Abstract

ABSTRAK Peranan Sumber Daya Manusia dalam suatu perusahaan adalah sangat penting sehingga diperlukan cara-cara untuk memberikan kepuasan kerja bagi pegawai yang ada, agar para pegawai mau bekerja dan menggunakan skill atau kemampuan yang dimilikinya secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karier dan Iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan secara random sebanyak 68 pegawai Perusahaan Umum Daerah (PERUMDA) Air Minum Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif pendekatan asosiatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, pengembangan karier berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai sebesar 0,193. Kedua, iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai sebesar 0,454. Ketiga, pengembangan karier dan iklim organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai sebesar 9,374. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Karier, Iklim Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja ABSTRACTThe role of human resources in a company is very important so that there are necessity ways to provide job satisfaction for existing employees, that make employees want to work and use their skills or abilities to the fullest. This study aims to determine the effect of career development and organizational climate on job satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative research. The research sample was taken randomly as many as 68 employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PERUMDA) of Cirebon City. This research is a quantitative descriptive associative approach. The results of this study indicate that: First, career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a value of 0.193. Second, the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a value of 0.454. Third, career development and organizational climate together have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a value of 9,374. Keywords: Career Development, Organization Climate, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki kontribusi yang besar untuk perekonomian negara Indonesia, akan tetapi UMKM masih memiliki kelemahan. Berdasarkan analisis situasi pada UMKM di desa Cimara diketahui bahwa mayoritas UMKM belum memiliki kemasan yang berkualitas serta tidak memiliki SPP-IRT, permasalahan tersebut diduga karena masih kurangnya kesadaran pelaku UMKM mengenai pentingnya kemasan yang berkualitas dan SPP-IRT. Tujuan kegiatan PKM ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi mengenai strategi pengemasan produk yang baik serta prosedur pengurusan SPP-IRT. Kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan di Desa Cimara, Kecamatan Pasawahan Kabupaten Kuningan pada tanggal 12 Februari 2020. Metode pemberdayaan yang digunakan adalah ceramah. Jumlah peserta yang hadir 25 orang. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini peserta mendapatkan informasi mengenai strategi pengemasan produk yang baik serta informasi mengenai tahapan dan persyaratan mendapatkan SPP-IRT. Saran untuk kegiatan pengabdian selanjutnya adalah melakukan pendataan UMKM yang memiliki potensi bisnis yang baik, selanjutnya melakukan pendampingan secara intensif mengenai perbaikan kemasan serta melaksanakan pengurusan SPP-IRT secara kolektif di desa Cimara dengan melakukan kerja sama antara pihak UMKM, aparat desa Cimara, Akademisi serta Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kuningan.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to find out the influence of person-job fit and self-efficacy on the job performance of agent assurance of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Cabang Cirebon partially and simultaneously. The population of this research is the agent assurance of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Cabang Cirebon. The sampling technique of this research is random sampling. Meaning that the sample is taken in a certain part. The sample taken in this research is 64 respondents. The method of collecting the data is questionnaires, while the method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The finding of this research shows that person-job fit and self-efficacy has positive and significant influence on job performance. Keyword: Person job fit, Self Efficacy, Performance Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh person job fit dan efikasi diri secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja agen asuransi pada PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Cabang Cirebon. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah agen asuransi PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Cabang Cirebon. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel diambil pengambilan anggota sampel dari populasi dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi itu. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 64 responden. Metode dalam pengumpulan data ini menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa person job fit dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Kata Kunci : Person Job Fit, Efikasi Diri, dan Kinerja.

Abstract

Desa Sitiwinangun Kecamatan Jamblang Kabupaten Cirebon merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi produk local ginuine yaitu gerabah yang sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan. Namum kondisi saat ini pasar kerajinan gerabah di Sitiwinangun masih perlu sentuhan akademisi agar potensi yang ada dapat kebangkan menjadi Desa Wisata Gerabah Sitiwinangun. Karena hal ini sangat menguntungkan bagi penjual yang mayoritas merupakan penduduk Desa Sitiwiangun itu sendiri maupun menambah pemasukan devisa negara. Pengembangan kawasan juga dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu cara meningkatkan geliat perekonomian serta meningkatkan kualitas masyarakat setempat dengan memperhatikan kualitas lingkungan. Permasalahan yang timbul pada proyek pengembangan kawasan kerajinan gerabah Sitiwinangunadalah bagaimana menawarkan kenyamanan pengelolaan sirkulasi dan memunculkan aktifitas pendukung kegiatan perdagangan yang berupa; teknologi yang dipakai, rest area, restoran, sarana ibadah dan area parkir yang memadai seluruh pengunjung area kawasan kerajinan. Metode pendampiangan UKM gerabah melalui workshop dan penggunaan teknologi tepat guna dapat meningkatkan kreativitas dan inovasi bagi pengrajin gderabah di Sitiwiangun, sehingga diharapkan produknya dapat memiliki daya saing yang baik, yang pada akhirnya dapat memberikan dampak bagi kesejahteraan UKM itu sendiri.

Abstract

Usaha mikro kecil dan menengah yang biasa disebut UMKM merupakan pelaku bisnis yang menyentuh kepentingan masyarakat. Di Indonesia, Usaha UMKM saat ini dianggap sebagai cara yang efektif dalam pengentasan kemiskinan. UMKM dapat menciptakan peluang kerja yang cukup besar bagi tenaga kerja dalam negeri, sehingga sangat membantu upaya mengurangi pengangguran. Salah satu daerah yang memiliki UMKM yang potensial adalah Kabupaten Cirebon. yang merupakan Kabupaten/kota perdagangan. Perkembangan UMKM di Kabupaten Cirebon pun dari tahun ke tahunnya menunjukan peningkatan yang signifikan. UMKM Kabupaten cirebon telah memberikan kontribusi bagi perkembangan Kabupaten Cirebon.Meskipun pertumbuhan UMKM di Kabupaten Cirebon memiliki perkembangan dari tahun ke tahun, akan tetapi masih menyisakan banyak permasalahan. Permasalahan tersebut diantaranya adalah : rendahnya kualitas SDM, kurangnya inovasi, belum memiliki badan hukum, akses permodalan rendah dan minimnya pendampingan dilapangan. Pendekatan yang akan diterapkan dalam program pendampingan kewirausahaan bagi UMKM yaitu metode pelatihan kewirausahaan, dengan berbagai kegiatan antara lain :workshopdan melakukanpembimbingan dan pendampingan teknis usaha kepada tenant. Pelaksanaan pendampingan terhadap 40 UMKM Tenant dilakukan secara tim berdasarkan bidang keahlian dan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM Tenant. Output kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kapasitas UMKM Tenant dalam hal motivasi SDM & kewirausahaan, pemasaran, kapasitas produksi, kemasan, dan penyusunan pembukuan keuangan sederhana.

Abstract

The emotional intelligence of employees can make employees have the desire to the turnover intention which can also be influenced by the level of job burnout employees. This research aims to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence on the turnover intention with job burnout as the mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative analysis method which aims to analyze the relationship between the observed variables and to confirm the theory using PLS-SEM analysis (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling). Respondent consists of 233 employees of PD. Bank BPR West Java who were selected using random sampling technique. The results showed that emotional intelligence, consisting of social competence and personal competence, positively affect turnover intention, characterized by the behaviors of thinking to quit, job search, and intending to quit. Emotional intelligence, consisting of social competence and personal competence, positively influences job burnout which can be seen from the aspect of exhaustion, depersonalization, and declining achievement. Employees experiencing a high level of emotional exhaustion will be likely to quit and look for new career opportunities. In other words, the higher the level of job burnout is, the higher the tendency of the employee to quit becomes.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between work-family conflict and employee performance, as well as the effects of job satisfaction and work-family conflict on employee performance. For the study, which was conducted at PT. Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia Rancaekek Bandung, 195 married female employees from the Production Department were chosen. A questionnaire was used to collect the study's data, and the statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) program was used for the analysis. The results demonstrate that although work-family conflict does not directly and significantly affect employee performance, it does so when job satisfaction is taken into account as a mediator. Furthermore, employee performance is significantly positively impacted by job satisfaction. These results highlight the crucial role that job satisfaction plays in minimizing the detrimental effects of work-family conflict on employee performance.

Abstract

Electronic Commerce or e-commerce is all buying and selling activities or transactions carried out using electronic media (the internet). Even though telephones and television are included as electronic means, e-commerce now refers more to digital technology or the internet. The purpose of researchers in conducting this analysis is to determine the threats and opportunities that will be faced by online shop MSMEs in Gegesik village, Cirebon Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. The research results from the closure of the TikTok Shop have an impact on the welfare of the people of Gegesik village who previously depended on the TikTok Shop and are now very confused. There are two camps of opinion, namely the first, there are those who agree that the TikTok Shop is closed. It is a threat to MSMEs in Indonesia because some think that the goods sold at the TikTok Shop are imported goods from China, Hong Kong, and Thailand, which will close down small companies. and medium and accompanied by a storm of mass layoffs and fear of user data being intercepted by other countries. The group that does not agree with TikTok Shop being closed believes that with social media like TikTok Shop, someone can once again struggle to earn a living to meet their family's needs, whereas those who were previously laid off (layoffs) can survive day after day because they rely on their hopes from TikTok Shop.

Abstract

Currently, in the global market era, many daily necessities are circulating in the world goods market domestic and foreign products. Many companies are developing in Indonesia, both domestic companies and foreign investment companies. One of them is Unilever Indonesia which operates in the primary consumer sector. This research aims to describe efforts to create the influence of competitive strategy and product quality on business performance at Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The urgency of research is to fulfill assignments for the Strategic Management course and as a requirement to take the Final Semester Examination. This research is intended for readers as supporting material for further research in the future and is also useful for writers to develop the process of creating scientific work. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach method with Explanatory Research research, using annual financial data for the last 3-year period. This method aims to find variable relationships that exist in a community. Using company financial reports to determine the results and influence of competitive strategy and product quality on company sales over several decades and determine the effectiveness of company strategy in the company's business performance. This research was created based on references from several journals by previous researchers with variables that are closely related to the title of the research created by the author.

Abstract

Information technology's evolution urges global businesses to adapt to the digital era, instigating changes in technology, customer interactions, and product/service marketing. Digital marketing strategies, particularly integrated ones involving social media, search engines, and paid campaigns, are crucial for sustained business success. This research explores how companies can boost performance through integrated digital marketing, emphasizing the correlation with increased brand awareness, market penetration, and customer loyalty. In response to the digital era's paradigm shift, where customers are highly connected online, the study investigates the integration of digital marketing elements (social media, SEO, PPC campaigns) to enhance overall business effectiveness. Employing literature analysis, case studies, and surveys with a quantitative approach, the research assesses the impact of these strategies on brand awareness, market penetration, and customer loyalty. Findings indicate a positive contribution to business growth through integrated digital marketing. Companies adept at optimizing digital channels through an integrated plan are poised for greater success in achieving marketing goals. The research concludes that an integrated digital marketing strategy is pivotal in enhancing business effectiveness in the digital age, offering valuable insights for practitioners, marketing managers, and researchers navigating intense digital competition towards larger business goals.
