Abstract

Sejarah lokal merupakan jenis pembelajaran sejarah yang wajib diketahui peserta didik sebagai bagian dari masyarakat. Melalui sejarah lokal, peserta didik dapat mengenal persitiwa masa lalu yang terjadi pada suatu wilayah secara terstruktur dan terperinci. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran museum sebagai sumber belajar sejarah lokal, dalam hal ini ialah Museum Pahlawan Nasional A.K.. Penelitian ini menguraikan latar belakang berdirinya Museum Pahlawan Nasional A.K., koleksi yang ada di dalamnya, hingga pemanfaatan museum tersebut sebagai sumber sejarah lokal dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian berlokasi di Museum Pahlawan Nasional A.K., Kota Palembang. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan sumber data adalah tenaga pengajar SMA Negeri 13 Palembang dan buku, artikel, internet, foto, serta dokumentasi lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran sejarah lokal di SMA Negeri 13 Palembang yang memanfaatkan Museum Pahlawan Nasional A.K. sebagai sumber belajar mendorong keaktifan peserta didik. Selama pembelajaran di museum, peserta didik menjadi lebih aktif, memiliki semangat belajar yang tinggi, tidak bosan atau jenuh dengan pelajaran sejarah yang hanya berupa teori saja, menambah sikap sosial, serta peserta didik mengaktifkan semua inderanya dalam kegiatan ekplorasi, mulai dari penelusuran, pengamatan, wawancara dengan tokoh narasumber hingga melakukan dokumentasi.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis activity was carried out by the Service Team for the History Education Study Program, FKIP Sriwijaya University in 2021 using the Zoom Meeting application. The urgency behind the implementation of this activity is to develop professional competence by increasing learning interactions based on Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). The ability to use technology for learning must of course be listed in the teacher's learning tools. Teachers should be professional educators, have the skills to use various technologies that can be used in learning and show exemplary attitudes to their students. The method used in this activity is the lecture method which is varied with discussion and question and answer, as well as assignments. Based on the results of the satisfaction questionnaire given, this activity can be said to have been successfully carried out with indicators of an increase in teachers' understanding of TPACK-based learning tools after mentoring.Keywords: TPACK-Based Learning Tools, Teachers in BanyuasinABSTRAKKegiatan ini dilaksanakan oleh Tim Pengabdian Prodi Pendidikan Sejarah FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya tahun 2021 dengan menggunakan aplikasi zoom meeting. Adapun urgensi yang melatarbelakangi dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan kompetensi profesional dengan meningkatkan interaksi pembelajaran berbasis Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). Kemampuan pemanfaatan teknologi untuk pembelajaran ini tentunya harus tercantum dalam perangkat pembelajaran guru. Guru hendaknya menjadi pendidik yang profesional, memiliki skill untuk menggunakan berbagai teknologi yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran serta menunjukkan keteladanan sikap kepada anak didiknya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah yang divariasikan dengan diskusi dan tanya-jawab, serta penugasan. Berdasarkan hasil angket kepuasan yang diberikan, kegiatan ini dapat dikatakan berhasil dilaksanakan dengan indikator terjadinya peningkatan pemahaman para guru mengenai perangkat pembelajaran berbasis TPACK setelah dilakukannya pendampingan.Kata Kunci: Perangkat Pembelajaran Berbasis TPACK, Guru-Guru di Banyuasin

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penerapan model pembelajaran Snowball Throwing terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran sejarah di SMAN 1 Tanjung Raja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 4 Agustus-1 September 2022 di SMAN 1 Tanjung Raja. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian yaitu metode quasi experiment yang dalam penerapanya hanya digunakan satu sampel yang menjadi kelas ekperimen. Berdasarkan tehnik simple random sampling maka didapatkan kelas X.2 sebagai kelas ekperimen. Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data digunakan tes pretest dan posttest. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas data, uji linieritas data dan uji regresi sederhana sebagai tehnik prasyarat analisis data dengan taraf signifikansi   >  dengan taraf = 0,05. Hasil yang diperoleh dari perhitungan data yaitu  >  atau  = 34,63 >  = 4,17. Dapat disimpulkan berdasarkan perhitungan data yang dilakukan maka dapat dikatakan bahwa penelitian ini memiliki suatu pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar setelah diterapkan model snowball throwing di kelas X SMAN 1 Tanjung Raja.

Abstract

This study discusses how the initial background of the formation of the tradition of planting rice in the Belitang community (1937-1939) and how the development of the tradition of planting rice in the Belitang community (1940-1942). This research uses historical research methods or historical research includes, heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. This research uses sociological and anthropological approaches, data collection techniques in this study through observation, literature studies and interviews. The results showed that the beginning of the formation of the tradition of planting rice in the Belitang community occurred in 1937, 1938, and 1939. This is because the Dutch government in power in Belitang implemented ethical political policies, moving residents from Java Island and making irrigation canals. Furthermore, the development of rice planting traisi in the Belitang community in 1940, 1941, and 1942. In 1940 and 1941 there was no perfect way to grow rice, after Japan came to power in 1942, Japan implemented the Kinkyu Shokuryo Taisaku system which updated the agricultural system from tillage to rice planting techniques. Abstract

The study's formulation of the problem is how to develop valid Canva application-based PowerPoint learning media and have a practical impact on the history learning outcomes of class X Senior High School students. This project aims to produce useful Canva application-based PowerPoint learning media and determine its effectiveness on the history learning outcomes of high school X-grade students. The ADDIE model is a guide for creating learning media in this study. Media professionals and material experts tested the learning media the researcher made. Media validity is 4.73, which is in the highly valid category, while material validity is 3.86, which is in the valid category. The findings demonstrated a considerable difference between the student's pre- and post-test average scores. Compared to the pre-test, the post-test has a higher average value. After utilizing Canva application-based PowerPoint learning materials, learning outcomes increased by 44.84%, resulting in a Ngain of 0.75 with a high criterion (very effective). Thus, class X high school students' historical learning results can be significantly enhanced using Canva application-based PowerPoint learning materials in their learning sessions.

Abstract

The Musi Rawas Regency is home to significant historical remnants, including the Ulak Lebar Site, an artifact from the pre historic era, along with the Bingin Jungut Site and the Tingkip Site, which are remnants of the Hindu-Buddhist period. These cultural treasures represent a valuable legacy from our ancestors, offering clear evidence of human civilization during both the pre historic and Hindu-Buddhist eras. This study aims to address the lack of local historical knowledge by introducing the history of Musi Rawas Regency through the effective management of cultural heritage sites, utilizing them as valuable sources for historical learning. The absence of a comprehensive understanding of history has resulted in these cultural heritage sites appearing foreign to the public and students alike. Therefore, leveraging cultural heritage sites as educational tools becomes crucial in addressing this knowledge gap. The research employs the historical method, focusing on locations such as Lubuklinggau, Bingin Jungut Village, Sungai Kijang Village, and SMA Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau. Education emerges as a proactive measure for preserving historical heritage in Musi Rawas Regency, emphasizing the utilization of cultural heritage sites as well-managed learning resources. This approach seeks to generate creative and innovative educational materials, aligning with the primary goal of capturing students' interest in history. Simultaneously, it aims to instill awareness of and appreciation for local history, fostering a deeper understanding of cultural heritage in Musi Rawas Regency. This initiative aspires to cultivate a community that values and preserves local history, ensuring the survival and maintenance of the original value of historical sites. By doing so, it anticipates the development of individuals who are not only knowledgeable about the region's history but are also actively engaged in safeguarding cultural heritage for future generations.

Abstract

Songket is a typical Malay cloth, many areas in Sumatra have Songket cloth. However, of these many areas, Palembang Songket Cloth is the most famous. Palembang's typical songket is famous for its beauty and luxury. Songket itself is a form of high culture from the Sriwijaya era that is full of meaning. Therefore, this research wants to examine more deeply the meaning of various motifs and functions of various types of Songket. This research uses the historical method with stages of heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide satisfactory results. The research results show that each motif depicted on a piece of Songket cloth has its own meaning, this meaning generally describes the greatness of Srivijaya as a great kingdom.

Abstract

Keberadaan bangunan Candi Tingkip, Lesung Batu, dan Bingin Jungut menunjukkan adanya sisa peradabanHindu-Buddha di Daerah Musi Rawas. Daerah Musi Rawas memiliki bentang lahan fluvial dari hulu Sungai Musi sampaidengan hulu Sungai Rawas. Pada wilayah tersebut manusia berusaha berinteraksi dengan alam tidak hanya untuk bertahanhidup tetapi juga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ritualnya. Masyarakat pada masa lalu telah beradaptasi dengan lingkungan dengan mempertimbangkan lingkungan fisik dalam mendirikan bangunan candi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk adaptasi manusia pendukung bangunan candi, yaitu keletakan bangunan Candi Tingkip, Lesung Batu, dan Bingin Jungut pada bentang lahannya dan mengetahui hubungan penempatan bangunan candi dengan tanah dan batuan. Metode yang dipakai adalah metode kualitatif dengan analisis ruang sebaran bangunan candi dengan lingkungan fisiknya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa bentuk adaptasi manusia pendukung Candi Tingkip, Lesung Batu, dan Bingin Jungut adalah menempatkan bangunan candi pada lahan yang berdekatan dengan sumber air, mendirikan bangunan candi di atas tanahlempung dan memilih lokasi candi yang menyediakan material bangunan candi. The existence of Tingkip, Lesung Batu and Bingin Jungut temples show the remain of the Hinduism-Buddhism civilization in Musi Rawas region. The region has fluvial landscape from downstream to upstream Rawas River. Local people in the past had interacted with nature not only to survived but also perfomed religious activity. They had adapted how to build temples by considering the physical environment. This research purposes to know the form adaptation in the past, which arerelated to the landscape of temples location and the placement of temple building with soil and rock. The method used is qualitative with spatial analysis of physical environment of temples. The results show that adaptation form the past people in Tingkip, Lesung Batu and Bingin Jungut had placed the temples building on the land that near the water source on the clay soil, and choosed the locations that provided the materials.

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic has has a major influence on obstacle in the learning process which has resulted in a decrease in learning outcome. This obstacle refers to the lack of teaching materials that support the learning process, while the learning process must be carried out online. Therefore, it is necessary to use technology that can make it easier fpr educators to present material and give students the freedom to carry out the learning process wherever and whenever. Considering that online-based technology has a high level of flexibility. The research aims to explain the effect of implementing Canva based digital handout development on Pancasila Phase B Education subject with the Reading, Identifying, Construction, Solving, Reviewing, Extending (RICOSRE) learning model in primary schools. The subjects of this research were fourth grade students at state primary school 81 Palembang. The research method used is Research and Development with reference to the Rowntree research model. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires and group discussion forums (FGD). The research results refer to the increase in learning outcomes shown through the pretest with an average pretest score of 61.66% and an average posttest of 90.33%, while the N-Gain results show 0.76 which is in the high category. This shows that there is an increase in learning outcome of 28.7% and is included in the very effective category. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of Canva-based digital handout development can have an influence that refers to improving learning outcomes in Pancasila Phase B Education subject.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is the development of learning interactive multimedia at hydrosphere subject matter class X of high School. The development research which aims to produce learning interactive multimedia on subjects geography which is valid, practical and effective against the learning outcomes of students. Research development was using the Alessi and Trollip models. The steps of its developers, namely, planning, design, and development. On the stage of the alpha test do the validation on the validator I, validator II, and validator III. Test phase implemented in the class X IPS B SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Palembang. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires, and tests. This research is valid and deserves to be tested after going through the process of validation of the validator I, validator II, and validator III. Through the beta test results the practicality shows the average value of 92,3 to the category of “very practical”. At the stage of field test learning outcomes of students showed an increase which amounted to 56,6 with the average results of the pretest of 24.6, while the posttest results amounted to 81,2 with N-gain of 0.75 then it belongs to the category of high, this shows that the learning interactive multimedia that is developed has a value of valid, practical, effectiveness and worth to use.
