Abstract

Dalam proses persalinan kala II pengaturan posisi ikut berperan dalam membantu memperpendek lama persalinan dan meminimalkan komplikasi yang terjadi pada ibu dan janin. Posis Mc Robert yaitu posisi setengah duduk dengan hiperfleksi maksimal pada panggul dengan melibatkan fleksi maksimal kaki ibu sampai menyentuh abdomen. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh posisi persalinan Mc.Robert terhadap lama persalinan kala II pada ibu primipara di Puskesmas Batauga Kab.Buton Selatan Kota Baubau. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh ibu yang bersalin di Puskesmas Batauga pada bulan Januari-Mei 2019. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 resonden yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square didaptkan nilai ρ = 0,023 ini berarti ρ < α (0,05) atau H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berarti ada pengaruh posisi persalinan Mc.Robert terhadap lama persalin kala II pada ibu primipara. Salah satu faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi proses persalinan lebih cepat adalah dengan memilih posisi persalinan yang tepat. Untuk itu diharapakan ibu dapat termotivasi dalam memilih posisi persalinan senyaman mungkin yaitu dengan memilih posisi yang berpengaruh atau paling efektif sehingga dapat mempercepat proses persalinan kala II seperti posisi persalinan Mc.Robert.

Abstract

Breast Milk engorgement is breast milk that is not immediately released causing blockage in the veins and lymphatic vassels, which result in obstructed milk flow pressure on the mother’s milk ducts, leading to increased blood and lymphatic flow that causes breast swelling. This research aims to provide midwifery care to Mrs. “N” on her third day postpartum with breast milk engorgement using the seven-step varney midwifery care approach and documenting it in SOAP format. The result of the case study on Mrs. “N” show no difficulties in managing the case. The midwifery care menegement given to Mrs. “N” with breast milk engorgement was such as giving education on breast care, proper breastfeeding technique and positioning, and giving 500 mg paracetamol as an analgetic (pain reliever). In conclusion, the care provided is successful with no implications found in the mother, and the mother’s condition improved as indicated by her breast returning to normal and the baby actively breastfeeding.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pernikahan dini merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan reproduksi pada remaja dengan kejadian yang masih tinggi yaitu pada usia kurang dari 19 tahun pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 21,84% dan mulai lagi mengalami peningkatan pada masa pandemi covid-19. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini meningkatkan pengetahuan kepada remaja terkait kesiapan pernikahan dalam aspek islam, pendewasaan usia pernikahan dan peduli terhadap kesehatan reproduksi sekaligus membentuk kelas persiapan pernikahan dini dan peduli kesehatan reproduksi. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah tanya jawab dan diskusi secara ofline dan online. Jumlah sasaran pada kegiatan ini adalah 17 orang. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan remaja antara sebelum dan setelah pemberian materi dengan dengan perubahan rata-rata 10,00 serta terbentuknya kelas persiapan pernikahan dini dan peduli kesehatan reproduksi yang akan menjadi konselor sebaya bagi remaja lainnya yang diketuai oleh bidan koordinator Puskesmas Rappocini disertai pendampingan dari tim pengabdian masyarakat.Abstract: Early marriage is one of the reproductive health problems in adolescents with a still high incidence, namely at the age of less than 19 years in 2020 at 21.84%, which began to increase again during the COVID-19 pandemic. The aim of this service activity is to increase knowledge among teenagers regarding marriage readiness in Islamic aspects, maturing the age of marriage, and caring for reproductive health, as well as forming early marriage preparation classes and caring for reproductive health. The methods used are question-and-answer lectures and offline and online discussions. The number of targets for this activity was 17 people. The results obtained were an increase in teenagers' knowledge between before and after giving the material, with an average change of 10.00 as well as the formation of an early marriage preparation and reproductive health care class which will become peer counselors for other teenagers, headed by the Rappocini Community Health Center coordinator midwife accompanied by assistance from community service team.

Abstract

Adolescence is also a transitional age from childhood to adulthood, where at that age many changes are felt by teenagers searching for their identity by following the current trends and lifestyles of the current era. In Indonesia, the prevalence of childhood obesity based on body mass index (BMI/U) and age ratio in children aged 5–12 years increased from 8.8% (Riskesdas, 2013) to 9.2% (Riskesdas, 2018). The prevalence of obesity and overweight among adolescents aged 16 to 18 years also increased from 1.6% to 4.0% and from 5.7% to 9.5%, respectively. Obesity in adolescents is caused by many factors: lack of physical activity, unbalanced diet, excessive intake of macronutrients, frequent consumption of fast food, a history of obesity in parents, and the habit of skipping breakfast.This research paper aims to carry out Midwifery Care Management for Adolescent Ms. "A" with obesity at State Senior High School 10 Gowa from May 5 to June 23, 2025 using Varney's 7-step midwifery care management approach and documentation of the SOAP form.The results obtained by the Adolescent Midwifery Care Management Ms. "A" with obesity, the client complained of difficulty in carrying out activities due to being overweight and also easily tired during activities, and had a habit of eating excessive portions and not exercising. After eight weeks of care, the physical condition was good, not easily tired, vital signs were within normal limits, and weight loss was seen as the client began to regulate food portions and exercise every day.Conclusion and case study of 7-step Varney and SOAP care management, namely from the first visit to the eighth visit there were no complications, and the weight of Ms. "A" decreased to 53 kg and BMI 22.1 kg/m2, there was no gap between theory and the case of Ms. "A".
