Abstract

Abstract

The aim of designing a peanut shelling machine is to make it easier for peanut farmers to make the production process more efficient. The design stage of the peanut skin peeling machine design includes analysis of data requirements and obtaining a design that suits the farmer's capacity, design design using Autodesk Inventor Professional Software and design analysis of the peanut skin peeling machine design. The results of the analysis of the peanut shelling machine frame experienced a displacement of 0.00352 – 0.01758 and a safety factor of 15 sf, with stress of -0.886 Mpa to 0.437 Mpa which was experienced at a point below the yield stress of 1.088 Mpa so that the chassis construction was declared safe. to the static load received.

Abstract

Sumber Maron located in Malang Regency, has great potential to be developed as a sustainable local culture-based tourist destination. However, the challenge of managing and promoting this potential effectively remains an obstacle for destination managers and local communities. To overcome this, branding marketing outreach activities through cultural internalization were carried out as part of efforts to develop sustainable tourism in Sumber Maron. The results of this activity show an increase in participants' awareness and ability to integrate cultural values into tourism marketing strategies. The participants were also able to formulate a branding concept that is more focused on the sustainability and authenticity of local culture, which is expected to increase the competitiveness of Sumber Maron as a leading tourist destination. This activity makes a significant contribution to strengthening sustainable tourism in Sumber Maron, as well as empowering local communities to manage and promote their tourism potential independently and responsibly

Abstract

Through RUEN in 2025, the government is launching a co-firing program for coal-fired power plants towards achieving net zero emissions. Biomass is one solution to replace or replace fossil fuels in the field of energy supply. Some of the energy plants commonly used for co-firing are calliandra and gamal. The aim of this research is to analyze the Heat Rate efficiency of the use of calliandra and gamal biomass. This research method in quantitative form to achieve measurable results. The results of the analysis of using calliandra biomass at a percentage of 5% produce an NHPR of 2975 kCal/kWh. This value is greater than the use of gamal biomass at a percentage of 5% with a GHPR of 2942 kCal/kWh, and using a percentage of 10% produces an NHPR of 2986 kCal/kWh and at 10% gamal co-firing it produces an NHPR of 2920 kCal/kWh, the smallest thermal efficiency value is produced when the plant uses 10% kalindran co-firing with a value of 30.9%. and the highest thermal efficiency of the generator is when 10% galvanic co-firing is used.

Abstract

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Desa memiliki 18 tujuan.

Abstract

The connecting rod in a compressor plays a critical role in transmitting the reciprocating motion from the piston to the crankshaft, making it a vital component that is constantly subjected to cyclic loads and stresses. This study aims to evaluate the structural strength and reliability of a compressor connecting rod by utilizing Finite Element Analysis (FEA) through SolidWorks Simulation software. The connecting rod was modeled with realistic geometric dimensions and material properties commonly used in household refrigerator compressors, such as aluminum alloys or medium-carbon steel. The simulation was performed by applying realistic boundary conditions, including compressive forces, reaction loads from the crankshaft, and constraints reflecting actual operational conditions. The results of the finite element simulation provided insights into the stress distribution, deformation patterns, and safety factors of the connecting rod under various load conditions. The maximum von Mises stress was identified in the transition area between the rod and the crank pin, which is consistent with typical failure points found in previous studies. From the analysis, it was concluded that the existing design provides an acceptable safety factor under normal working conditions, but optimizations in material thickness and fillet radius at critical regions could further enhance durability and reduce the risk of fatigue failure. This study highlights the importance of structural analysis in improving the reliability and longevity of compressor components through simulation-based design validation.
