Abstract

Nurul SDIT Istiqlal Klaten an Islamic-based elementary school that has a high awareness of the importance of the monitoring and evaluation of student learning in order to know the level of success of the learning process is running. In order to maximize the process it created an information system of monitoring and evaluation of student learning web-based and SMS-gateway. This information system can display a list of values of each student in each subject and grade of teaching a teacher with grouping based on the criteria of the KKM. Moreover, it can display a graph of the percentage of the value of grouping results. Values that have been added can be disseminated to parents / guardians of the students. This information system will display a graph the value of each student for all four test scores. System design using the Context Diagram, Hierarchy Process Input Output, Data Flow Diagrams, input design, output design, and database design. The result of this research is the information system of monitoring and evaluation of student learning which has an input in the form of student data, teacher data subject, the data homeroom, the data subject, class data, the data teacher, materials, values and information. While the results of the output of a graph of the results of grouping value, sms information listed value value with KKM and the average grade and disseminated the text contains some information. Based on the calculation of the questionnaire, obtained persentase 84,00% so that it can be concluded that the information system is feasible to implemention in SDIT Nurul Istiqlal Klaten. Keywords: Monitoring, PHP, SMS-Gateway

Abstract

PT. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri  Surakarta is a company engaged in printing, publishing, book stores, and distributors. In the process of recruiting new employees, every year the number of applicants has increased while the number of employees who received restricted so necessary to make a decision-making system that can facilitate HR managers in selecting candidates for new employees in accordance with the needs and the company's criteria. The purpose of this research is to build a system by applying the method of Weighted Product (WP). This method is one method of settling the multi-criteria in recruitment where many of the criteria that should be considered by finding the weight values for each criterion, then do ratings process that will determine the best alternative to prospective employees. The weight of the criteria in the selection of candidates for the new employee at the selection stage of administration is the last education (15%), the suitability of the majors (20%), GPA (15%), age (10%), work experience (15%), the suitability of work experience ( 25%). The analysis of new personnel recruitment system shows that the selection and administration have accuracy levels of 80% and a selection test has a level of accuracy of 66.67%. Abstract

Strategic Planning Information System (PSSI) is a process to identify a computer-based portfolio that will help the organization in carrying out its business plans and realizing its business goals, on the contrary PSSI can also generate demand for applications with high leverage and ability to create excellence among its competitors. Analysis of the situation and the ongoing business functions, such as an analysis of five competitive forces and SWOT analysis.Information Systems Strategic Planning the sale of services on the CV. XYZ have targets to support management functions within the company, particularly in the areas of customer service and management services. Abstract

Circular Number 05/SEK/STMIK-SN/IV/2020 in STMIK Sinar Nusantara Surakarta regulates implementation of learning, midterm exams, and even thesis / final exams. Hence, STMIK Sinar Nusantara took a policy for the implementation of synchronous learning and asynchronous learning. Synchronous learning (one time: teleconference, chatting) applies (1) Google Meeting by sinus.ac.id account, (2) Virtual meeting as Skype and Zoom, and (3) Discussion in Classroom. Meanwhile, asynchronous learning (time difference) uses (1) handouts, (2) tutorials, (3) videos, and (4) simple exercises. The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanisms in online learning (E-Learning) during Covid-19 Pandemic at STMIK Sinar Nusantara.  This research only focuses on Synchronous and Asynchronous E-learning mechanism at STMIK Sinar Nusantara in even semester of 2019/2020. This research was conducted using 49 lecturers as respondents. The research method was descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the study by sampling 49 respondents as lecturers in online learning during Covid-19 Pandemic at STMIK Sinar Nusantara can be concluded that Synchronous learning (Conference by Google Meet, Skype, Zoom, Youtube Live, Umeetme) reached 57% and those who did not apply Synchronous learning (no conference) reached 43%. Meanwhile, the results of analysis in Asynchronous learning (handouts, tutorials, exercises / discussions, and videos) reached 88% and those who did not apply Asynchronous learning reached 12%.

Abstract

Decision Support System is a branch of artificial intelligence used to help make decisions in semi-structured cases, where it is not known exactly how decisions should be made. In this research, the design and making of decision support system that is used to help determine the nutritional status of children with weight input, age, height, head circumference, nutrition value of toddlers and the output of nutritional status of children under five and their handling. The problem of data uncertainty in decision support system is solved by using fuzzy mamdani method. The existence of data uncertainty in the process can occur because of the differences in existing calculations on the system. The process of determining the nutritional status of this decision support system is begun by entering the input data of toddlers, where the system will display some variables that have been made then start the calculation with the application. The end result of this research is decision support system to do nutritional handling in toddler along with their nutrition result. The calculations show the level of confidence in the system of nutritional status of the toddler and from the results of this study obtained the system accuracy of 83.33% of the 18 test data that has been tested is obtained. Therefore, it can be concluded that decision support system produces a good examination.

Abstract

This research is to make decision support system from student selection achievement in SMP Negeri 1 Polokarto Sukoharjo which still done manually. The method used is weighted product. System design using UML. Testing this system aims to find the level of validity of the system that applies the weight of algorithm products with MS.excel calculation with the same criteria and the same weight on each alternative for the results of calculating the distance relative to the ideal solution manual. Abstract

Many convenience obtained by using the computer as a tool or utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), but there are also effects. ICT is actually not environmentally friendly because the amount of energy used to operate the ICT equipment, rising energy costs, as well as the waste generated by the ICT equipment that is not properly processed, also the lack of peduliannya humans on the environment and this makes the earth where human life is getting damaged due to poorly-maintained and it is certainly can be detrimental to mankind. The purpose of the application of green computing is to minimize energy consumption in IT, purchasing energy-efficient equipment, reducing the use of paper and other consumables, optimize data center efficiency, and reduce impact on the environment. This study to determine whether the strategy is appropriate terapkannya green computing. Abstract

One of the valuable assets in a company is human resources (HR).  Human Resource Information System (HRIS) has emerged as one of the drivers of competitiveadvantage and strategic decision making tool. One of the HRIS task is employee recruitment. Employees become an important role. Therefore, this research is conducted forclassification of employee status determination using the Naïve Bayes methods.  One of the duties of employees is to provide service to customer in the process of purchasing goods until the payment transaction process directly. Because of the large number of contract employees at the time of certain events, it requires companies to select every three months for the continuation of the work contract period for employees according to store needs so that the company's employee payroll expenses do not exceed the budget. One of the criteria is for being able to work in flexible groups between the ages of 17 and 25 for contract employees with a minimum of high school or vocational education. The purposes of this study are to design and build a Decision Support System application for the Continuation of Employee Employment Contracts Using the Naïve Bayes Method at PT. XYZ Retail. The result of the research is the application using the naïve bayes method with an accuracy rate of 90%.

Abstract

The attendance system is a digital attendance record, this is needed to evaluate employee attendance data. During the corona virus pandemic, the employee attendance system having some problems related to physical distancing policies, it needs problem solving to solve the problem, it is namely by maximizing the attendance coordinates of each employee, which use Location Based Services (LBS) technology method and haversine formula that functions to calculate the distance of the attendance coordinates with the employee's position. Creating the system using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Waterfall, Node.js, Express.js, Flutter and MySQL as well as a VPS server. The final result of the employee attendance system can run on two platforms, the frontend version on android mobile devices and the backend version on the website. The test results on the employee attendance system received a "reasonable" predicate with an achievement range of 70-74 %. The conclusion of this research is creating the creation of an employee attendance system use location coordinates which is answered the problems on this research.

Abstract

Wood is a very decisive main element in the furniture industry or other wood crafts. Furniture was originally an industry of furniture crafts and wood carvings, so that the furniture products produced highlighted the effect of art. To determine whether a wood is suitable or not as a furniture material, systematic and accurate calculations are needed in order to obtain the right decision making. From this problem the researcher implemented the Naïve Bayes method to classify the quality level of wood based on the probability of wood. This makes it easier for table manufacturers to choose wood based on the texture of the wood. The purpose of this study is to implement the Naïve Bayes method to classify the quality level of wood based on the probability of wood. The criteria used in this study include: wood texture, wood quality, wood age, wood diameter. The results of this study are in the form of a recommendation that the type of material was teak wood, the age of the wood was still young, the quality of the wood was good, the diameter of the wood was sufficient and the texture of the wood was smooth, the quality of the wood was suitable for use for raw materials for making tables
