Abstract

The 2022 prototype curriculum is a curriculum implemented in the Driving School Program which refers to the Pancasila student profile to fortify students' abilities and character as an important part of implementing learning. The purpose of this study is to discuss freedom in the application of the 2022 prototype curriculum. This study uses a type of library research or literature study with a descriptive method. The purpose of implementing this type of research is to be able to provide a description of the findings of a literature study sourced from articles, journals, websites, or books related to the topic under study. The prototype curriculum is an educational program that is one of the choices (decisions) to make recovery in the implementation of learning. This curriculum structure contains teaching and learning that refers to achievement. The prototype curriculum that will be implemented by the Ministry of Education and Culture in the 2022/2023 academic year has very good goals, specifically requiring more dynamic and versatile progress by providing teachers with adaptability to carry out learning cycles that are for learning projects. To achieve this, the help and hard work of various groups should try to understand the superior teaching of the Indonesian language and develop it further.

Abstract

Sanitasi yang layak dan kebiasaan hidup bersih merupakan fondasi penting dalam menjaga kesehatan murid sekolah dasar. Namun, masih banyak sekolah yang menghadapi keterbatasan fasilitas kebersihan, sehingga murid rentan terhadap penyakit yang disebabkan oleh buruknya hygiene. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di SDN 1 Nagrikidul dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman serta kebiasaan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS), khususnya praktik cuci tangan pakai sabun (CTPS). Metode pelaksanaan mencakup sosialisasi interaktif, diskusi singkat, demonstrasi langkah CTPS yang benar, serta penyediaan fasilitas pendukung seperti sabun, lap tangan, dan poster panduan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman murid terkait pentingnya kebersihan diri, serta perbaikan dalam keterampilan mereka melakukan CTPS secara benar. Murid menjadi lebih antusias, mampu mengulang langkah-langkah CTPS, dan mulai membangun kebiasaan mencuci tangan dengan lebih tepat. Penyediaan sarana kebersihan juga berperan besar dalam menjaga keberlanjutan perilaku tersebut. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa edukasi yang dikombinasikan dengan praktik langsung dan fasilitas yang memadai dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk membentuk budaya hidup bersih di lingkungan sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The low cognitive learning outcomes of elementary school students remain a challenge in the learning process. Therefore, an alternative solution is needed to address this issue. This study aimed to identify and analyze the effect and differences in the improvement of cognitive learning outcomes between students who were taught using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by canva AI media and those who used the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model. This study employed a quasi-eksperimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The research sample consisted of 25 stundents in the experimental class and 25 stundents in the control class. Data were collected through pretest and posttest instruments. The results of the coefficient of determination test showed that the PBL model assisted by canva AI media contributed 64,8% to students’ cognitive learning outcomes. In addition, the N-Gain analysis revealed that the experimental class achieved an improvement of 62% in the moderately effective category, while the control class achieved 45% in the less effective category. These findings indicate that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Canva AI media is more effective as an alternative learning approach for improving elementary school students' cognitive learning outcomes.
