Abstract

Tapis Marga Kaya is one of the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) engaged in the manufacture of Tapis Cloth. The preparation of the production budget is basically planning how much the budgeted costs will be for the coming year. The preparation of the production budget has a broader scope, including with regard to how many products will be produced, how the production process will be carried out, and how much budget will be spent on the production process. The problem faced in this study is how the influence of the production budget on the smooth production of Tapis Marga Kaya. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by conducting interviews, observing documentation, literature studies and questionnaires, using qualitative and quantitative analysis. The data was taken using a questionnaire which was distributed to 16 employee respondents at Tapis Marga Kaya. From the results of data processing, it was found that the price (r) = 0.6947 which has a fairly strong correlation and the value of t-count = 4.6512 when compared with the t-table at the 95% confidence level with a 5% degree of error obtained at 1.782. Because the value of t-count> t-table, then the hypothesis put forward can be accepted. The conclusion drawn is that the budget is reduced by 2.62%. There is an increase in the smooth production of 26.15%. This means that Tapis Marga Kaya can prepare the production budget. Suggestion, calculate carefully first before preparing the production budget.

Abstract

During the current covid pandemic, which can be said to be the new normal period, where all people have received vaccine 2, which does not mean that life is going on normally, it is hoped that with conditions like this we can quickly adapt to the environment. Although during a pandemic, public services must continue to run well, public servants are closely related to the internal culture of the organization. The government bureaucracy in the new normal period is generally lacking in supporting efforts to improve public services. If employee morale begins to decline, it will result in the failure of the goals to be achieved, on the contrary, with high morale, these goals can be achieved properly. The condition that occurs in the Regional Revenue Service of Bandar Lampung City is that there is a decrease in work morale. So the employees of the Bandar Lampung City Regional Revenue Service in carrying out their work are not optimal. The non-optimal performance of civil servants can be seen from the non-achievement of the work targets that have been set. This study aims to determine the effect of material and non-material motivation of employees on the job satisfaction of employees of the Regional Revenue Service of Bandar Lampung City. While the analytical tool used is simple linear regression analysis using a t-test. The results of the quantitative analysis show that material and non-material motivation (X1) has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y). This conclusion is obtained partially, it is known that material and non-material motivation (X1) have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) at the Regional Revenue Service of Bandar Lampung City. This is shown from the count value of the work motivation variable (X1) = 8,707 and the count is greater than the t table value of 1,697.

Abstract

Coconut shell is a solid waste from processed coconut which has been taken with coconut to get coconut milk. Coconut shells are generally used for fuel, household purposes or souvenirs. In Ambarawa village, Ambarawa sub-district is an area that produces coconut shell charcoal which is sold at low prices. To increase the economic value of society. The obstacle encountered in maximizing coconut shell waste is the lack of skills of the residents in exploiting the existing potential. This community empowerment program has the aim of having community welfare. This implementation is designed using a research method with a system of delivering material in theory or socialization and practice of the learning that has been done. Coconut shell charcoal can be used as an ingredient for coconut shell charcoal and activated carbon. The results of community service in Ambarawa village can have a positive impact in developing independent businesses to improve the welfare of the surrounding community

Abstract

Convection Drumband Uniform is a convection that makes and sells drumband uniforms in Klaten Gadingrejo Village. System sales, promotion and marketing still use manual system. For that we need a system that can help Convection Drumband Uniforms to be known to the wider community. With the design of Mobile Web-based E-commerce application is the PHP programming language, text editor Macro Dreamweaver, and Photoshop CS6. This app can ease promotion, sales, and expand marketing.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengubah dunia menjadi serba mudah dan berkat dukungan teknologi komputer terbukti bahwa mekanisme kerja yang rumit dan panjang menjadi lebih efektif. Komputer memegang peran penting dalam menunjang kelancaran aktivitas pekerjaan di dalam suatu informasi, cara pengaturan data dengan menggunakan Sistem Basis Data yang selama ini telah mendukung kinerja banyak instansi, seperti halnya di SMA Darma Bangsa Bandar Lampung ini dimana sistem penerimaan siswanya masih tergolong manual. Dengan pertimbangan diatas maka diperlukan sesuatu sistem yang dapat menyelesaikan semua kendala, khususnya dalam hal pelaksanaan penerimaan siswa baru di SMA Darma Bangsa Bandar Lampung. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut maka dibuatlah suatu perancangan database system dan software interface penerimaan siswa baru berbasis web, sehingga bisa menggantikan sebagian peran dari petugas penerimaan siswa baru. Perancangan aplikasi web ini, akan memberikan kemudahan-kemudahan dalam melakukan kegiatan, terutama para siswa yang berada di luar Bandar Lampung, yang ingin sekali mendaftar di SMA Darma Bangsa Bandar Lampung secara online. Aplikasi web ini dibangun dengan menggunakan TSDM metode waterfall yang umum digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi. Ada beberapa tahap dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini, yaitu tahap analisis, desain, koding, pengujian, dan implementasi. Aplikasi ini menggunakan desain sistem dengan menggunakan Data Flow Diagram. Sedangkan pada tahap koding, aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database MySQL.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan sharia online trading system (SOTS) yang diajarkan di sekolah pasar modal IDX Lampung terhadap minat investasi syariah di Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data responden menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar melalui google form. Wawancara terhadap staf IDX Lampung juga dilakukan. Sampel penelitian yaitu sebanyak 125 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.  Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 19.0 serta. Sampel merupakan para peserta yang pernah mengikuti sekolah pasar modal yang dilenggarakan oleh IDX Lampung. Berdasarkan hasil uji t nilai signifikan sharia online trading system (SOTS) adalah sebesar 0,00 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa variabel secara berpengaruh terhadap  minat investasi syariah. Hasil wawancara terhadap staf IDX Lampung  menjelaskan bahwa IDX Lampung terus berkomintmen melakukan pelatihan pasar modal di Lampung yang mempunyai komitemen kuat terhadap tata kelola perusahaan yang baik dan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah. Diharapkan setelah mengikuti sekolah psar modal maka masyarakat mempunyai literasi yang tinggi, memahami pemanfaatan sharia online trading system (SOTS) dan ikut berkontribusi untuk mengebangkan dan meningkatkan praktik investasi syariah di Indonesia.

Abstract

Electronic commerce is business activities with the aim of taking advantage, such as sellers, purchases, services, information, and trade through intermediaries, namely through computer networks, especially the internet. The products of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Pringsewu Regency are experiencing development but have various weaknesses including market orientation, quality of human resources, mastery of technology, market access, and capital. To improve performance and speed up and facilitate data processing and information processing for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, it is necessary to create an information system for the sale of Micro, Small and Medium Business Products based on the BtoB Application and Website which can simplify the transaction and promotion process as well as ordering stock items by utilizing Website facilities. The design model used by the author in building this application is to use the Rational Unified Process (RUP) design model. With this application, it can support the transaction process and promotion of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Products in Pringsewu Regency to be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Electronic Commerce is an extension of e-commerce by exploiting electronic media. as electronic advances are increasingly advanced, it will force SMEs to evolve from manual to digital, this is because the existence of the internet as electronic media (e-commerce) has its own positive and negative impacts. The positive impact is the presence of the internet as a medium for selling marketing systems to become wider, simple and detailed. While the negative impact is when traditional business people will be displaced by the times due to lack of knowledge. The system to be built is a typical web-based sale of Pringsewu snacks, this website can display complete catalogs and catalogs with prices and types of food online also providing shopping process services. The result of designing this application is the development of applications from the sale of Pringsewu's specialty snacks online, buyers can easily find and see Pringsewu's specialty snacks and make it easier to carry out the process of buying and selling food.

TB. Galang is a building shop located in Katon Country which sells various building materials such as cement, ceramics, natural stone and other building tools. Sales and purchase transactions are still carried out using note paper, where the supply of goods in the sales transaction is still handwritten, so that errors can still occur in writing data, because it becomes inaccurate when goods come in, until the profit calculation is less efficient, when doing it. sales transactions. When making a more computerized sales transaction, an Information System design is built to make sales easier, and in the system it has a feature that can search for stock items, provision of goods in a report, profit, and sales transactions. This system uses the waterfall research method. The existence of this information system, everything can be done easily and goes well in making sales transactions. The existence of this system can increase the number of sales and make it easier to produce sales reports.

Abstract

E-commerce is a form of utilization of computer information technology that is used especially in the trade business where consumers will be facilitated in searching for data/information as well as buying and selling goods. It is hoped that it can become a promotional media for Rani Boutique that is able to present data and information that can be accessed via the internet. The benefits of making this system can provide convenience to business owners in organizing, and processing data, and information and increasing sales effectiveness. The benefits of this system can provide convenience to the people of Sukoharjo, Pringsewu in particular and outsiders in general in terms of getting information about Rani Boutique. This system was built using the waterfall development method which includes the stages of analysis, design, coding, implementation and maintenance.
