Abstract

Abstract– This study aims to produce a single-phase synchronous generator with an AC-DC-AC system using an EGS002 driver board that produces a pure sine wave of 50 Hz. This synchronous device system first converts alternating current (AC) to direct current (DC) to facilitate the generator synchronization process, then converts it back into alternating current (AC). The EGS002 driver board uses IC EG8010 as a control chip and IR2113S as a driver chip that produces square waves with two frequencies: low frequency 50 Hz and high frequency ± 1 KHz. The EGS002 driver board generates a square wave, then amplified by a full-bridge IGBT. This synchronous device uses a series of inductors with a capacitor as a lowpass filter which converts both square waves into a pure sine wave of 50 Hz. Abstrak– Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan alat sinkron generator 1 fasa dengan sistem AC-DC-AC menggunakan papan driver EGS002 yang mengeluarkan gelombang sinus murni 50 Hz. Sistem alat sinkron ini terlebih dahulu merubah arus bolak-balik (AC) ke arus searah (DC) untuk mempermudah proses sinkronisasi generator, kemudian diubah kembali menjadi arus bolak-balik (AC). Papan driver EGS002 menggunakan IC EG8010 sebagai chip control dan IR2113S sebagai chip driver yang menghasilkan gelombang kotak dengan dua jenis frekuensi yaitu: low frekuensi 50 Hz dan high frekuensi ± 1 KHz. Papan driver EGS002 menghasilkan gelombang kotak, kemudian dikuatkan oleh IGBT yang disusun full-bridge untuk menghasilkan daya yang lebih besar. Alat sinkron ini mengunakan rangkaian induktor diseri dengan kapasitor sebagai lowpass filter yang mengubah kedua gelombang kotak menjadi gelombang sinus murni 50 Hz.

Abstract

Abstract– This study aims to apply and analyze a problem-based learning model in a group of students of Class X Electrical Power Installation Engineering (in Indonesian abbreviated TITL) SMK Cokroaminoto Kotamobagu in Basic Electronics learning. This research hypothesizes that if you apply a problem-based learning model, it can improve student learning outcomes. Based on the research in the first cycle of 22 students, only 8 students (26%) achieved learning mastery with a value of 75. While in the second cycle, it increased to 22 (all) students (100%) who achieved learning mastery. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that using a problem-based learning model can improve learning outcomes in Basic Electronics for class X TITL students at SMK Cokroaminoto Kotamobagu. Abstrak– Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan dan menganalisis model pembelajaran berbasis masalah pada kelompok siswa Kelas X Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik (TITL) SMK Cokroaminoto Kotamobagu pada pembelajaran Elektronika Dasar. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah apabila menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah maka dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan penelitian pada siklus I dari 22 siswa hanya 8 orang siswa (26%) yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar dengan nilai ≤ 75. Sedangkan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 22 (semua) siswa (100%) yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka dapat dilihat bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Elektronika Dasar siswa kelas X TITL SMK Cokroaminoto Kotamobagu.

Abstract

This study aims to design an electronic system from solar energy lamps using Arduino Uno and then implement it into a prototype circuit. This solar energy lighting system supports the green energy ecosystem in the implementation of solar cells in the design of cost-effective electronic systems. This automatic solar energy lamp system consists of solar panels and batteries as inputs, LDR and voltage sensors as references and sensors, Arduino Uno and relays as controllers, and LCD and LED lights as output circuits. The implementation results show that solar energy lamps using Arduino Uno can function properly. The solar energy stored in the battery can be used automatically as lighting at night without using electricity from PLN. It can automate the light in the room, eliminating the need to turn them off and on manually.

Abstract

The economic development of the community affects the widespread use of household electricity. Of course, the development of technology touches every aspect of the activity, whether for entertainment, pleasure or primary needs. Every dry season, the threat of fire is often a scourge for all of us. One of the leading causes is a short circuit of electric current. Electricity is an essential part of this day and age. Everyone needs electricity, whether it is from the lower levels of society to the upper levels of society, both for household, office and industrial purposes. Specifically for household purposes, electricity has become an inseparable part of daily needs. A pandemic has resulted in more extended and varied use of electricity in the home. Another consequence is that it is more prone to short circuits or even fires. The critical criteria that must be met at home are the proper installation of security fuses, the avoidance of sockets with multiple connections, and other items that must guarantee adequate grounding or fulfil the requirements with installations that meet the General Electrical Installation Requirements (in Bahasa Indonesia is abbreviated as PUIL). Problems that can be identified are: What is the average resistance of the student body to AC voltage? Are there any differences in male and female body resistance? The benefits of this research are: Theoretical benefits assessing the average resistance of the human body for planning protection system equipment. Practical benefits it is known as the average student body resistance value. Become a reference in determining the value of a protection system plan. The average measurement results in the range of 5100 Ohm. The results showed a significant difference between the levels of body resistance of male and female students. This is because the number of female students in this study is much smaller than that of male students.

Abstract

Abstrak— Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pembelajaran berbasis kasus (case-based learning) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pemelajar SMK kelas X TITL. Pembelajaran berbasis kasus merupakan suatu teknik untuk meningkatkan pemikiran tingkat tinggi ketika memecahkan suatu kasus. Pengetahuan pemelajar dalam mengemukakan pendapat dapat lebih baik dalam proses pendidikan; pemelajar kurang mampu mengeksekusi informasi yang diberikan pembelajar, dan rendahnya pengalaman kelompok pemelajar dalam sesi Elektronika Dasar. Hal ini digunakan dalam skenario dan studi masalah dalam pembelajaran berbasis kasus untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan penalaran pemelajar dalam memecahkan tantangan yang dihadapi, terutama hasil belajar yang rendah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas X TITL 1 SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon pada bulan April–Mei 2023. Kategori pembelajaran merupakan kegiatan kelas tiga siklus yang meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik dan alat pengumpulan informasi penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif terhadap informasi pada kertas kerja pemelajar, pencatatan nilai, dan lembar observasi. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa hasil belajar pemelajar meningkat drastis dari siklus I ke siklus II hingga siklus III bila menggunakan paradigma pembelajaran berbasis kasus. Sedangkan pada siklus I rata-rata angkanya mencapai 68%; pada siklus II rata-rata angkanya mencapai 80,30%; dan pada siklus III rata-rata angkanya mencapai 90%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa paradigma pembelajaran berbasis kasus dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pemelajar.
