Abstract

Development of E-Modules on Agribusiness Subjects for Ruminant Livestock Breeding Biogas at SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang to produce valid, practical and effective products. Rowntree's development model is used to guide which contains three stages, namely planning, writing preparation, and writing and editing. The third stage is also called the evaluation stage using Tessmer's formative evaluation (self evaluation, expert review, one to one, small group, and field test). The subject of the research was the class XII students of Ruminant Livestock Agribusiness at SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, walkthroughs, questionnaires and tests. The results of research on the validity of the E-Modul by three validators obtained an average of 86.67% so that it is categorized as very valid. The results of the practicality test of E-Modules in all groups obtained an average of 83.81% in the one to one stage and 87.14% in the small group stage with a very practical category. The results of the E-Modul effectiveness test on student learning outcomes with an N-gain mean value of 0.77 in the high category. The conclusion that the resulting e-Module is valid, practical and effective.AbstrakPengembangan E-Modul pada Mata Pelajaran Agribisnis Pembibitan Ternak Ruminansia Materi Biogas di SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang untuk menghasilkan produk yang valid,praktis dan efektif. Model pengembangan Rowntree digunakan untuk memandu yang berisi tiga tahap, yaitu perencanaan, persiapan penulisan, dan penulisan dan penyuntingan. Tahap ketiga disebut juga dengan tahap evaluasi menggunakan evaluasi formatif Tessmer (self evaluation, expert review, one to one, small group, dan field test).  Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII Agribisnis Ternak Ruminansia SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, walkthrough, angket dan tes. Hasil penelitian terhadap validitas E-Modul oleh tiga orang validator didapatkan rerata 86,67 % sehingga dikategorikan sangat valid.  Hasil uji kepraktisan E-Modul pada semua kelompok diperoleh rerata  sebesar 83,81% pada tahap one to one dan 87,14 % pada tahap small group dengan kategori sangat praktis. Hasil uji efektivitas E-Modul terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai rerata N-gain sebesar 0,77 dengan kategori tinggi. Kesimpulan bahwa e-Modul yang dihasilkan valid, praktis dan efektif.

Abstract

It is a research which entitled as “Development of Student’s Worksheet Based on Contextual Learning at Xth Grade in History Subject for Senior High School.” Its aim is to explain how to make a valid learning material for History Subjects. A measurement of this learning material in a kind of Student’s Worksheet must be scored by three experts like Learning Design’s Expert, Learning Material Expert, and Linguistic Expert. These are every point of validation that were given to Learning Material was made by researcher : Learning Design categorized as valid in average of 3,88, Learning Material categorized as valid in average of 3,75, and in Lingusitic categorized as valid in average of 3,77. This Learning Material potentially effected to students based on field test in Senior High School 7 of Palembang, field test that’s ever been done divided into two sections where Pre-Test shows a score of average 56,9 as a low result and Post-Test shows a higher result of average 84,7 From 0% as agregate of all students reached minimum standard of score for 38 person or 100 %. The result concludes Development of Student’s Worksheet Based on Contextual Learning at Xth Grade in History Subject for Senior High School is effectively used as a valid learning product.Keywords: Development of Learning Material, Student’s Worksheet.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Menggunakan Windows Movie Maker Pada Mata Pelajaran Sejarah Kelas XI Sekolah Menengah Atas”. Permasalahannya adalah bagaimana mengembangkan media pembelajaran sejarah yang valid dan efektivitas.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran sejarah yang valid dan efektif SMA Negeri 2 Indralaya Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan model pengembangan Alessi dan Trollip meliputi : planning, design, dan development. Kevalidan media termasuk dalam kategori valid dengan rerata nilai sebesar 3,87, kevalidan materi termasuk dalam kategori valid dengan nilai rerata 3,92, kevalidan desain pembelajaran termasuk dalam kategori sangat valid dengan nilai rerata 4,6. Dampak potensial media pembelajaran menggunakan windows movie maker terlihat dari peningkatan hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran. Nilai rerata pretest yang diperoleh sebesar 42,33 yang termasuk dalam kategori rendah sedangkan nilai postes yang diperoleh sebesar 83,33. Hal ini menunjukkan media pembelajaran menggunakan windows movie maker dengan materi peristiwa gerakan 30 September/Partai Komunis Indonesia ini memiliki nilai valid dan efektivitas.Kata Kunci : pengembangan, media pembelajaran, kevalidan, dan windows movie maker.

Abstract

This study is to develop a teaching medium on history using Powtoon Based Audiovisual media applied by Macromedia Flash 8 for Senior High School students and using material in the Battle of Bandung (March 23, 1946). The method used was the development research method (Research Development), the selected design was the Hannafin and Peck development model . The steps of development wer (1) Needs Analysis, (2) Stage Design, and (3) stages of development and implementation (Arini, 2014). Validity and media of learning assessed by three expert teams, materials expert, design expert or plan learning device, and media experts. 4.32 validity of the material was in category of very valid, 4.00 designs included in the category valid, and 3.70 the media were included in the category valid. Development research has been done by tried out on IPS2 XI grade in SMA 13 Palembang, the potential effects of media use can be seen from students' achievment. Overall, the means of pretest was 48.7 to the unfavorable category and then the means of postest was 84.7 in favor categories. there was 35.6% increasing and gain scores was 0.69, 0.69 > 0.7 so it wasincluded in the medium category. These results indicate that the use of audiovisual media Powtoon Based on the subjects of history have been successfully applied as seen from the potential effects of the students' learning achievement.Keywords : Powtoon AudiovisualMedia Based, Macromedia Flash 8 , Research Development , Hannafin and Peck , and Potential Effect

Abstract

The following study is tittled “The Effect of Lesson Study Method on History Academic Performance on Student of Class VIII SMP Negeri 15 Palembang”. The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of lesson study method on history academic performance on student of class VIII SMP Negeri 15 Palembang. This study is carried out from October 06 to October 17, 2017. Samples of this study are students from class VIII.3 and class VIII.5. The selected classes was taken with purpose sampling technic. The data collecting method was done by carrying test. The statistic used to analyse data for hyphotesis testing was done using the T formula. Based on the end result proved by the statistical tests, it turns out T(hitung) > T(tabel) atau 7,09> 1,66. Therefore it is within reason to say that the resulting analysis is significant, which is “ there are effects of lesson study method on history academic performance on student of class VIII SMP Negeri 15 Palembang” Keywords: Lesson Study Method, Academic Performance

Abstract

South Sumatra has a unique local wisdom, one of which is the Cultural Guritan the hereditary inherited or preserved by Besemah Tribe. Guritan an ancient literary form of poetry that characterized the old or classic literature that are anonymous ie without the author's name or authors. The contents of this Guritan contains many moral values, advice, custom rules, the voices of conscience and portraits of human nature, heroism, and the rest of the kingdom in the past, which can be learned by humans as the demands of life. One Besemah community effort to preserve this culture which is a way to introduce this culture to the children of both formal and non-formal as heir to the young generation of the nation of Indonesia. The focal point of this paper is tracing the local wisdom of besemah through the culture of guritan Keywords: Local Wisdom Values, Interest Guritan Besemah and culture.

Abstract

The research is title “Development of Media Three Dimensional Based on Microsoft Power Point 2013 in Learning  History Subjects in Senior High School”. The development of Media Three Dimensional Based on Microsoft Power Point 2013 of learning history class in Senior High School number four  Bengkulu. This research used development research design. Validing of this media was assessed by using expert review and field test. Expert review validation assessed by three expert, they are matter expert, design expert and media expert. Validity of the material was included in very valid category with mean score 4,44 , validity of design was included in very valid category with mean score 4,26, and validity of media was included in valid category with mean score 3,87. However, the potential effect of history learning media revealed in the result of the test from field test section which the mean score of students pretest is 45,83 with very low category and the importment was revealed in posttest with mean score 91,66 from 0% of the student were not reached the Minimum Achievement Criteria became 100% student reached the Minimum Achievement Criteria. This result showed that the using of media Tree Dimensional Based Microsoft Power Point 2013  the learning medium for history class in Eleven grade of Senior High School was valid and has a potential effect for the students. Finally, through this research the researches has a sugestion for the other researcher to complete this learning media, so this media will be a good media in the future. Abstract

Education is one of the manifestations of the implementation of the objectives of the Republic of Indonesia contained in the 4th paragraph of the 1945 Constitution which reads "... to educate the life of the nation ...". National Education is regulated in Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System (Wahyudi, 2012: 2), Renewal of education continues to be carried out to produce people who are of high quality, good personality and have extensive knowledge. In education known as learning activities, there are terms of educators (teachers) and students. Educators are people who are responsible for the ongoing process of education, while students are educated people. The use of modules is considered suitable to help teachers play an important role in the learning process. Modules are rated as effective and efficient teaching materials considering the increasing number of things students must learn, while school hours do not increase. Modules are a set of subject matter arranged systematically with easy-to-understand sentences, so that students can learn independently. In addition, the module is also equipped with student worksheets, so students can evaluate their learning outcomes themselves through the modules provided. In connection with the 2013 curriculum provisions which prioritize attitude assessment, the authors would like to develop historical teaching materials in the form of religious value-based modules in Palembang 1 State Islamic Senior High School that relate the verses of the Koran and hadith to the material taught. The development of teaching materials is expected to be able to encourage students to get closer to the Koran, increase their interest in learning, and have a high curiosity about science, and be able to find lessons learned from a historical event. Keyword: Education, Module, Religious Value.

Abstract

Era 4.0 Era 4.0 forces every teacher to constantly improve knowledge and skill competencies in the field of technology so that they can apply them to the learning process. Not yet optimal use of appropriate learning media, limited time to prepare it, difficult to find the right media is still an obstacle to the use of media in learning. One of the media that can be used in developing learning materials is the Canva application and Live Worksheet. This service is expected to be an alternative to solving these problems and increasing the competence of teachers so that they can provide the best learning services for students in the learning process. The purpose of this service is so that teachers can get to know the use of Canva-based media and online Liveworksheets and motivate teachers to diversify the applied learning media. In addition, teachers are also expected to be able to apply and apply it in learning. The method used in this activity is training held with lectures, questions and answers, online practice and mentoring classes. The results of the evaluation showed that after the overall training there was an increase in the average pre-test and post-test scores of 16.6 points from 59.3 to 75.8, which means that the training carried out improved participants' understanding very well. Through the implementation of this community service, teachers can get to know the use of Canva-based media and Liveworksheets, motivate teachers to improve their competencies and make teachers able to apply and implement online-based learning media using the Canva application and Liveworksheet.

Abstract

The Majapahit Kingdom is one of the major Hindu-Buddha kingdoms in the Nusantara. The kingdom that has been around for a long time certainly has a lot of history that deserves to be studied, such as the education system, and the system of economic life. Both certainly have an inseparable relationship, between education and the agrarian system of life. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between non-formal education and agrarian life in the Majapahit kingdom, both in terms of the economic system and knowledge of the people at that time in their agrarian life, besides that the purpose of this study was to educate readers about informal education. During the Majapahit era and its relationship with the orientation of the agrarian life of the Majapahit kingdom, this discussion is expected to further broaden the reader's insight into the history of the Nusantara. This study uses qualitative methods and historical data collection in order to describe an event, social activity, thought, belief either individually or in groups. As for the results obtained from this study, the Majapahit kingdom was an agrarian kingdom, where the economic sector was in the agricultural sector. The technology used in agriculture has existed since ancient times, but it is still simple. Based on the discussion with this method, we come to a conclusion that, Majapahit was a very developed kingdom in its time, both in terms of education and agrarian life and the relationship between the two was very closely related.
