Abstract

The development of industry in the field of electronics is increasingly developing along with the development of technology. The negative impact of these developments is Cd waste (Cadmium). This study aims to measure the absorption capacity of hydroxyapatite nanoparticles in absorption of Cadmium metal which is usually present in electrolytic industrial waste. The absorption of Cd metal is carried out through the technique of hydroxyapatite nanoparticles. The absorption of Cadmium metal is carried out by heating 75oC and carried out by precipitation technique of hydroxyaptite Nanoparticles. Atomic absorption spectrophotometry instrument tools are required in this study. The absorption results show an absorption of 66.36% of the cadmium solution or has a Quantity of 6.77 to the hydroxyapatite nanoparticles.

Abstract

This study aims to find the level of energy consumption, CVR% and Boddy mass index through the pulse before and after sports. In calculation of CVR% there are 4 people needed improvement, 1 person must reduce the activity time so as not to injury while doing sports. In determining the heartbeat pulse (pulse) by testing the wilxocon turns out the higher heart rate before exercising, the higher the heart rate after exercise or vice versa. In addition, by doing chi square test between energy consumption with obesity has nothing to do.

Abstract

Solanum ferox or acid aubergine plants is one type of vegetable used as flavoring in food. Solanum ferox contains terpenoids, steroids, flavonoids, alkaloids and phenolics. Solanum ferox has antipyretic, antirheumatic, anti-asthma, antiviral and as a drug for syphilis. The purpose of this study is to test the antibacterial activity of leaf methanol extract of Solanum ferox plant. Leaf Solanum ferox is extracted using methanol. Methanol extract was tested for antibacterial activity using diffusion method to use E.coli, S.aureus and B.subtilis bacteria. Amoxicillin is used as a positive standard while negative controls are solvents used to dissolve samples. Antibacterial activity of methanol and amoxicillin extract showed inhibitory zones of E.coli of 7,72-11,67 mm and 19.97 mm, inhibitory zone to bacterium B.subtilis only at 5.7 μg/mL concentration of 11,29 mm and amoxicillin 18, 51 mm.
