Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh macam naungan dan dosis pupuk nitrogen terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kakao (Theobroma cacao l.). Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok lengkap (RAKL) yang disusun secara factorial dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah naungan yang terdiri dari perlakuan tanpa naungan (S0), atap rumbia (S1), atap plastic (S2), dan atap gedeg (S3), sedangkan faktor kedua adalah pupuk nitrogen yang terdiri dari dosis 0 gram Urea/bibit (N0), dosis 2,5 gram Urea/bibit (N1), dosis 5 gram Urea/bibit (N2), dosis 7,5 gram Urea/bibit (N3), dosis 10 gram Urea/bibit (N4). Pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun,ndiameter batang, berat basah tajuk, berat kering tajuk, berat basah akar, berat kering akar.             Perlakuan pemupukan berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, berat basah akar, berat kering akar, tetapi berpengaru sangat nyata terhadap jumlah daun, berat basah tajuk dan berat kering tajuk. Perlakuan naungan berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap semua parameter, yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang, berat basah basah tajuk, berat kering tajuk, berat basah akar dan berat kering akar. Hasil penelitian pengaruh dosis pupuk nitrogrn dan macam naungan  tidak terdapt interaksi terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kakao Kata Kunci : Tanaman kakao, Pupuk nitrogen, Macam naungan

Abstract

  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui interaksi pemberian NPK dan POC Nasa terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang mierah, miengietahui Riespoin piertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang mierah tierhadap NPK dan POiC Nasa.  Pienielitian ini tielah dilaksanakan di Kiel. Kandang Limun Kiec. Muara Bangkahulu.  Pienielitian ini mienggunakan Rancangan Acak Kieloimpoik Faktoirial (RAKF) disusun siecara poila faktoirial diengan 3 ulangan.  Tierdiri dari 2 faktoir yaitu : Faktoir piertama adalah NPK : N0= Kointroil ( tanpa pierlakuan ), N1= 100 kg/ha, N2= 150 Kg/ha, N3= 200 Kg/ha.  Faktoir kiedua adalah POiC Nasa : P1= 2 ml/litier, P2= 3 ml/litier, P3= 4 ml/litier.  Tierhadapat 12 Koimbinasi pierlakuan, bierdasarkan hasil siemua paramietier tanaman tidak tierjadi intieraksi antara NPK dan POiC Nasa pada siemua paramietier piengamatan.  Pada pierlakuan NPK tinggi tanaman 42 hst bierpiengaruh nyata, dan tinggi tanaman 56 hst bierpiengaruh sangat nyata,bierpiengaruh tidak nyata pada paramietier lainnya.  Tierhadap pierlakuan POiC Nasa bierpiengaruh tidak nyata pada siemua paramietier bawang mierah Kata Kunci : Bawang merah, NPK, POC Nasa

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the effects of solid oil palm waste application and mung bean (Vigna radiata L.) varietal differences on growth and yield performance in red-yellow podzolic soils in Bengkulu, Indonesia. A factorial experiment was conducted using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with three replications. The two factors tested were four levels of solid waste application (0, 10, 15, and 20 tons/ha) and three mung bean varieties (Vima 2, Vima 4, and Vima 5). Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at a 5% significance level. The results showed that solid waste application significantly improved plant height, number of pods per plant, pod weight, and seed weight per plant. Variety also had a significant effect on plant height at 56 days after planting. No significant interaction was observed between the two factors. Overall, the application of 20 tons/ha of solid waste resulted in the highest improvements in agronomic parameters. Among the tested varieties, Vima 5 demonstrated the best overall performance. These findings suggest that using solid oil palm waste at an optimal dose can enhance mung bean productivity in red-yellow podzolic soils, supporting sustainable agricultural practices.

Abstract

The transformation of agriculture towards the digital era requires human resources with technical and entrepreneurial competencies relevant to the needs of modern industry. This study aims to analyse how improving technical and entrepreneurial competencies can prepare agricultural vocational school students to meet the demands of work in the digital agriculture sector. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was obtained through interviews, learning observations, and document studies related to the implementation of vocational competency strengthening. The results showed that technical competencies, including mastery of sensor-based agricultural technology, IoT, modern mechanisation, and digital literacy, contributed significantly to improving students' work readiness. On the other hand, entrepreneurial competencies enhance creativity, the ability to identify agribusiness opportunities, and students' motivation to pursue a career in the modern agricultural sector. The integration of these two competencies has been proven to strengthen students' interest in agriculture while shaping their adaptive abilities in facing the dynamics of digital agriculture. This study emphasises the importance of curriculum renewal, teacher capacity building, the provision of modern practical facilities, and partnerships with industry to support the development of students' competencies as future agricultural workers.
