Abstract

Kuda Lumping is a popular Javanese art, Kuda Lumping is also called Jaran Kepang or Jathilan. Kuda Lumping is a traditional Javanese dance showing a group of warriors riding on horses which the horses are made of buffalo leather that has been dried or made from plait work of bamboo which is then given a motif or ornament and designed like a horse. This study aims to analyze how and understand the form of art performances Kuda Lumping in Lematang Jaya Village, Merapi Timur, Lahat. Theoretically, the research uses interdisciplinary ethnocoreology approach, art sociology, art psychology, and aesthetics. The research methodology uses qualitative research by describing and interpreting the findings in the field. The study used case study design. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations and document studies. Data validity technique used is source triangulation while data analyst technique is done by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusion. The results showed that Ronggo Budoyo's lumping horse performance was divided into three phases first before the show consisting of preparation of motion and music practice, dancers dance, property and offerings / offerings. Both times the show opens with a small Pegon dance, followed by Blind dance, a teenage Pegon dance, Kucingan and ends with an adult Pegon dance. The last phase is after the show is the activity to restore the awareness of dancers by the handler and cleans up the dance music and dance equipment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis persepsi estetik masyarakat Desa Lematang Jaya, Merapi Timur, Lahat, Sumatera Selatan terhadapat Kesenian Kuda Lumping. Secara metodelogi penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan dan mengintepretasi hasil temuan di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Teknik pengabsahan data yang digunakan adalah teknik triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian tentang persepsi masyarakat terhadap kesenian kuda lumping, kebanyakan masyarakat sangat berantusisas dan mendukung.

Abstract

Ethnomathematics is currently also a bridge for the emergence of new strategies in the mathematics learning process. The aim is to make mathematics easier to understand by finding cultural facts in everyday life, such as in the Gandrung Lombok dance. Until now, there has been no study of ethnomathematical analysis of the various movements of the Gandrung Lombok dance that can be used in the learning process. This research aims to explain the ethnomathematics aspects of various Gandrung Lombok dance movements. The research used a qualitative descriptive method with an ethnographic approach involving participant observation, interviews, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with maestros and performers to explain and describe various mathematical phenomena in various Gandrung Lombok dance movements. Then, the collected field data was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach, and the validity of the data used in this research was tested using triangulation techniques. The research results explain that counting and measuring activities are performed in various Gandrung Lombok movements. Counting activities are carried out repeatedly by counting the numbers one to eight accompanied by accompanying music. Measurement activities in the presentation of Gandrung Lombok dance movements are implemented in the presentation of movement patterns, including hand, foot, and floor patterns. Ethnomathematics related to measurement is carried out by applying the geometric concepts of semicircles, circles, and triangles. The triangle concept is the most dominant concept in various Gandrung Lombok movements, which can be seen in the shape of the hand and foot patterns. One of the findings in this research explains that the concept of triangular geometry is an important element in building the aesthetic image of Gandrung Lombok, which needs further proof.

Abstract

Permainan tradisional banyak sekali memberi manfaat dalam dunia pendidikan antara lain dapat memberikan berbagai macam stimulus pada anak untuk mengoptimalkan seluruh aspek pengembangan terutama dalam mengembangakan kemampuan motoriknya. Dalam melakukan permainan tradisional khususnya permainan egrang batok kelapa peserta didik harus dapat menjaga keseimbangan tubuh dan memiliki kekuatan dan kecepatan dalam berjalan untuk memainkan alat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar hubungan tinggi badan dan berat badan dengan kecepatan berjalan menggunakan permainan tradisional egrang batok kelapa pada mahasiswa semester IV Prodi Piaud FTK UIN Mataram. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif non eksperimen dengn sampel penelitiannya ialah mahasiswa semester IV Prodi Piaud FTK UIN Mataram Tahun Akademik 2021/2022 yang berjumlah berjumlah 32 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan tes perbuatan. Instrument penelitian menggunakan Instrumen pengukur tinggi badan,  Instrumen pengukur berat badan dan Tes Kecepatan Berjalan seedangkan data dianalsiis menggunakan Uji Prasyarat dan  Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Tinggi badan dan berat badan dengan kecepatan berjalan menggunakan egrang batok kelapa memiliki hubungan yang signifikan secara simultan. 2) Tinggi badan dan berat badan memiliki kekuatan hubungan dengan kecepatan berjalan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) and intrinsic motivation in relation to students’ academic achievement, emphasizing the importance of integrating both constructs to foster autonomous learning in higher education.The literature indicates that SRL functions as a strategic mechanism that enables students to plan, monitor, and evaluate their learning processes, while intrinsic motivation serves as a psychological driver that sustains persistence and engagement in academic activities. Theoretical and empirical syntheses affirm that SRL and intrinsic motivation do not operate in isolation but rather complement each other in promoting optimal academic performance. Their integration has been shown to reduce maladaptive behaviors such as procrastination, lower academic stress, and enhance self-efficacy and the quality of students' learning strategies. Nevertheless, previous studies still face limitations, particularly the lack of research exploring the integration of SRL and intrinsic motivation within digital learning environments, as well as a shortage of interdisciplinary approaches. Therefore, future research should focus on exploring the interaction between these variables using more diverse methodological approaches, including interventions grounded in motivational theory. The practical implications of this study highlight the need for higher education learning strategies that promote active engagement, provide autonomy, and strengthen self-regulation skills. In this regard, reinforcing SRL and intrinsic motivation is not only essential for academic success but also for cultivating lifelong, independent, and adaptive learners.

Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh munculnya virus covid-19 yang mengakibatkan negara untuk lockdown, langkah pemerintah untuk tidak meluasnya penyebaran virus terutama bidang pendidikan yaitu menerapkan pembelajaran daring. Penelititian bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih dalam tentang pembelajaran daring dalam dunia pendidikan dengan memaknai apa kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman atau analisis strength, weaekness, opportunities, dan threats (SWOT) pada masa pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, siswa dan orang tua SDN 42 Ampenan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian adalah pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di SD Negeri 42 Ampenan dalam perspektif strength, weaekness, opportunities, dan threats memiliki 1) Strengt (kekuatan): pertama guru lebih kreatif menyampaikan materi dan dapat memilih model serta metode yang menarik guna dapat terlaksana tujuan pembelajaran. Kedua kemampuan guru, peserta didik dan orang tua meningkat dalam menggunakan teknologi. Ketiga pembelajaran daring dapat diakses di mana saja dan kapan saja, serta memberikan tambahan referensi pembelajaran sebagai pembanding dan meningkatkan kemampuan. 2) Weakness (kelemahan): pertama kurangnya sarana prasarana bagi peserta didik, kedua kemampuan sebagian anak tidak maksimal dalam belajar, ketiga kurangnya pengawasan orang tua terhadap anak. 3) Opportunities (peluang): pertama, membangun sikap aktif bertanya dan kritis dalam diri peserta didik. Kedua, integrasi teknologi dengan SDM (guru dan peserta didik) yang memberikan serta menyesuaikan diri dengan perkambangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. 4) Threats (ancaman): pertama kesehatan anak terganggu karena kecanduan bermain gadget, kedua pergeseran cara pandang belajar. Ketiga, tidak optimalnya sistem pengajaran guru.
