Abstract

The use of technology in agriculture or in terms of assisting the state in helping to increase the trade-in coconut commodities can be very helpful, especially for those of the lower class who have commodity trading businesses. Small traders and natural coconut collectors marketed coconut commodities during the Covid-19 pandemic. During the pandemic, commodity prices soared but in terms of marketing, it was still not efficient, especially in small villages. So it can be expected that with this research an application system is built. can help coconut traders promote and market commodities more efficiently with a wider reach. The method used in designing application systems is the waterfall method, which uses the Java programming language in designing applications that are more efficient. The types of payment methods that can be done can use the method by credit card or in cash where consumers can also directly review the place. With this transaction, consumers can have more confidence in the quality of the commodities presented and can establish a relationship with the business owner directly. already done using an Android-based trading application showing the application can run well with the payment methods provided with product promotion features that can be reviewed directly by the buyer.

Abstract

Abstract In order to reduce barriers to children's growth and development, this study attempts to explain how parents can help prevent gadget addiction in their kids. The study was carried out in the Pringsewu Regency's Pnadansari Selatan Village Hall. Using a purposive sample technique and a descriptive qualitative approach, this study included parents who actively utilize technology and participate in their children's education at home. Observation, interviews, data reduction, and documentation were used to gather the data, which were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique with triangulation for data validity. This study has significant ramifications for initiatives aimed at enhancing the standard of children's growth and development by fostering cooperation between parents and informal learning environments.

Abstract

Under the direction of the Ministry of Manpower, the financial reporting training for MSMEs has proceeded smoothly and met its goals. The significance of maintaining systematic financial records and the many kinds of financial reports needed for business management were better understood by the participants as a result of this exercise. Additionally, the training improved the participants' technical proficiency in creating financial reports with Microsoft Excel. Participants were able to record transactions more accurately, elegantly, and readily for analysis by practicing with the supplied Excel templates. The abilities acquired from this course can support MSMEs' future competitiveness and business goals, improve their ability to get funding, and help them manage their finances more effectively It has been demonstrated that using Excel for digital record keeping improves the effectiveness, precision, and accountability of financial data. It is anticipated that this exercise would serve as the foundation for an MSME financial management system that is more sustainable and professional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana laporan arus kas PT Caturkarda dipengaruhi oleh laba kotor dan piutang usaha. Teknik yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, laporan arus kas PT Caturkarda dipengaruhi oleh laba kotor dan piutang usaha. Laporan arus kas akan dipengaruhi oleh peningkatan laba kotor, dan arus kas akan dipengaruhi oleh peningkatan piutang usaha.

Abstract

Implementasi dalam kewirausahaan digital (digital entrepreneurship) bagi Gen Z pada kenyataannya menghadapi berbagai kendala pada berbagai aspek, namun peluang dan potensi mereka tetap besar dengan kreativitas dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang mumpuni. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberi edukasi fundamental dalam penguatan konsep dan strategi kewirausahaan digital yang sukses bagi Gen-Z Pemanfaatan pemasaran digital berperan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan dan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMK Islam Adiluwih Kabupaten Pringsewu. Hasil kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan bagi pemahaman siswa/i SMK sebagai generasi muda Gen Z dalam implementasi dan strategi kewirausahaan digital yang akan dijalani. Peningkatan ini juga berdampak pada bisnis atau usaha yang telah dijalankan saat ini, dan menjadi modal dasar untuk menjalankan bisnis di masa yang akan datang untuk menjalankan bisnis secara digitalisasi. Hal lain yaitu terlihat dari ekosistem yang holistik yang akan memberi harmoni antara kemampuan individu dengan instrumen digital dan pada akhirnya menghasilkan wirausahawan digital yang berdaya saing tinggi

Abstract

The goal of this study was to discover parameters determining profitability. PT Unilever Tbk was sampled utilizing a partial test data collection methodology and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings demonstrated that profitability was not significantly impacted by the liquidity ratio. In the meantime, there was a notable adverse impact on the capital structure ratio. One of the recommendations for Unilever is to sustain debt management through effective liquidity management. Additionally, keeping debt and equity in balance is essential to avoiding bankruptcy.

Abstract

At this time technology is getting more sophisticated, and some entrepreneurs are starting to issue their products, especially motorcycle parts, various variations of complete spare parts machines using the benefits and disadvantages. This will make it difficult for buyers to make the right decisions and be shown using the right decision for the needs of the motorcycle. With so many spare parts as fast as motorbikes, more and more brands and types of motorbikes spare parts are being produced with their respective advantages and disadvantages. choosing which one is best for the buyer is not easy. Therefore, an Android-based system was created to help buyers identify motorcycle spare parts according to their preferences and preferences. With this Android, buyers will be directed to be able to choose the best quality. At the same time, the data collection method uses observation and case studies that occur. This research results in a data framework that can be used to search for spare parts at Toko Maju Jaya from category, brand, type, and price. The conclusion obtained from this research is to create an Android-based motorcycle spare part promotion system to facilitate the promotion or introduce spare parts to buyers

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji kinerja keuangan PT. Bukit Asam Tbk dari tahun 2019 hingga 2024. Perusahaan ini terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX). Tujuan analisis kinerja keuangan adalah untuk menilai kesehatan perusahaan dan kemampuannya dalam menghadapi dinamika industri pertambangan dan ekonomi, khususnya sebelum, selama, dan setelah pandemi COVID-19. Laporan keuangan tahunan PT. Bukit Asam Tbk, yang dikumpulkan dari situs web resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia dan laporan publik perusahaan, berfungsi sebagai data sekunder untuk pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis rasio keuangan, yang meliputi rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas, dan profitabilitas, digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Terlepas dari variasi sejumlah indeks keuangan yang disebabkan oleh pergeseran harga komoditas batubara, kondisi ekonomi dunia, dan peraturan pemerintah, temuan menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT. Bukit Asam Tbk secara umum cukup memuaskan. Sementara rasio solvabilitas menunjukkan struktur keuangan perusahaan yang relatif solid, rasio likuiditas menunjukkan kemampuan perusahaan yang relatif stabil untuk memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendek. Selama beberapa periode waktu, profitabilitas perusahaan telah meningkat seiring dengan kenaikan harga batu bara dan peningkatan efisiensi operasional. Diharapkan studi ini akan memberikan informasi dan faktor-faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan oleh investor, manajemen, dan pihak-pihak terkait saat mengambil keputusan keuangan dan investasi.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya kepuasan kerja merupakan hal yang bersifat individual. Setiap pegawai akan mempunyai tingkat kepuasan yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan sistem dan nilai-nilai yang berlaku pada pegawai tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diketahui tidak terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan secara parsial antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT Indo Lampung Perkasa, hal ini berdasarkan jawaban responden mengenai cahaya pantulan sinar matahari membuat responden tidak puas. dalam melakukan pekerjaan dan kebisingan yang terdapat di lingkungan kerja membuat responden tidak fokus dalam melakukan pekerjaan di PT Indo Lampung Perkasa.
