Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Regional Regulation No. Enforcement Policy. 8 of 2012 concerning the implementation of public order and public order at the Sidenreng Rappang District Police Service Unit and Fire Service and factors that hinder the implementation of the policy on the Enforcement of Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2012 concerning the implementation of public order and public order at the Service of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Fire Department of Sidenreng Rappang Regency using qualitative descriptive research. The results showed that the implementation of the Local Regulation No. Enforcement Policy. 8 of 2012 concerning the implementation of public order and public order at the Sidenreng Rappang District Police and Fire Service Offices have been well implemented, seen from the aspects of standards and policy targets, resources, communication between organizations and strengthening activities, characteristics of implementing agencies, social conditions. economics and politics and the disposition of implementors. While the factors that hinder the implementation of the policy on the Enforcement of Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2012 concerning the implementation of public order and public order at the Service of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Fire Service of Sidenreng Rappang Regency, among others, institutionally, human resources, work networks and an environment that is not yet conducive.

Abstract

This writing aims to determine the parking services at Arifin Nu'mang Hospital, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, and to determine the factors that affect parking services at Arifin Nu'mang Hospital, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.The population of this writing is 876 visitors, while the sample is 90 visitors. Data collection techniques used in this writing are using observation techniques, interviews, literature study and questionnaires. The collected data were then analyzed using frequency and percentage tables.The results of this paper indicate that the parking service at Arifin Nu'mang Hospital, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a percentage of 68.6% is in good category, while the factors that affect parking services at Arifin Nu'mang Hospital, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Regency Rappang with a percentage of 69.5% with a good category.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the Effectiveness of the Performance of Village-Owned Enterprises on Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Aka-Akae Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics using data collection techniques including observation, interviews , and a questionnaire. The population in this study were 1,519 people and the sampling used was probability sampling with a random sampling technique in order to obtain a sample of 76 people. Data analysis was performed with the help of the SPSS 16.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the performance of Village-Owned Enterprises is at a percentage of 64.6% or is in the good category, while the empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is at a percentage of 62.4% or is in the good category. The effectiveness of the performance of Village-Owned Enterprises in Aka-Akae Village has a significant effect on the empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises with a value of t count ≥ t table (4.021> 1.66571) and a percentage of 17.9%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the government's strategy for empowering women based on entrepreneurship in Cipotakari village, to determine the factors that influence the government's strategy to empower women based on entrepreneurship in Cipotakari village. The population of this study was 280 people (adult women), while the research sample was 72 people. The data collection techniques used in this study were (1) observation, (2) literature study, and (3) questionnaire. The collected data was then analyzed using a frequency table and using the SPSS 2.1 application. The results of the research on the Government's Strategy for the Empowerment of Entrepreneur-Free Women in Cipotakari Village, Panca Rijang District, can be categorized as "not good" with a percentage of 50% based on the results of respondents' recapitulation on government strategy indicators. The factors that influence the leadership of the village head in empowering women from the percentage results have an influence of 2.3%, while the power factor on the Cipotakari village government in giving authority to women to become entrepreneurs from the percentage results has an influence of 0%. This can be seen from the t test, where t count 0.960 is smaller than t table 1.997, so H0 is accepted meaning that it is not significant. So the Government's Strategy has no significant effect on Entrepreneurial-Based Women's Empowerment in Cipotakari Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the accountability of employee performance for the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration program in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study were 161 people whose land certificates were issued in the PTSL program with the sampling of this study using the Slovin formula in order to obtain a sample of 64 people based on incidental sampling techniques. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques with the help of the IBM SPSS statistics 21.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the accountability of employee performance in the PTSL program in Bulo Village, Sidrap Regency is in a good category with a result of 79.4%. The result of implementing the PTSL program in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency was 78.8%, which means that it is in the good category. Employee performance accountability "Influential / Significant" on the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration program in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with t count ≥ t table (10.594> 1.66940).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the policy of Regional Regulation number 12 of 2011 Article 9 regarding waste services / environmental cleanliness and the factors that influence the implementation of policies in the Village of Rappang, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 6,182 residents in Rappang Village with sampling using the slovin formula so that a sample of 98 people was obtained based on non-probability sampling technique. This type of research is observation and questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is frequency table analysis and data quality test with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program. The results of this study are the implementation of Regional Regulation number 12 of 2011 article 9 regarding waste services / environmental hygiene in Rappang Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency based on the results of the recapitulation of policy implementation variables in the good category with a percentage of 67%. The factors that influence the implementation of the policy of Regional Regulation number 12 of 2011 are disposition factors that influence 27.9%, bureaucratic structure factors influence 27.3%, communication factors affect 22.5% and resource factors influence 20.8% .

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan pemerintah dan upaya pengembangan skill pada program pertukaran mahasiswa merdeka di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian ini menerapkan teori implemenentasi kebijakan yang dikemukan oleh Edward III serta menggunakan jenis metode studi kasus dan penelitian kualitatif. Peserta program pertukaran mahasiswa mardeka bertugas sebagai subjek penelitian, bersama dengan dosen. Pengamatan langsung dan wawancara adalah dua metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan N-Vivo 12 plus. Implementasi kebijakan pemerintah pada program pertukaran mahasiswa merdeka akan berjalan dengan baik apabila ada kerjasama Dosen dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Selain itu, terdapat beberapa hambatan yang dialami pihak birokrasi kampus khususnya dalam komunikasi atau koordinasi yang dimiliki PIC. Upaya pengembangan skill melalui program pertukaran mahasiswa merdeka menujukkan bahwa melalui program ini, mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan soft skill seperti  pengendalian emosional dan komunikasi yang baik untuk menyelesaikan suatu tugas dan hard skill berupa pengetahuan dan teknis dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how the Independent Student Exchange Program at Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang University in 2022 will implement government policies and build capabilities. This study uses the theory of Edward III. The theory of policy implementation is presented using a case study methodology and a qualitative research style. Participants in the Free Student Exchange program are research subjects, along with lecturers. Direct observation and interviews are the two data collection methods used. N-Vivo 12 Plus is used to perform data analysis. Implementation of state requirements for independent student exchanges is going well, as faculty and staff work together to fulfill their duties. In addition, the campus bureaucracy has several obstacles, especially in organization and communication.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui transparansi penyaluran bantuan Covid-19 dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi transparansi penyaluran bantuan Covid-19 di Kantor Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan satu variabel. Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah keseluruhan masyarakat penerima bantuan Covid-19 sebesar 11.348 dengan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu Sampling Insidental dengan ukuran sampel didapat sebesar 99 berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Observasi, kuisioner dan wawancara merupakan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan bantuan program IBM SPSS Statistic 21. Hasil penelitian ini adalah penerapan indikator transparansi dalam penyaluran bantuan Covid-19 di Kantor Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang berdasarkan hasil rekapitulasi variabel transpransi berada pada kategori baik dengan persentase 77%. Adapun faktor yang memengaruhi transparansi penyaluran bantuan Covid-19 yaitu faktor kesiapan kelembagaan dan komitmen para aktor berpengaruh sebesar 35,2%, faktor kriteria calon penerima berpengaruh sebesar 12,3%, faktor partisipasi masyarakat berpengaruh sebesar 11,2%, faktor mekanisme penyaluran berpengaruh sebesar 25%, dan faktor data sasaran yang tumpang tindih berpengaruh sebesar 12,9%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Sistem Pengawasan dan Penganggaran DPRD Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dalam pelayanan masyarakat serta mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menghambat Sistem Pengawasan dan Penganggaran DPRD Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dalam pelayanan masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif, Teknik Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui kegiatan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian secara interaktif mulai dari reduksi data, penyajian data hingga penarikan kesimpulan dengan memanfaatkan triangulasi data sebagai teknik pengecekan keabsahan temuan. Pengelolaan data dengan menggunakan Software Nvivo 12 Plus Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Pengawasan Dewan perwakilan rakyat daerah Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dalam pelayanan masyarakat menggunakan teori manajaemen Menurut G.R Terry dalam (Hasibuan, 2014) menunjukkan 4 Indikator manajemen yakni Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Penggerakan dan Pengawasan sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan tupoksi yang berlaku akan tetapi pada indikator Penggerakan yang dilakukan DPRD belum maksimal dalam penggerakan pengawasan peraturan daerah. Begitupun dengan sistem Penganggaran Dewan perwakilan rakyat daerah Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dalam pelayanan masyarakat dengan menggunakan 4 Indikator manajemen yakni Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, dan Penggerakan sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan tupoksi yang berlaku akan tetapi pada indikator Pengawasan Penganggaran yang dilakukan DPRD dinilai masih perlu nya perhatian dewan perwakilan rakyat daerah untuk mendengar keluhan serta aspirasi masyarakat. Terdapat 2 Faktor yang mempengaruhi proses pengawasan dan penganggaran Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dalam Pelayanan Masyarakat yakni, Kurangnya Penggerakan pengawasan sosialisasi Peraturan Daerah dalam masyarakat dan Kurangnya kepercayaan masyarakat dalam pengawasan penganggaran Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang.
