Abstract

The results of this study show that: 1) there are no differences in the implementation of tudang sipulung at the district, sub-district and village level, except the participants. Thoseattending the village level are POKTAN, village extension officers, village security apparatus, POPT sub-district, Irrigation Department, in the Districts drained GAPOKTAN in all Sub-Districts, Sub-District Heads, security apparatus, PU. Irrigation,and POPT. The District Level presents stakeholders from the province and representatives from 27 sub-districts including the head of sub-district, POKTAN, PPL, Pananrang, corporate partners, experts and stakeholders. 2) Pananrang uses the calculation of the moon cycle, i.e. Muharram, observes natural phenomena and synchronizes between the phenomena with the Sipariamacalendar (an eight-year of the Hijri calendar) and the Gregorian calendar. 3) The problems resolution of tudang sipulung are the slow and less seed distribution so that the farmers undertake an initiative to provide themselves under the guidance of PPL, rare and expensivefertilizers, irrigation and pests. 4) The results of Pananrang and BMKG prediction are: the rain for the wet season (April-September) is almost the same related to the beginning planting season, i.e. the fourth week of April - early August, major pests are stem borer, planthopper and rats, the technology applied are direct seed planting tools, transplanterand direct planting in managing rice fields and seed varieties used per sector are ciliwungin the Bone Kota sector; IR 66, Ciliwung and inpari 30 in Bone West sector;inpari 30 in Bone Selatan sector; mekongga, sentani 14, ciliwung and inpari 30 in Bone Timursector; ciliwung, inpari 30, inpari 33 and cigelis in Bone Utara sector.

Abstract

This Research Aims To Know How Public Service Management In Increasing Public Reading Interest In The Library Office Of North Kolaka Regency. The Method Used In This Research Is To Use A Descriptive Qualitative Approach By Means Of Observation, Interview And Documentation. Based On The Results Of Research Conducted By Researchers Regarding Public Service Management In Increasing Public Reading Interest, It Can Be Concluded That Public Service Management In Increasing Public Reading Interest Carried Out By The Library Has Not Been Fully Maximized. Given That There Are Still Shortcomings Of Interview Results From The Library And From The Library User Community. Where The Facilities And Infrastructure Owned By The Library Are Not Completely Adequate. Service Fees Also That Do Not Have Written Rules. Then Regarding Reading Gardens Cannot Be Realized Well. Also For The Promotion Has Not Been Going Well Because In Its Implementation, The Library Has Not Fully Involved Community Leaders. In Addition, Reading Activities Have Not Gone Well, Because The Library Has Not Fully Involved All Related Elements.

Abstract

The problem that is used as the object of research is that the leadership style applied to employees is still not good, there are communication barriers between superiors and employees that are still less effective and regulations regarding work discipline that must be obeyed by employees. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the factors that influence the performance of our restaurant kedai kita in Bogor. Data collection was through questionnaires and the data analysis technique used in this research was a quantitative method with the help of the SPSS 22.0 program. The assessment system used in this research is a Likert scale. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study was all restaurant employees, totaling 60 people. The sampling technique in this research used saturated sampling. The research results concluded that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa Melalui Model Pembelajaran Resource Based Learning Dengan Pendekatan Scientific Pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Kelas IV SDN 6 Ampenan Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia dengan model pembelajaran resource based learning materi tentang wawancara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) kolaboratif. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama dua siklus. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara, check list, lembar tes, dan dokumentasi. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan model resource based learning yang dilaksanakan dengan langkah-langkah yang benar dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia materi tentang wawancara kelas IV SDN 6 Ampenan Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023.

Abstract

Palm sugar is one of the products from aren (Arenga pinnata) which is classified as Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFPs) which has the potential to empower the community's economy. This research was conducted in Bontomanai Village, Bungaya District, Gowa Regency. The purpose of this study is to describe the management of palm sugar and calculate the income of palm sugar farmers. Descriptive analysis approach and income analysis are used as methods in analyzing the data obtained. The results showed that the process of managing palm sap into palm sugar was still managed in a simple and traditional way. The stages of managing palm sugar production which include tapping, cooking, printing, to packaging. Meanwhile, the total income of palm sugar is Rp. 361,081,967 per year with an average of Rp 9,758,967/household/year. The level of education of aren farmers, the productive age group, and the percentage of family dependents are an integral part of the results of this study. Key words:Palm Sugar, HHBK, Income, Management, Farmer

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kondisi ibu saat hamil memiliki pengaruh yang sangat penting terhadap tumbuh kembang janin. Status gizi yang baik pada ibu hamil dapat mencegah bebagai masalah gizi yang akan timbul seperti berat bayi lahir rendah (BBLR) dan stunting. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperbaiki gizi pada ibu hamil adalah dengan pemberian makanan tambahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian cookies ubi jalar ungu dan bayam merah terhadap perubahan status gizi ibu hamil kurang energi kronis (KEK) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Padanglampe tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini semua ibu hamil KEK pada trimester I dan trimester II di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Padanglampe sebanyak 11 orang. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode total sampel. Uji statistic yang digunakan adalah paired t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan berat badan dan lingkar lengan atas setelah pemberian cookies selama 90 hari. Hasil uji paired t-test menunjukan bahwa pemberian cookies ubi jalar ungu dan bayam merah pada ibu hamil KEK ditunjukkan dengan hasil p=0,000 yang lebih kecil dari a=0,05 yang artinya tedapat pengaruh. Pemberian cookies selama 90 hari dapat meningkatkan berat badan rata-rata sebesar 5,4 kg dan LiLA sebesar 1,6cm. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan tenaga kesehatan untuk senantiasa memberikan edukasi kepada ibu hamil tentang pengaturan pola makan yang baik untuk memenuhi nutrisi selama kehamilan. Good nutritional status in pregnant women can prevent various nutritional problems that will arise such as low birth weight and stunting. Providing additional food is one effort tthat improve nutrition in pregnant women. This study aimed to analyze the effect of giving purple sweet potato and red spinach cookies on the nutritional status of chronic energy deficient pregnant women in the working area of Padanglampe Public Health Center in 2021. This study was a pre-experiment with a one group pretest-posttest research design. The population in the study were all pregnant women with chronic energy deficiency in the 1st and 2nd trimesters in the Padanglampe Public Healt Center working area as many as 11 people. The sample was taken using the total sample method. Statistical test used is paired t-test. The result showed that there was an increase in body weight and upper arm circumference after giving cookies for 90 days. The result of the paired t-test showed that giving purple sweet potato and red spinach cookies to pregnant women with chronic energy deficiency was show with a result of p=0.000 which is smaller than a=0.05, which means there is an effect. Giving cookies for 90 days can increases body weight by an average of 5,4 kg and 1,6 cm in LiLA. Therefore, it is expected to health provider to increase the education to pregnant woman regarding food consumption to fullfill the requirement nutrition during pregnancy. Abstract

Beef cattle farming in some areas is carried out by raising their own cattle and some raise cattle with a profit-sharing system or in Bugis Macassar culture known as tesang/teseng. Tesang is a profit-sharing pattern between the capital provider and the farmer. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of capital owners (ma'tesang) and breeders (pattesang) and capital owners (ma’tesang) in conducting a profit-sharing system and to determine the factors that affect the satisfaction of breeders (pattesang) in conducting a profit-sharing system. This study used a questionnaire to collect data in the form of the level of importance (expectations) and the level of performance (reality) experienced by each breeder measured based on the dimensions and indicators of measuring the level of satisfaction. The data were analyzed using the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) methods and multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results showed that based on IPA and CSI analysis the results obtained were the level of satisfaction of the capital owner was 85.57% and the breeder was 80.21%. So that based on the predetermined criteria index, the level of satisfaction of capital owners and breeders is on a scale of Very Satisfied with the profit-sharing system. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that overall farmers and capital owners are very satisfied in conducting tesang. Keywords: Capital Owner; Farmer; Satisfaction Level; Tesang.

Abstract

Tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit infeksi menular yang disebabkan oleh infeksi bakteri Mycobacterium Tuberculosis yang dikenal sabagai Bakteri Tahan Asam (BTA). TBC beresiko menular kepada orang lain dan menimbulkan komplikasi hingga kematian bagi penderita apabila tidak diobati. Tujuan kegiatan penyuluhan ini untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan siswa terkait penyakit tuberkulosis dan diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah pencegahan dalam mengurangi penyebaran tuberkulosis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif pre-experimental dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa pengisian kuesioner terkait penyakit dan pencegahan tuberkulosis. Data yang diperoleh dari pengisian kuesioner selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS dan data disajikan secara deskriptif dengan bantuan tabel statistik. Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa rata-rata skor pengetahuan responden sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan meningkat sebesar 4,75 menjadi 5,62 berdasarkan hasil uji Wilcoxon didapatkan nilai signifikansi 0,021 < 0,05 yang artinya terdapat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan TB.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak sertifikasi halal pelaku usaha warung makan terhadap kebiasaan konsumsi masyarakat di Watampone. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Kecamatan Tanete Riattang, Kabupaten Bone, dengan fokus pada pemahaman masyarakat mengenai konsep makanan halal dan sertifikasi halal, pengaruh sertifikasi halal terhadap kebiasaan konsumsi, serta solusi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya sertifikasi halal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi langsung, wawancara dengan pemilik warung makan dan konsumen, serta kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman masyarakat mengenai sertifikasi halal masih beragam. Sebagian masyarakat memahami pentingnya sertifikasi halal sebagai jaminan kehalalan produk yang dikonsumsi, namun sebagian lainnya menganggap makanan tetap halal meskipun tanpa sertifikasi, selama bahan baku dan proses produksinya dianggap sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Dampak sertifikasi halal terhadap kebiasaan konsumsi masyarakat cenderung positif, di mana konsumen lebih percaya dan cenderung memilih warung makan bersertifikat halal. Namun, tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya sosialisasi, biaya sertifikasi yang dianggap mahal, serta minimnya kesadaran pelaku usaha mengenai prosedur sertifikasi halal. Sebagai solusi, diperlukan edukasi yang lebih intensif kepada pelaku usaha dan masyarakat mengenai pentingnya sertifikasi halal, serta dukungan dari pemerintah dalam bentuk fasilitasi biaya dan penyederhanaan prosedur sertifikasi. Dengan meningkatnya kesadaran dan kemudahan dalam memperoleh sertifikasi halal, diharapkan kebiasaan konsumsi masyarakat dapat lebih terjamin sesuai dengan prinsip halal yang diamanatkan dalam Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran cross selling dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan pada Larissa Aesthetic Center Cabang Kupang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. penelitian ini menggunakan model deskriptif yaitu metode penelitian yang berusaha menggambarkan dan menginterpretasikan objek sesuai apa adanya, dengan pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pihak klinik kecantikan dan juga pelanggan Larissa Aesthetic Center Kupang. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa peran cross selling efektif untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan. Kata Kunci : Strategi Pemasaran, Cross Selling, Volume Penjualan
