Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang jelas tentang implementasi kebijakan dan cara pengelolaan dalam pelaksanaan piutang Pajak Bumi Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan dengan lokus penelitian di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Karawang. Pendekatan penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sumber primer diperoleh dari proses wawancara, diskusi, dan observasi. Adapun sumber data sekunder diperoleh dan dikumpulkan dari hasil kompilasi dan pengolahan data berupa hasil penelitian, artikel ilmiah, publikasi, dan dokumen terkait dengan objek penelitian ini. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dari proses penelitian tersebut selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Analisis deskriptif dimaksudkan untuk membuat deskripsi mengenai situasi-situasi atau kejadian. Implementasi kebijakan piutang Pajak Bumi Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan, yaitu regulasi yang ditetapkan berupa Peraturan Daerah; dan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Dengan adanya komitmen antara pimpinan dan aparat pelaksana sehingga fokus melaksanakan kebijakan-kebijakan dalam program kerja sehingga dapat terlihat pada tahun 2020 dengan persentase 112,86% tingkat pencapaian efektivitas yang dapat dikategorikan sangat efektif. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan Kepala Bidang Pajak Bumi Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan dan Bea Perolehan Hak atas Tanah dan atau Bangunan Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Karawang, pengeleloaan piutang Pajak Bumi Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan dilakukan dengan 2 (dua) kelompok yaitu penatausahaan dan penagihan piutang Pajak Bumi Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan. Pengaruh implementasi kebijakan dan cara pengelolaan data piutang Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Karawang efektif dengan nilai rata-rata 97,89% data perbandingan atas target terhadap realisasi penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2020. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan yang harus ditingkatkan adalah komitmen dari pimpinan dengan aparat pelaksana serta meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam ilmu perpajakan daerah.

Abstract

Along with the times, the application of technology has spread to various fields, one of which is the service sector. Many companies are competing to get customers by utilizing technology, one of which is with a web-based application. In the field of steam washing services, these nyumplong vehicles are still unable to take advantage of technological developments. This is a problem for the nyomplong steam wash, where in the service process it is less effective in cashier payments, still uses manual transaction methods, and income reports still use notes on the book. The purpose of this research is to make a vehicle washing service application on steam nyomplong uses PHP and MySQL which can facilitate payment transaction activities at cashiers and the steam nyomplong data collection process. Includes the stages of system analysis, design, interface design and implementation, and testing. Based on the research that has been carried out, it produces an application that can make it easier for the steam nyomplong to manage data collection and transaction processes at the cashier, practical to use at the steam nyomplong.

Abstract

Education is a source of progress for a nation, because through education the quality of human resources in a nation can be improved. The demand to improve the quality of education in fact requires educational human resources and other human resources in order to work more optimally. Human resource management education has an important role to improve the quality of education, one of which is the development and improvement of the competence of teachers and principals. Human resource management is a human resource development that has the aim of planning, implementing, recruiting, training, and developing careers for employees or employees as well as initiatives in organizational development within an organization or a company. Human resource management is basically a way or method of managing human resources to support the achievement of organizational goals. There are five HR domains that are considered important in the development of human resources in education, namely professionalism, competitive power, functional competence, participatory excellence and cooperation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem that the invasion of Ukraine by Russia has become a global event with a significant impact for all countries, which occurred on February 24, 2022. Russia is known as the world's top three producer and exporter of oil, natural gas and coal. On the other hand, Ukraine is known as a guardian of the world business sector exporter of sunflower oil, corn and exporter of wheat, the commodity is in the world's top five. The method used in this study uses a library method or approach, that literature or literature study can be interpreted as a series of activities related to methods of collecting library data, reading and recording and processing research materials. The results of this study indicate that the conflict between Russia and Ukraine will have an impact on the realignment of the international trade system, and countries that have ties with the two countries will have a significant impact on national interests within their own countries. The economic sector will definitely be affected first because of the conflict. global supply chain disruptions, rising costs of food, energy, etc. In addition, fuel prices have risen in a number of countries.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah Efisiensi Operasi (BOPO), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Loan to Deposit (LDR), dan Non Performance Loan (NPL) Terhadap Kinerja Bank Return On Asset (ROA). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari Laporan Keuangan Publikasi Perusahaan Perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI. Berdasarkan metode Purposive Sampling, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 32 perusahaan Perbankan dengan kriteria antara lain: perusahaan perbankan tersebut terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan memberikan data laporan keuangan selama periode 2016-2020. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, yang merupakan gabungan dari data time series. Metode analisis yang digunakan regresi linier berganda dengan data panel yang diolah menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel BOPO berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap ROA, NIM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ROA, sedangkan LDR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA, dan NPL berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap ROA. Kata kunci: Kinerja Bank, Efisiensi Operasi, Risiko Pasar, Likuiditas, Risiko Kredit

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate and identify the relationship and influence between several key factors on budget absorption and financial performance in the production forest area of Karawang Regency. This research explores it comprehensivelyand analyze the causal relationship between budget planning, budget implementation, and the government's internal control system on budget absorption, as well as the impact of budget absorption on financial performance. The research method used was a quantitative description technique involving 200 respondents as samples. Path analysis is used as a quantitative data analysis tool in this research. The research results revealed several significant findings regarding the influence of certain factors on aspects of budget absorption and financial performance in production forest areas in Karawang Regency. First, budget planning is proven to have a significant impact on budget absorption in the forestry production area. Second, budget compliance is also closely related to budget absorption, especially in the Karawang production forest area. Third, the government's internal management system also influences budget absorption in the region. Furthermore, the fourth finding shows that budget absorption has contributed to financial performance in the Karawang production forest area. In addition, research highlights the mediating role of budget absorption, where budget absorption functions as a link between budget planning and financial performance, between household implementation and financial performance, as well as between the government's internal management system and financial performance. Thus, these findings provide in-depth insight into the complex relationship between these factors and highlight the central role of budget absorption in achieving optimal financial performance in the Karawang Regency production forest area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui hubungan dari kualitas produk dan harga dengan keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang sebanyak 100 responden. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik pengambilan purposive sampling. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif eksploratif dengan teknik penelitian statistik kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui kuesioner, media online, buku, jurnal dan penelitian terdahulu. Data diuji dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 24.0 dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, analisis korelasi berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan fakta bahwa variabel kualitas produk berhubungan positif yang sangat kuat dengan keputusan pembelian dengan nilai tx1y = 13,73 > ttabel = 1,29025, variabel harga berhubungan positif yang sangat kuat dengan keputusan pembelian dengan nilai tx1y = 12,05 > ttabel = 1,29025, dan variabel kualitas produk dan harga berhubungan positif yang sangat kuat dengan keputusan pembelian dengan nilai tx1y = 39,89 > ttabel = 1. Semakin rendah Kualitas Produk maka semakin rendah keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung. Semakin tinggi Harga maka semakin rendah keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk yang rendah serta harga yang relatif tinggi memiliki hubungan yang positif terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

The West Java Provincial Government in improving the regional economy has formed Regionally Owned Enterprises (BUMD). One of them is the People's Credit Bank (BPR). As civil servants who have the task and function to foster BUMD, it is supposed to evaluate BPR owned by the Regional Government of West Java Province to measure the performance of BPR and whether BPR contributes to regional revenue. The purpose of writing this paper is to analyze BPR's financial statements over the past three years and see the development of the company's performance and its benefits to shareholders, in this case the West Java Provincial Government in the form of dividends. In conducting evaluation, horizontal analysis is used to describe trends or movements of important posts in the financial statements and uses vertical analysis to see the proportion of the headings of the financial statements.

Abstract

The concept of opportunity recognition refers to the process of identifying potential business opportunities by individuals. In recent years, the agricultural industry sector has exhibited the lowest rate of growth in comparison to other industrial sectors. The objective of this research is to enhance the capacity to analyse business opportunities with entrepreneurial intentions and self-control, with a view to developing future businesses. In this study, researchers utilised a combination of electronic mail and in-person interviews, employing a random sample of 708 individuals. The survey garnered a response rate of 84%, resulting in a total of 75 respondents who provided ratings for all items. The research instrument employed was a questionnaire comprising Likert scale statements, which were distributed through both online and direct channels, with physical questionnaires being provided to respondents. The analysis of the data was conducted using structural equation modelling (SEM). The research findings are accurate and reliable, with a significance level of 95%. The results of this study demonstrate that internal locus of control influences opportunity recognition through entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, the results indicate that internal locus of control functions as a regulatory factor in the development of a business, entrepreneurial intention serves as a motivating factor for the establishment of a business in the future, and the ability to analyse potential business opportunities.

Abstract

Repurchase interest is an activity that occurs between consumers and companies in buying and selling transactions which characterizes a company's success in marketing its products. If repurchase interest is low, there will be a decrease in sales performance. The purposes of the study were understanding the service quality and price on repurchase intention as a marketing phenomenon. The population of this study was Indonesian Society, at least Shinzui consumers who have used Shinzui products. The survey was sent online and face to face 678 randomly, there by individuals had the send probability of being selected from the population and the representing as sample. The data analysis technique in this quantitative study utilized statistical approach. The program used to analyze the data with the regression method was Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) to meet the criteria for data analysis using regression, an interval scale was utilized. The tecnique of analyzing the data in this study was regression. The data obtained in this study is accurate and reliable at 95% degree. Based on the results of research on the analysis of repurchase intention influenced by service quality and price. It is hoped that this research will be useful, especially for stakeholders in conducting research aimed at developing their companies.
