In ice block industry, usage of electrical power for induction motor as prime mover ofcompressor is very high. Level of usage of electricity at ice block industry base on change ofrefrigeration media temperature. Referring to the mentioned, hence mass flow rate ofrefrigerant circulating in system, refrigeration effect per kilogram, comparison ofcompression of compressor, refrigeration capacities and mechanic energy which must beyielded by the compressor to circulate the refrigerant determining transfer of heat systemperformance as work principle of cooler machine can be determined. This Final Assignmentpresent an economical technique of usage of electrical power of induction motor that is byproduct the ice block when of media refrigeration temperature reach the lowest level that isnight time with method comparison of usage of electrical power of induction motor as primemover of compressor at ice block industry which giving result the lowest usage of electricalpower. Perusahaan adalah sebuah badan usaha yang memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan bagi pemiliknya. Perusahaan mempunyai permasalahan keuangan dalam mencapai tujuannya, dalam hal pembiayaan kegiatan operasional maupun pembiayaan investasinya. Keputusan pembiayaan operasional perusahaan akan melahirkan kebijakan struktur modal yang terkait dengan berbagai jenis sumber dana yang dipakai oleh perusahaan.Â Pengelolaan struktur modal terkait dengan biaya modal dari sumber dana yang dipakai oleh perusahaan. Komposisi modal perusahaan terkait dengan persentase masing-masing sumber dana, dimana setiap sumber dana memiliki biaya tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan di antara profitabilitas, hutang dan struktur modalÂ perusahaan. Â Data penelitian ini di dapatkan dari Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD), yang merupakan data perusahaan manufaktur sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode Two Stage Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas, hutang dan struktur modal semuanya saling mempengaruhi antara satu dengan yang lainnya.

Solar selective absorber (SSA) is a layer which is selective to absorb solar radiation and convert it into maximum heat energy. The purpose of this research is to synthesize the SSA based on copper nitrate and cobalt nitrate precursor, to determine the influence of molar ratio and dipping times number to absorptance, and emittance of SSA using the sol gel dip coating method.. Aluminum plates with size of 2x4cm2 were cleaned using phosphoric acid 10% by volume at temperature ±50oC for 10 minutes and then washed again with distilled water. Sol precursor was prepared by mixing copper nitrate and cobalt nitrate in ethanol solvent and the addition of propionic acid as catalyst and complexing agent. This solution was stirred at room temperature for 2 hours. The coatings were synthesized by varying molar ratio of [Cu]/[Co] of 0,25; 1; and 4 with the number of dipping 1-10 times. The coatings then were annealed at temperature of 550oC for 1 hour. Reflectance spectra in the UV-Vis-NIR show that an increasing number of dipping and decreasing in the molar ratio of [Cu]/[Co] improved the absorptance (). SSA layer with best absorptance i.e. 84,788% is synthesized using precursors with a molar ratio of 4 at 10 dipping times, and emittance (ε) generated amount 8,999%.Keywords : aluminum, dip coating, solar selective absorber.

Abstract- The aims of this research is to determine the difference between the rate of bankrupcy Altman Z- Score Model, Springate’s Model, and Fulmer Model, as well as measures which model is most accurate in predicting bankruptcy at cement companies that listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014 – 2018 (PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakasa Tbk, PT. Semen Baturaja Tbk, PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk, and PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk). The Collection of the data that we used is documentation, that we collecting data of financial reports from 2014- 2018 periods. In this research, ratio analysis and regression were used for data analysis. Result of this research showed that there were differences of bankrupcy prediction based on the Altman Z- Score Model, Springate’s Model, and Fulmer Model. Unipro Store, a retail shop specializing in cellphone accessories, faces significant challenges in recording transactions and managing inventory due to its reliance on manual processes. All transactions, whether purchases from suppliers or sales conducted through various channels such as WhatsApp, Tokopedia, Shopee, or in-store are still documented manually using a notebook. This manual system makes it difficult for shop owners to retrieve historical transaction data and increases the risk of data loss, as there is no backup if the notebook is lost or damaged. To address these issues, a transaction recording and inventory management application has been designed to streamline the management of product stock, sales, and purchase data. The application supports two types of users: the owner and the admin. Its development follows the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the waterfall model. During implementation, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript were utilized alongside the Bootstrap and ASP.NET frameworks to develop the application, with Microsoft SQL Server selected as the database solution. In the testing phase, user acceptance testing (UAT) was conducted using a black box testing approach, successfully passing all test scenarios. Additionally, a System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire was distributed, yielding a final score of 81.67, which falls under grade A in the usability assessment.

Financial literacy is the basis for building a wise nation to manage money. As one of this kind of knowledge, pension planning and implementation must be deeply introduced by higher education institutions, as exhibited by their lecturers, to society in service to the community. To support it, the lecturers in the undergraduate management department at the Business Faculty of Maranatha Christian University do it by training teachers and administration staff members of BPK Penabur Jatibarang. Moreover, the community service committee takes seven questions from Luchak and Gunderson (2000), develops them into nine questions with a multiple-choice system, and examines the difference in the percentage of accurate answers (PAA) post and pre-presented materials by the paired sample t-test to evaluate this training. Based on this testing result, the participants can correctly answer more questions after training (63.17%) than before (47.30%), reflecting the zone movement based on Chen and Volpe (1998) from the low level below 60% to the middle level between 60% and 79%. Regarding the long-term implementation, the participants must obtain the money needed for pensions by saving money monthly and investing in assets that can elevate their value, such as marketable securities in the capital market, gold, and hard currency.

This community service intends to enhance people's understanding of investment literacy amid fraudulent investments. The people intended are employees and affiliated persons of BPK Penabur in Bogor City. Moreover, the service community team uses the lecture method to train the participants, the advanced questions to assess their investment knowledge level, and the pair sample t-test to detect the difference of precise correct responses to measure the effectiveness of this event. Based on the evaluation, the team reports that their investment literacy level elevates before and after the training sections, reflected by 62.83% to 78.95% correct responses, which is they have the middle level based on the certain criteria. Having this level, they are suggested to start investing in bonds, shares, and mutual funds by contacting the local securities companies or following the financial certification provided by Maranatha Christian University to get comprehensive economic knowledge.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Belajar, Fasilitas Belajar, dan Kompetensi Guru terhadap Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran TIK Siswa Kelas XI SMA Wiyata Dharma Medan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 75 siswa dengan pengambilan sampel Non Probability Sampling dengan sampling jenuh atau sensus. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan statistik yang menggunakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian parsial, dan pengujian simultan. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu melalui pembagian kuesioner kepada responden, wawancara, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel Motivasi Belajar, Kompetensi Guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar serta variabel Fasilitas Belajar berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Motivasi Belajar, Fasilitas Belajar, Kompetensi Guru memiliki pengaruh terhadap Hasil Belajar mata pelajaran TIK siswa kelas XI SMA Wiyata Dharma Medan. Hasil uji Adjusted R2 menunjukkan bahwa variabel Motivasi Belajar, Fasilitas Belajar, dan Kompetensi Guru mampu menjelaskan variabel Hasil Belajar sebesar 63,8%.

This community service aims to make the participants associated with Penabur Christian Education Agency Foundation in Cirebon comprehend debt management by delivering knowledge of credit cards, pawnshops, pay-later, and online peer-to-peer lending platforms. Because of the numerous people, the keynote speaker utilizes the lecture technique to deliver them, followed by a question-and-answer section. Furthermore, this committee designed the related multiple choice questions through the questionnaire and asked the participants to complete them before and after the material delivery (MD) to know this effectiveness. As a result, 70.95% of precise answers exist after MD, elevated from 65.77% of precise ones before MD. This situation indicates that the participants understand this debt literacy well. Indeed, by having it, they can correctly decide the debt sources used to avoid financial problems.
