Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian tertentu, yaitu menentukan sejauh mana penerapan praktik pertanian yang baik dan mengkaji dampaknya terhadap produktivitas dan pendapatan yang terkait dengan usahatani jagung di Koya Barat, Distrik Muaratami, Kota Jayapura. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga berupaya mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi penerapan praktik tersebut dan dampak selanjutnya terhadap produktivitas dan pendapatan usahatani jagung di wilayah yang sama. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan oleh penulis di wilayah yang dihuni oleh Petani Jagung di Koya Barat, yang terletak di Distrik Muaratami Kota Jayapura. Koya Barat merupakan wilayah yang memiliki potensi besar untuk budidaya tanaman pangan jangka panjang dan jangka pendek, yang dapat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan pendapatan pertanian. Selain itu, penting untuk menentukan pendapatan dengan menghitung selisih antara pendapatan yang diperoleh dari pertanian jagung dan total biaya yang terkait dengan operasi pertanian jagung. Sukirmo (2006: 6) mendefinisikan faktor produksi sebagai unsur-unsur yang terdapat di alam maupun buatan manusia yang berfungsi untuk memperlancar terciptanya barang dan jasa. Faktor-faktor yang terlibat dalam produksi dapat diuraikan sebagai berikut: (a) Lingkungan alam, (b) Tenaga kerja, (c) Sumber daya keuangan, (d) Pengetahuan dan keterampilan khusus. Oleh karena itu, petani perlu mendapatkan bimbingan tentang pemanfaatan teknologi secara efektif. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan penulis sebagai alat penelitian adalah pendekatan analisis data kuantitatif. Pendekatan ini meliputi berbagai elemen, termasuk biaya, laporan laba rugi, analisis rasio R/C, dan penentuan Titik Impas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara spesifik mengenai Biaya Produksi yang terkait dengan Usaha Tani Jagung memerlukan total biaya produksi sebesar Rp13.890.000, di samping biaya operasional sebesar Rp24.520.000. Volume produksi pada Usaha Tani Jagung menghasilkan hasil penjualan sebesar Rp69.000.000, dalam kurun waktu tiga bulan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari perhitungan L/R (Laba Rugi) menunjukkan Laba sebesar Rp30.590.000, dalam kurun waktu 3 Bulan, dengan Rasio Laba per Bulan yang sesuai dihitung sebesar 10.196.667. Hasil perhitungan Rasio R/C menunjukkan bahwa nilai Rasio R/C melebihi 1 (R/C > 1) dalam konteks Usaha Tani Jagung. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan yang diperoleh lebih kecil dari biaya yang dikeluarkan, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa mereka beroperasi secara menguntungkan. Nilai rata-rata R/C Ratio yang diamati adalah sebesar Rp. 1.796. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap Rp. 1,00 yang dikeluarkan untuk biaya, diperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 1.796, sehingga menghasilkan laba. Nilai Break Event Point (BEP) menggambarkan nilai Harga Break Event Point (BEP Rp) di samping nilai Unit Break Event Point (BEP Q). Dalam konteks ini, responden melaporkan nilai BEP rupiah sebesar 16.016. Selain itu, BEP Unit dikuantifikasi sebesar 0,8008, sementara BEP Unit lainnya tercatat sebesar 1,007. Jika Petani berhasil menjual lebih dari 1.007 unit, mereka akan berada dalam posisi untung. Sebaliknya, jika penjualan mereka turun di bawah ambang batas 1.007 unit, mereka pasti akan menghadapi kerugian.

Abstract

This research aims at examining the direct and indirect influence of working condition andworking satisfaction on outsourcing employees'performance at PT Bank Papua, Jayapura Head Office.This research is an explanatory one. The approach used in this research was quantitative research, and theresearch model was survey by using questionnaires as the instrument. The approach used in determiningselected sample for this research was based on Slovin which resulted in 110 samples. The determination ofsample unit was done using simple random sampling technique through drawing the lots of sample elements(through lottery). The analysis model applied was path analysis. The research findings proof thatworking condition has direct and significant influence on the working satisfaction. Also, the improvementof working condition has direct and significant influence on the performance of outsourcing employeesMoreover, working satisfaction influences directly and significantly the performance of outsourcing employees.Finally, working satisfaction serves as the mediator between working condition and performanceimprovement, but it is not a dominant factor in the influence of working condition on the performance ofoutsourcing employees.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of employee job satisfaction on performance at the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Jayapura. A quantitative approach utilizing regression analysis was employed, with data collected through structured questionnaires distributed to a representative sample of employees. The results indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a positive beta coefficient. In other words, an increase in job satisfaction leads to improved performance, which aligns with established theories and previous studies. These findings underscore the importance of enhancing job satisfaction to boost overall performance. For organizational leaders and HR professionals, this implies the need to develop strategies such as fair compensation, a comfortable work environment, and career development opportunities. By implementing these measures, organizations can foster a more harmonious and productive workplace, ultimately enhancing both employee well-being and performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out and describe the influence of service quality and price on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, in this study, customer satisfaction research focused only on the Salon “X”. The method of analysis in this study was regression test conducted by testing the effects of independent variables to the dependent variable. Analysis used in the study was quantitative analysis. Based on the testing and the discussion that has been done it can be concluded that testing the assumptions of classical test, which consisted of the test multikoliniarity, heteroscedasity test, and normality test didn’t show any indicators and disorders in the classical assumption test. While the results of multiple linear regression test that consisted of quality of service and price were independent variables simultaneously or F test had positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. And partial or t test showed that the quality of service and price had a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at Salon “X”.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and determine the effect of sustainable service quality on visitor satisfaction at coastal tourist destinations in Jayapura City. The dimensions measured were tangible sustainability, sustainability practices, tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The study was conducted in Jayapura City. The research approach used was quantitative. Data collection used observation and questionnaire techniques (both direct and online). The respondents were visitors to coastal tourist destinations in Jayapura City. The data obtained were processed using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results showed that the sustainability practices dimension significantly influenced visitor satisfaction at coastal tourist destinations in Jayapura City. Meanwhile, the tangible sustainability, tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy dimensions did not significantly influence visitor satisfaction at coastal tourist destinations in Jayapura City. The recommendations given to destination managers and local governments are 1) improving the quality of beach services by using environmentally friendly materials and providing trash bins as a form of waste management 2) improving the quality of services by providing standard safety equipment at beach tourism destinations 3) improving the quality of services by providing bathrooms that meet standards and good clean water quality, and 4) improving the quality of services from the aspect of human resources for beach tourism destination managers through “Sadar Wisata” socialization and other activities.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of change management practices on employee performance in the Indonesian airline industry by focusing on five key dimensions: organizational structure, leadership, organizational culture, communication, and technology. A quantitative explanatory research design was employed using primary data collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 120 employees of an airline company in Indonesia, with 100 valid responses analyzed. Statistical analysis using SPSS was conducted to test reliability, correlation, and regression relationships. The results indicate that organizational structure, leadership, organizational culture, and communication do not have a statistically significant effect on employee performance, while technology demonstrates a strong and positive influence, highlighting its important role in improving employee effectiveness in a highly dynamic and technology-driven aviation industry. Although this study is limited to a single airline company, the findings provide insights into the growing importance of technology-oriented change management in supporting organizational performance. Future research is recommended to involve multiple airlines and broader geographical coverage to improve generalizability and further explore employee adaptability in the evolving aviation sector.
