Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the effectiveness of male contraception family planning programs, supporting and inhibiting factors in Kasiman District, Bojonegoro Regency. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques by observation, interview and documentation. Processing and data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the Men's Contraception Family Planning Program in Kasiman District, Bojonegoro Regency had been implemented and was quite effective in suppressing the population growth rate. The socialization of the Men's Contraception Family Planning Program has been done well and is quite effective, the socialization media used to introduce the Men's Contraception KB Program uses posters and leaflets as well as cooperation with other parties. The obstacle in the implementation of the Men's Contraception KB Program is people's understanding that the Men's Contraception Family Planning Program can affect sexual relations with their partners.Keywords: effectiveness, family planning, male conting.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to directly analyze the influence of motivation, competence, and training factors on the performance of family planning counselors. To analyze the influence of indirect factors of competence motivation, training on the performance of family planning counseling through the quality of cadre services. This type of research is explanatory research. This research uses a quantitative research approach. The population of this research is all family planning program cadres in Sukosewu sub-district. Bojonegoro with 116 people. Sampling technique using total sampling so that the sample in this study was 116 people. To do data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that motivation, competence and training directly had a significant effect on the performance of family planning counselors in Sukosewu District, Bojonegoro Regency. Competency motivation has an influence on the performance of family planning counseling through the quality of cadre services. Only training variables that have no influence on the quality of cadre services in Sukosewu District, Bojonegoro Regency through the performance of family planning counseling.Keywords: motivation, competence, training, performance, service quality

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the level of community satisfaction as a service user based on the Ministry of Education and Culture No. 14 of 2017. Nine elements that are used as indicators of measuring community satisfaction with public service providers are requirements, systems, mechanisms and procedures, completion time, fees / rates, Product specifications for types of services, Competence of implementers, Behavior of implementers, Handling of complaints, Suggestions and input, Services and Infrastructure. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, the study population is outpatient poly patients who redeem prescription drugs and meet the sampling criteria in the Pharmacy Installation, sampling techniques using non-probability sampling methods by means of purposive sampling where the determination of the sample with special consideration so that it is suitable to be made sample. Calculation of the Community Satisfaction Index of service units in the Bojonegoro Youth Main Inpatient Clinic obtained a value of 74.49 that falls into the category of service quality C and the performance of the service unit falls into the unsatisfied category.Keywords: health services, community satisfaction index.

Abstract

One of the goals of health services is to increase the degree of community life, because with good health will be able to make the community independent and can create prosperity for themselves. Health is a basic human need to live properly and carry out its role in society, so as to obtain prosperity. This study aim to determine and describe the quality of BPJS Health membership service in Tuban Operational Office. The method used is Service Quality (SERVQUAL). The sampling technique is using accidental sampling technique. The result showed that the quality of BPJS Health service in Tuban Operational Office was still not in line with community expectation, because the Q value was calculated base on the service quality formula Ôëñ 1. The value of each dimension was as follows : Tangible dimension 0.928; Reliability dimension 0.923; Responsiveness dimension 0.721; Assurance dimension 0.704; and Empathy dimension 0.872. With an average value of service quality of 0.8296.Keywords : service quality, servqual, BPJS health

Abstract

This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach to a research variable. The variable in this study is the performance of employees in the District Office of Mandah, Indragiri Hilir Regency which consists of Employee Work Targets (SKP) and Work Behavior. The results of the study of the aspects of Employee Work Target included in the excellent category. The employee's work quantity always meets the set targets. The quality of employee work is occasionally an error. Work time completion of the task is always on time. Work suitability with the budget provisions, always in accordance with the budget provisions. From the aspect of Work Behavior, employees are included in the excellent category. The attitude of employees in providing services is always service oriented. Employee integrity always acts according to values, norms and ethics in the organization. The commitment of employees always prioritizes the interests of the service rather than the interests of themselves and / or groups. Employees always obey official regulations. Employees always work together with co-workers, superiors, subordinates. Employee leadership always has the ability to motivate and influence subordinates or others.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the performance of public services in the District Office of Mandah District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The results of research on public service performance consists of: work results, leadership, work skills, cooperation, discipline. The quality of work in 2019 is around 80% of the 100% target, this is due to some activities which cannot be carried out due to technical problems. The quantity of work completes work on time and in accordance with established standards. Leadership in mobilizing and directing subordinates and providing encouragement, enthusiasm and support to employees is quite good and firm. Work skills of employees according to their respective fields and in accordance with their duties and functions. Cooperation in completing the tasks and activities of the sub-district office, the formation of an activity committee team and always supports all work programs so that work targets can be achieved.

Abstract

Semeru tough village is a program and policy that has been issued by the government. This is due to the fact that there are still many people who are confirmed positive for COVID-19 every day. During the implementation of the Semeru tough village, it is hoped that it can reduce the spread of the corona virus so that people are willing to follow the applicable health protocol rules. The purpose of this study is to identify the implementation of Kampung Tangguh Semeru in Desa iBalongmojo iBenjeng Subdistrict iGresik Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with a case study method or approach. The theory used in the study is the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs No. 3 of 2021 which has 3 (three) namely Facilities and Infrastructure, Personnel, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Data collection techniques were carried out by means of in-depth interviews with informants and direct observations. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that first, the facilities and infrastructure are adequate enough to run the tough village program, and the condition of the facilities and infrastructure in Balongmojo Village can still be used, and there are no obstacles for these facilities and infrastructure. Semeru in Balongmojo Village because it is assisted by the Village Pustu (village health center), Benjeng sub-district health center, Benjeng police, Benjeng Danramil and Village Linmas, but many people in Balongmojo Village are still not aware of the Semeru Tangguh Village program in Balongmojo Village. Operational Standards The procedure is in accordance with the health protocol and in accordance with the applicable instructions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of human resource and infrastructure competencies on the SKCK service quantity through the performance of SKCK officers at the Bojonegoro Regional Police Station. This type of research is explanatory research and the approach in this study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were with sampling technique was by accidental sampling with a total of 100 respondents as SKCK Service users. To conduct data analysis, it is carried out using path analysis. The results showed that competency, infrastructure, staff performance and service quality were in good condition. Competence has a significant influence on employee performance. Infrastructure has a significant influence on the performance of officers. Competence directly has a significant effect on service quality. Infrastructure directly has a significant influence on the quality of service. The performance of officers directly has a significant influence on the quality of service. Competence has a significant influence on service quality through the performance of officers. Infrastructure facilities have a significant influence on the quality of service through the performance of officers.Keywords: competence, infrastructure, performance, service quality

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of the distribution of KUR Tani which consists of five aspects, namely aspects of program targets accuracy, aspects of timeliness, aspects of the accuracy of the amount of money received by customers, aspects of credit load accuracy and aspects of procedure accuracy and farmer productivity and Collection performance Agent (CA). This type of research is explanatory research and the approach in this study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all customers who used the KUR Tani program at BNI Bojonegoro Branch, which were recorded accumulatively until September 2019, amounting to 4085 people. The sampling technique uses the Simple Random Sampling method with the calculation of the Slovin formula obtained a sample of 98 customers. Data analysis uses path analysis. The results showed that the effectiveness of KUR Tani distribution consisting of 5 aspects above directly affected the performance of Collection Agent (CA) in Bojonegoro Regency. Only aspects of the accuracy of the program's objectives do not significantly influence the Performance Collection Agent (CA).Keywords: effectiveness, performance, productivity

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of TB patient services with the DOTS strategy at the Soko Public Health Center in Tuban Regency when viewed from a process approach. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that in terms of effectiveness in terms of the process approach there are still a number of indicators that are not appropriate and do not support the effectiveness itself, the spirit of work is still lacking, there is no reward system that stimulates the leadership to work for the creation of working groups that effective, the absence of effort from individuals and organizations in achieving goals, conflicts that occur are always resolved with reference to the interests of the organization. Some indicators that have been supportive, namely in terms of superiors' attention to employees, mutual trust and communication between leaders and employees have been said to be good, there has been decentralization in decision making as well as vertical and horizontal communication. Because there are still some indicators that do not yet support the service is not yet effective.
