Abstract

Permasalahan pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi terutama kebutuhan gizi pada usia bayi, balita dan anak merupakan masalah klasik yang masih terjadi di dunia termasuk di Indonesia Permasalahan ini merupakan kasus kompleks yang tetap terjadi meskipun beragam kebijakan / public policy telah dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah Indonesia. Salah satu dampak dari kurang pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi pada usia bayi, balita dan anak dapat memicu terjadinya kejadian stunting baik pada usia bayi, balita dan anak.. Beberapa upaya preventif yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya stunting adalah dengan melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan kepada bayi, balita dan anak serta memberikan edukasi kepada orangtua mengenai pola asuh dan pola makan yang benar. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Mojoranu Kecamatan Sooko Kabupaten Mojokerto. Materi kegiatan disampaikan melalui metode penyuluhan dan diskusi. Dari hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan telah terlaksana dengan baik. Materi yang disampaikan kepada peserta kegiatan dapat diterima dengan baik oleh peserta kegiatan yang dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan yang dimiliki peserta kegiatan tentang pengetahuan pola asuh dan pola makan yang benar.

Abstract

The abundance of crops, especially cassava in the Blooto sub-district, has made many people sell processed food products made from cassava. However, due to a lack of information about marketing strategies, SMEs products from the Blooto sub-district can only be sold in the local market. Even then, they must compete with products from outside which are the result of large-scale industrial factories with well-known brands. This community service report tries to provide the best solution on modern digital marketing promotion strategies by utilizing social media to help SMEs market their products so they can penetrate regional, national and even foreign markets. Of course this is also balanced with attractive product innovations as well as support from the government as regulatory policy makers.

Abstract

This community service was carried out in Sumbersari Hamlet, Mojojajar Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency, with the aim of increasing the community's knowledge and skills in cultivating grass jelly plants to boost their economy. Community service activities last for 3 months and use counseling and mentoring methods. Counseling is carried out by providing material about the cultivation of grass jelly plants, including planting, maintenance and harvesting techniques to converting them into economically valuable products such as grass jelly ice and organic fertilizer from grass jelly waste. Mentoring is carried out by helping the community apply the material that has been presented in the counseling. The results of community service show a significant increase in community knowledge and skills in cultivating grass jelly plants after participating in counseling and mentoring. This is proven by the increasing number of participants who succeeded in harvesting grass jelly and their harvests. This increase also has a positive impact on the economy of the people of Sumbersari Hamlet, as can be seen from the increase in their average monthly income. The success of this community service shows that grass jelly cultivation can be a promising business alternative to improve the economy of rural communities. This community service program can be replicated in other areas with similar conditions.

Abstract

The aim of IT-based village community service activities in Balongmojo Village, Puri District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java is to increase understanding and skills of village traditional institutions as a means of preserving, empowering and integrating Balongmojo village traditional institutions with the SIMDES application. The problem with the Balongmojo Village traditional institution is that the knowledge of the village traditional institution administrators regarding IT and computer-based management skills is still not advanced, so all the activities of the Balongmojo village traditional institution have not been well documented. The implementation method used is utilizing the SIMDES Balongmojo application, training and mentoring regarding understanding for village administrators regarding skills in using the IT-based SIMDES application. The results of this Community Service are the IT-based SIMDES application and increased understanding and skills of village traditional institution administrators on how to collect and document all activities of village traditional institutions in Balongmojo.

Abstract

This activity aims to empower the Kembangan hamlet community to increase family income and food security through utilizing the potential of tea in the area. Activities were carried out involving lecturers and students from local educational institutions, with the active participation of 8 hamlet residents. The method used involves the process of collecting field data, analyzing the potential of tea in the local area, as well as providing training in tea processing techniques. Lecturers as facilitators provide knowledge and skills to students and residents in managing tea plants efficiently and using appropriate processing techniques. The results of this activity include improving the quality of tea, diversifying tea processed products, and implementing sustainable agricultural practices. Apart from that, residents are also guided in marketing local tea products, both conventionally and via digital platforms, in order to increase market access and income.

Abstract

The training on household economics and family financial management aims to improve well-being. The program encompasses preparation, participant outreach and recruitment, training implementation, mentoring and monitoring, and program evaluation. The results indicate that the training on household economics and family financial management successfully improved participants' financial literacy, particularly in terms of knowledge, skills, and attitudes regarding financial management. Participants were able to prepare budgets, record cash flows, and plan savings and emergency funds. Furthermore, behavioral changes occurred, such as reduced consumer spending and wiser debt management. Positive impacts were seen in improved family well-being through more controlled spending, reduced reliance on loans, and increased family harmony. However, challenges such as unstable income, consumer habits, and lack of family support require continued mentoring to ensure the training's sustainability.
