Abstract

This service activity is motivated by the lack of ability of the Village Government and Village Apparatus to lead and manage digital-based villages in Pamokolan Village. This activity includes Digital Leadership training in Pamokolan Village, Cihaurbeuti District, Ciamis Regency. This training is designed to equip village officials with the knowledge and skills needed in the digital era, including the use of information and communication technology (ICT) for administrative management, village community services, and data-based decision-making. The methods used in this training include lectures, discussions, and direct practice with digital devices. The participants were introduced to the basic concepts of digital leadership, digital applications that are relevant to village government, as well as strategies for implementing technology in daily website-based activities. The evaluation was carried out through a Focus Group Discussion with all Village Officials and the Head of Pamokolan Village. The results of this service activity show a significant increase in the understanding and ability of village officials to use digital technology and an increase in the Village Head's understanding of the importance of data. Participants can apply the knowledge gained to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of village operations and services to village communities. This training also strengthens village readiness in facing challenges and opportunities in the digital era, as well as improving the quality of public services to the community.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a lack of knowledge regarding the main tasks and functions, as well as a lack of effectiveness in monitoring the performance of the village head, so that monitoring the village head does not go according to what the community expects and there is a lot of chaos that occurs due to factors caused by village government and the absence of sharper movements in resolving problems that occur in society. The aim of this research is to determine the supervision of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) on the performance of the Head of Balokang Village, Banjar District, Banjar City. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques include: Interview observation and documentation. The data processing techniques in this research are: Data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification. The informants in this research were 3 (seven) people. Based on the research results, it is known that the Village Government Performance Monitoring by the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in Balokang Village, Banjar District, Banjar City in carrying out work direction has not carried out its role well. So it is difficult for the village government to get input and direction regarding needs that are considered priority needs for the village. In determining the work standards of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) it has not been implemented effectively, this is proven by the lack of understanding by members of the BPD of Balokang village, Banjar sub-district, Banjar city of the existing guidelines for setting work standards carried out by the village head. Lack of supervision in observing the course of operational activities on a regular basis, this has resulted in irregularities committed by unscrupulous village officials. The ability of BPD members to report regularly is still lacking. Because understanding of the main duties and functions of each member has not been implemented properly, the performance of the Balokang village government tends to be slow.

Abstract

The city of Bekasi has very rapid development, which is different compared to the surrounding areas and cities. The Bekasi City Government plays a very important role in the progress of public transportation, one of which is the KRL. Because the city of Bekasi itself is one of the centers of economic growth and activities in various regions/cities. With the population increasing every year, the community really needs practical, fast and affordable modes of transportation for daily use to avoid traffic jams. However, this KRL still has many problems related to services that are not yet optimal. This research is motivated by how the Electric Rail Public Transportation Service by PT. Kereta Commuter Indonesia Bekasi City Branch, this research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. This research aims to find out how the Electric Railway Public Transportation Service by PT. Indonesian Commuter Train, Bekasi City Branch, Data sources used include secondary data and primary data. Data collection techniques in this research are document study, interviews and observation. The Bekasi city government has provided electric rail public transportation facilities, there are several service evaluation factors that must be carried out. Namely safety and comfort which should be adequate facilities for public transportation users.

Abstract

This research is motivated by issues in the implementation of development in Dewasari Village caused by the village's limited budget. However, the Village Consultative Body (BPD) of Dewasari, as the supervisory institution for the Dewasari Village government, has not been optimal in performing its functions, particularly its oversight function. The aim of this study is to understand the management of village funds by the BPD of Dewasari Village, Cijeungjing District, Ciamis Regency. The research method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used by the researchers include literature study and field study, including observation, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis techniques employed are data reduction and data triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the BPD of Dewasari Village has not been optimal in performing its oversight function, as evidenced by several indicators that have not been optimally met, such as the processes of measuring performance, comparing performance with standards, and determining corrective actions. The obstacles faced by the BPD in carrying out the oversight process include the timing of the supervision, lack of understanding and competence of the BPD in supervising the management of village funds, and the limited human resources available to the BPD of Dewasari Village.

Abstract

Efektivitas pada Mal Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Pangandaran merupakan inovasi pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Pangandaran untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efesiensi pelayanan publik di Kabupaten Pangandaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaiaman Efektivitas Mal Pelayanan Publik di Kabupaten Pangandaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di Mal Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Pangandaran bahwa efektivitas pada Mal Pelayanan Publik di Kabupaten Pangandaran belum berjalan dengan optimal. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan beberapa indikator yang belum optimal yaitu pada indikator stuktur organisasi yaitu stuktur yang masih mengikuti stuktur Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan, indikator lingkungan interen yaitu mengenai belum optimalnya sumber daya manusai yang ada, dan indikator keterbukaan informasi masih belum optimalnyaa sosialisasi kepada masyarakat mengenai Mal Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Pangndaran. Teori yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori menurut Sutrisno (2018:90) yaitu Karakterisitk Organisasi, Karakteristik Lingkungan, Karakterisitik Karyawan, dan Kebijakan Praktik Manajemen. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.

Abstract

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is the government's effort to reduce poverty and improve community welfare. One way to achieve this goal is through the development of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). BUMDes is a tool to improve the economy and welfare of village communities. The aim of this research is to determine the role of Village-Owned Enterprises in supporting the achievement of the objectives of the Sustainable Development Goals program in Sindangsari Village, Cikoneng District, Ciamis Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data was obtained in this research through observation, documentation and interviews with 11 informants, namely the village head, village secretary, BPD chairman, BUMDes director, BUMDes secretary, BUMDes supervisor, and 5 community leaders. The results of the research show that two of the five role indicators according to Siagian have not worked optimally, including the role as a pioneer and as an implementer himself. So it can be concluded that the role of BUMDes Bhinekasari Mandiri in supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) has not gone well.   Keywords: Sustainable Development Goals; BUMDes; Role
