distress. Recommendations for further research can use other sectors that have phenomena leading to bankruptcy, using variables other than financial ratios such as good corporate governance and free cash flow as factors that have a greater possibility of explaining bankruptcy.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the average value of financial ratios used as a Z-score analysis, to predict bankruptcy, and to find out the development trend (tendency) of the Z-score value in retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used in this study is a quantitative analysis method. The research object is a retail company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which was selected through the purposive sampling stage or according to the criteria, and has audited financial statements available as secondary data. The result is that there are three retail companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which are predicted to experience bankruptcy based on the distress zone condition or the condition of financial difficulties within the company, namely; PT Global Teleshop Tbk with a period of four years (2016-2019), PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk with a period of three years (2017-2019), PT Trikomsel Oke Tbk with a period of five years (2015-2019)

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat merupakan bagian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang diterapkan pada kegiatan sosial sebagai realisasi pembelajaran pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Krisnadwipayana. Desa Babakan Raden Kecamatan Cariu merupakan daerah potensial penghasil daun Afrika, daun ini tumbuh liar di daerah desa tersebut. Karena kurangnya informasi tentang daun Afrika, banyak orang yang tidak mengenal jenis tanaman obat tersebut, sehingga tidak diolah dan diproduksi untuk mendapatkan keuntungan. Daun-daun ini menciptakan peluang usaha baru bagi perempuan sehingga dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Desa Babakan Raden, Kecamatan Cariu, Kabupaten Bogor juga merupakan salah satu desa yang potensial untuk dilakukan usaha Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO). bentuk mentah. Pemberdayaan perempuan ternyata memegang peranan penting dalam kelangsungan hidup keluarga, baik yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan moral anak, maupun pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi keluarga sebagai salah satu pilar utama kehidupan keluarga.

Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menyampaikan faktor-faktor produksi yang digunakan dalam budidaya jagung di Desa Babakan Raden Kecamatan Cariu Kabupaten Bogor Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan pengamatan, masih belum jelas bagaimana faktor/parameter produksi jagung yang digunakan petani di desa tersebut belum mencukupi, yang mengakibatkan petani belum mampu meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman jagung.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the Debt-to-Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share, and Price Earning Ratio on the share price. This research uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from financial reports for the period 2015 to 2019. The research results show that simultaneously, the variables DER, EPS, and PER have a significant influence on stock prices. Partially, the DER and EPS variables have a weak influence on stock prices, while PER has a stronger influence on share prices. This finding has the implication that company management must consider these financial factors in their share price increase strategy. It is hoped that this research can contribute to financial literature and become a reference for further research. The contribution of this research to the finance literature is significant in several ways. First, this research highlights the influence of the Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) on the share price of PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk from 2015 to 2019. Managerial Implications The study examining the effect of Debt-to-Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share, and Price Earning Ratio on stock prices provides critical insights for corporate financial managers and investors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of product quality and promotion on customer loyalty. The study was conducted on Shopee customers in Rawamangun, East Jakarta. The population used in this survey are Shopee customers in Rawamangun, East Jakarta. The method of sample selection in this study was using an incidental sampling technique. The results of the study showed that, in part, the quality of the product has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The product quality regression coefficient was positively marked as 0.464, and the promotion had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The coefficient of regression of the positively marked promotion is 0.535. Implications Management needs to constantly invest resources in research and development (R&D) to ensure that the products produced always meet or even exceed customer expectations. Superior product quality and effective promotion can increase brand equity and differentiate the company from competitors. By understanding and applying these implications, managers can make better decisions in designing products and marketing campaigns aimed at increasing customer loyalty, which ultimately contributes to the long-term growth of the business.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan ikan lele adalah serangkaian upaya dan tindakan yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, kesejahteraan, dan keberlanjutan budidaya ikan lele. Ini dapat mencakup berbagai aspek seperti: Pelatihan, Pendanaan dan akses modal, Pengembangan infrastruktur, Peningkatan kualitas dan profuktivitas, Pemasaran dan Distribusi dan Kerjasama dan Kelembagaan. Oleh karena itu, Dengan pemberdayaan ini, diharapkan para petani lele dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka, menjaga keberlanjutan usaha, dan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perekonomian lokal dan nasional. Namun pada kenyataannya pelaksanaan pemberdayaan ikan lele ini dapat menghadapi berbagai kendala dan kekurangan seperti: Akses terbatas ke modal dan sumber daya, kurangnya dukungan pemerintah dan kebijakan yang tidak memadai dan kurang nya Kerjasama dan kolaborasi pada pihak lain. Pelatihan dan pemberian modal kerja kepada Kelompok Pembudidaya Ikan (POKDAKAN) di Desa Mandalamekar. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKM yang telah dilaksanakan, adanya peningkatan persentase panen sebesar 20-30%. Melaksanakan budidaya ikan lele di Desa Mandalamekar dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat yang signifikan, baik bagi Masyarakat desa maupun bagi perekonomian lokal seperti: Sumber Pendapatan Baru, Penciptaan Lapangan Kerja dan Pemanfaatan Lahan dan Sumber Daya Air.

Abstract

Hutan mangrove merupakan habitat penting bagi kelautan dan sebagai penjaga pantai dari abrasi. Salah satu daerah yang mempunyai hutan mangrove dan cukup rentan dengan terjadinya abrasi adalah Desa Pantai Bahagia di Kecamatan Muaragembong Kabupaten Bekasi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman masayarakat tentang pentingnya mangrove dalam mencegah terjadi abrasi. Kegiatan ini melibatkan masyarakat Kecamatan Muaragembong. Secara umum, kegiatan ini berjalan dengan lancar diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini, masyarakat Desa Pantai Bahagia dapat memahami dan mengambil manfaat besar yang dimiliki oleh mangrove serta mencegah Desa dari abrasi.
