Abstract

The  purpose of this research are to determine and analyze the effect of land area, and labor on cocoa production accross province in Indonesia by using the Pooled Analysis equation. The results showed that the land area had a positive and significant effect on the production of cocoa in Indonesia, and labor had a positive and insignificant effect on the production of cocoa in Indonesia. From the results of the study, it is suggested that the government be able to carry out a program to develop the cocoa plantation sector, and provide training to farmers so that the amount of cocoa production in Indonesia can increase and farmers' income also increases.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) education imbalance, (2) the effect of education expansion on education imbalance, and (3) the correlate of education imbalance on economic growth in West Sumatera Province. This research is descriptive and asosiative, it’s describe the variable and found whether there is influence between independent variable with dependent variable. This study used Survey Sosial Ekonomi Nasional years 2005, 209 and 2013. The data examied totaled 57 observations. The analyses technique are descripyive and inductive. Inductive analyses include panel data analyses, determinant coefficient, hypothesis test and coreelation test.The result showed that: education imbalance in West Sumatera Province came to low imbalance, with the lowest imbalance on Padang City with education gini index as 0,2149. The result also showed that education imbalance on city has lower gini index than regency, (2) education expansion has a negative significantly impact on education imbalance in West Sumatera Province with regression coeffecient as 0,02557, (3) education imbalance has a negative correlation with economic growth with correlation coefficient as 0,001712.    Keywords : educatio imbalance, education expansion, economic growth

Abstract

This study examines the impact of trade relation between Indonesia with China on Indonesian economic growth by using dependen variabel as net-eksport, exchange rate, and money supply start from the periode 1990 to 2019. The result analiysis by using Multiple Linear Regression obtained that: (1) Net-eksport has a negative and significant effect on Indenesian economic growth with significance of 0.0394; (2) Indonesian exchange rate against the US$ has negative and significant effect on Indonesian economic growth with significance of 0.0240; (3) Indonesian money supplay has positive and not significant effect on Indonesian economic growth with significance of 0.2576; (4) Based on the resaults of the test simultaneous effect independent variabel on dependent variabel then the result is, simultaniously varibel net-ekspor, kurs and money supply has significant on Indonesian economic growth as 46%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the (1) multiplier of fiscal policy and monetary policy, (2) equilibrium market of goods and money market in Indonesia, (3) effective policy to stabilize Indonesian economy by using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results of the research show that (1) a fiscal multiplier is 0.06 and a monetary multiplier is 1.17, (2) the equilibrium is at the interest rate of 1,81% and the GDP of Rp. 935.235,6 billion, and (3) the effective policy is monetary policy in stabilizing the economy.

Abstract

This research purpose are to the analyse the (1) LTV Policy, (2)Interest rates on Consumption Loans (3) The Capital Adequacy Ratio  in terms of the Non Performing Loans  in BPR convensional  Indonesia. Methods that being used are Ordinary Least Square (OLS), the estimation results show that (1)LTV Policiy has a significant positive  effect the Non Performing Loans in BPR convensional Indonesia (2) Interest rates on consumption loans has a significant positive effect on Non Performing Loans in BPR convensional Indonesia, and(3) The Capital Adequacy Ratio has a significant positiveeffects the Non Performing Loan in BPR convensional Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Inflation, National Income, Interest Rate and Money Supply through exchange rate moderation variables to non oil and gas exports in Indonesia. The type of research used is descriptive and associative research. The type of data in this study is secondary data and time series data in the form of monthly and quarterly data from 2005 to 2016. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inductive analysis. In the inductive analysis there are several tests: Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), classical assumption test and t test. This result shows that (1) exchange rate has no significant effect to moderate the relationship between inflation to non oil and gas exports in Indonesia (2) Exchange rate has significant effect to moderate the relationship between national income to non-oil exports in Indonesia (3) Interest rate has no significant effect moderate relationship Interest rate on non-oil and gas exports in Indonesia (4) The exchange rate has a significant effect on moderating the relationship between the money supply to non-oil and gas exports in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, Loan To Deposit Ratio, and economic growth of the Non-Performing Loan in Rural Bank of West Sumatra.The type of data in this research is secondary data that is both quantitative and Time Series Data from the years 2005-2013. Data were analyzed with regression methods and estimation OLS (Ordinary Least Square).The results showed that: (1) inflation is not a significant negative effect on the Bank's Non-Performing Loan Rural West Sumatera (2) Loan To Deposit Ratio was not significant positive effect on Non-Performing Loans in the Bank Rural West Sumatera  (3) economic growth significant negative effect on Non-Performing Loans in the Rural Bank of West Sumatra, (4) inflation, Loan To Deposit Ratio and economic growth together significant effect on Non-Performing Loans in the Rural Bank of WestKeywords : Inflation, Loan To Deposit Ratio, economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the long-term effects and short-term shocks of RTGS value, clearing value, electronic money value, inflation and interest rates on the money supply in Indonesia. The impacts of these shocks will be the basis for decision-making and policy-setting in achieving optimal economic growth. This study uses the ECM method to see the long-term and short-term effects of payment system innovation and macroeconomic variables on the money supply in Indonesia. The data used is time series from 2009:Q1-2017Q3 collected through documentation from relevant government agencies. In more detail, the technique used is with Error Correction Model (ECM) to analyze short-term shocks. The results obtained show that in the short term, the value of clearing, inflation, and interest rate variables cause shocks to the money supply in Indonesia. In the long run, the variable of RTGS value, the clearing value, the electronic money value, and the inflation have a significant effect on the money supply in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the effects of corruption, the quality of human development and foreign investment on poverty in ASEAN. The data used is secondary data in the form of a panel of data from 2012 to 2016, with data collection techniques are library studies obtained from relevant institutions and agencies. The variables used are Corruption, Quality of Human Development, Foreign Investment and Poverty. The research methods used are: (1) Pooled Analysis (2) Determination Coefficient (3) T Test (4) Test F. The results of the study show that corruption has a significant positive effect on poverty. This means that increasing corruption tends to lead to increasing poverty. While the quality of human development has a significant negative effect on poverty. That is, the increasing quality of human development tends to cause more poverty. Meanwhile, foreign investment has no influence on poverty. This means that the increasing number of foreign investments cannot reduce poverty.

Abstract

This study examined the causality between expansionary fiscal policy, expansionary monetary policy and economic growth in Indonesia’s using a time series data with vector autoregression model (VAR) in the period of 1969-2018. The results of this study showed that are there is no causality between expansionary fiscal policy and expansionary monetary policy but there one-way relationship between them, it is the expansionary monetary policy gives influence to expansionary fiscal policy. There is no causality between expansionary fiscal policy and economic growth but there one-way relationship between them, It is economic growth gives influence to expansionary fiscal policy.
