Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi yang menjadi prioritas dalam pengembangan usaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian adalah konveksi Vendor Kampus Indonesia . Informan dipilih dengan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam , dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan matriks IFAS dan EFAS , matriks SWOT dan proses hirarki analitis (AHP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua strategi yang menjadi prioritas dalam pengembangan bisnis Vendor Kampus Indonesia berbasis AHP, yaitu (1) Menjaga dan meningkatkan kinerja dan kepuasan ; dan (2) Menjaga kualitas produk .

Abstract

Abstrak: Career Map: Strategi Perencanaan Karier mahasiswa Menghadapi Dunia Kerja Perencanaan karier menjadi suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam menentukan kesuksessan seseorang. Kurangnya perencanaan karier yang dilakukan akan menyebabkan quarter crisis life, terutama pada mahasiswa lulusan perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan karier mahasiswa sebagai strategi menghadapi dunia kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Diploma 3 Administrasi Perkantoran, FISIP, Universitas Lampung. Pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan instrument bakat, minat, dan preferensi karier, selanjutnya diolah dan dianalisis oleh peneliti dan psikolog selaku mitra penelitian dengan menggunakan alat ukur assessment bakat, minat, dan karier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat kesesuaian antara bakat, minat, dan karier mahasiswa berdasarkan data karakteristik serta potensi diri mahasiswa Diploma 3 Administrasi Perkantoran, FISIP, Universitas Lampung. Selain itu, juga diperoleh peta bakat, minat, dan karier mahasiswa Diploma 3 Administrasi Perkantoran, FISIP, Universitas Lampung. Kata kunci: peta karier; dunia kerja; perencanaan karier. Abstract: Career Map: Student Career Planning Strategies to Face the World of Work Career planning becomes a very important thing in determining a person's success. Lack of career planning will cause quarter crisis life, especially in college graduates. This study aims to map student careers as a strategy to face the world of work. This study used a quantitative approach, with the study population being Diploma 3 Office Administration students, FISIP, University of Lampung. Data collection by disseminating instruments of talents, interests, and career preferences, then processed and analyzed by researchers and psychologists as research partners using talent, interest, and career assessment measuring tools. The results showed that there was a match between students' talents, interests, and careers based on data on the characteristics and potential of Diploma 3 Office Administration students, FISIP, University of Lampung. In addition, a map of talents, interests, and careers of Diploma 3 Office Administration students, FISIP, University of Lampung was also obtained. Keywords: career map; world of work; career planning.

Abstract

Human beings often suffer a transition period when there is a change in their lives. The change from student to college student has many transitions that sometimes lead to certain crises which differ from each other. Although in Indonesia, there are very few studies that focus on the psychological welfare of students, even though there have been many cases related to the mental health and welfare conditions of students in the campus environment. In general, this research aims to identify the psychological welfare of students in social and political science, University of Lampung. The approach used is mix method approach. The population of this research is active students during the first semester of 2022/2023 based on data obtained from One Data Unila consisting of 4109 students. The research sample was 365 students with an error value of 5%. The research results indicated that generally the respondents’ level of psychological welfare was at a high and very high level. The majority of the 248 respondents had a high level of psychological welfare, and there were no respondents who had a very low level of psychological welfare. The campus environment and the learning process contribute to the dynamics of a student’s life, one of the impacts that may occur is the pressure that can affect the psychological welfare of students and can lead to various psychological disorders in the future. Indeed, a college student cannot avoid the stresses and pressures that occur in college because it is also a form of self-development.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how PGN Lampung Area will implement its marketing plan to increase the sales volume of the natural gas network development program for household customers. This research uses qualitative techniques and is a descriptive research project. The data collection methods chosen in this research include interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. This research utilizes source triangulation techniques in data validity techniques and interactive data analysis techniques are used in data analysis. This research focuses on the 7P marketing mix which includes Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence. The STP approach is also the main emphasis of this research. Based on the research results, PGN Lampung Area uses marketing strategies, including providing high quality products at competitive prices with similar products, running promotional media, installing pipe networks in several potential locations, competent human resources in their fields, and having efficient service procedures. Has the advantage of complete facilities and infrastructure. The marketing strategy implemented by PGN Lampung Area was able to significantly increase the sales volume of the household gas network program, thereby adding value to the company's contribution to meeting the community's energy needs. This is made possible by the results of Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning (STP) analysis. Findings It is hoped that this research will serve as a guide for businesses wishing to improve the effectiveness of the marketing tactics they use to identify the best actions to increase sales volume and strengthen their position in the industry. Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat memengaruhi tingkat keberhasilan perusahaan. Semakin baik kinerja karyawannya maka semakin meningkat tingkat keberhasilan perusahaan. Sebaliknya, semakin buruk kinerja karyawan maka keberhasilan perusahaan semakin sulit dicapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada pekerja wanita di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu pekerja wanita yang bekerja di Indonesia. Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah 400 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online dalam bentuk Google Form melalui platform WhatsApp, Instagram, dan X atau Twitter. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda menggunakan Program SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel insentif dan lingkungan kerja non fisik secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita di Indonesia. Sedangkan secara simultan variabel insentif dan lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita di Indonesia dengan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 29,8%.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi terkait penguatan karakter Generasi Z di era disruptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pelatihan. Evaluasi pelatihan meliputi indikator: (1) Pemahaman peserta terhadap materi yang diberikan berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pre-test dan post-test peserta; (2) Antusiasme/respon peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan; (3) Kemampuan peserta memahami materi dalam praktik kehidupan sehari-hari; (4) Kejelasan pemateri dalam menyampaikan materi. Target jangka panjang yang akan dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah menjadikan Generasi Z di kota Bandar Lampung memiliki karakter yang kuat di era disruptif. Secara keseluruhan nilai rata-rata peserta sebelum dilaksanakan kegiatan sosialisasi adalah 43 dan mengalami kenaikan menjadi 86 setelah dilaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan. Kenaikan rata-rata sebesar 43 poin. Nilai pre test tertinggi adalah 70 dan nilai terendah 10, sedangkan untuk sesi post test nilai tertinggi adalah 90 dan nilai terendah 70. Sehingga, kegiatan pengabdian ini mampu memberikan dampak positif secara kognitif terhadap pengetahuan tentang karakter yang kuat bagi Generasi Z di era disruptif. Sedangkan dari sisi afektif muncul kesadaran, kemauan, dan kemampuan peserta dalam meningkatkan keterampilan untuk masuk dan bersaing di era disruptif dengan karakter yang kuat sesuai dengan karakteristik generasi Z. Luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah artikel ilmiah yang disubmit ke Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, video kegiatan yang diunggah di akun You Tube, dan profil hasil pengabdian yang disampaikan dan diseminarkan pada seminar hasil pengabdian yang diselenggarakan oleh FISIP Universitas Lampung.

Abstract

Analisis Stres Kerja dan Kompensasi Terhadap Intensi Keluar Karyawan Bagian Penjualan PT Budi Berlian Motor Pringsewu Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh stres kerja dan kompensasi terhadap intensi keluar karyawan PT Budi Berlian Motor Pringsewu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampel jenuh sebagai teknik pengambilan sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian penjualan sebanyak 30 responden. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja dan kompensasi secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi keluar. Faktor tertinggi yang memengaruhi intensi keluar adalah kompensasi. Untuk mengendalikan intensi keluar karyawan, disarankan bagi perusahaan untuk mempertahankan kebijakan kompensasi yang telah diterapkan. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Intensi Keluar

Abstract

This research was aimed to find out the effect of retail mix on consumer purchasing decision on Alfamart Kemiling. The research applies the explanatory with quantitative approach. The population in this study were customer of Alfamart. The sampling technique in this study is non probability sampling with purposive sampling method with sample of 100 respondents. The data were obtained from questionnaire through likert scale. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with used SPSS version 25 program. The result of this study showed variable location, customer service and communication mix has significant effect but variable of product has negative effect on customer purchasing decision.Variable of pricing and store design & display has not effect on consumer purchasing decision.

Abstract

The modern society has close ties with social media, ranging from entertainment, the latest information to beauty trends. Beauty brands compete in attracting the attention of consumers through social media, and Tiktok as the most popular platfornm lately. The Maybelline Brand uses Beauty Influencers as the main key to successful promotion. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Laura Siburian as a Beauty The purpose of this study was to find out whether Laura Siburian as a Beauty Influencer Tiktok influences the purchasing decisions of her viewers or not. This research uses a type of quantitative researcher. The population of this study are active TikTok users who have watched Laura Siburian's promotional videos. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire, with literature study through books, journals, and private or government publications. The analysis techniques used include validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, t test, and R2 test with SPSS 24.0 tools. The results of this study are that the Beauty Influencer variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions by 32.7%, the rest is explained by other factors. This proves that Laura can attract consumers' interest through her Tiktok promotional videos to make purchases of Maybelline mascara products effective and efficiently. In the future, the company can continue to improve collaboration with Beauty Influencer Laura Siburian and TikTok as its platform.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence product quality, price, brand image, and service quality have on purchasing decisions. The population used is prepaid Telkomsel users in Bandar Lampung. This study used a type of quantitative approach using explanatory. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with non-probability sampling method and the number of samples was 100 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the SPSS 26.0 program. The results of this study indicate that partially the variables of product quality, price, brand image, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The result of the F test in this study incicate variables of product quality, price, brand image, and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect of 69.8% on purchasing decisions. The result of the correlation coefficient research show that the R-square value is 53.4% while the remaining 43.4% is influenced by othet variable not examined in this study, and the R-value obtained in this study is 0.731 and is included in the category of stong relationship level.
