Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa SMU/K kelas XII SMK Sanjaya Pakem tentang pentingnya manajemen waktu dan pengelolaan stres sebagai bekal menghadapi ujian dan transisi menuju dunia dewasa. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui pelatihan interaktif yang mencakup teori, simulasi praktik, dan diskusi kelompok. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran siswa tentang pentingnya perencanaan waktu, pengelolaan prioritas, serta teknik relaksasi untuk mengelola stres. Program ini diharapkan dapat membantu siswa lebih siap menghadapi tantangan akademik dan sosial dalam kehidupan selanjutnya. Kata kunci : Manajemen Waktu, Stress

Abstract

The number of new students that tends to decrease is the reality of the condition and positioning of the Physiotherapy Academy in the minds of consumers/students that needs to be monitored and evaluated to strive to become a solution in society. This research is intended to describe the marketing mix of educational services at the Yogyakarta "YAB" Physiotherapy Academy by focusing on products, prices, location, promotions, human resources, physical evidence, and the lecture process. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. The data was obtained by direct interviews with resource persons, heads of marketing teams, databases, structural officials in the field of infrastructure and several students as users, environmental observations that support research and documentation studies. This research uses a flow analysis model. Community expectations and reality regarding the "YAB" Physiotherapy Academy still need to be optimized, especially regarding cost transparency, facilities/campuses and human resource management that need to be improved so that productivity increases. It is necessary to further optimize the monitoring and evaluation of the marketing mix for the "YAB" Academy of Physiotherapy educational services regarding activities regarding product promotion, price, location, physical evidence/infrastructure, as well as the process of activities of the entire academic community.

Abstract

The increasing accumulation of plastic waste each year has become a serious environmental and public health issue. PT. Perangkat Perkasa Indonesia recognizes a sustainable business opportunity through the processing of plastic waste into economically valuable products. This study aims to analyze the business planning strategies implemented by the company in managing its plastic waste processing operations, covering market analysis, operational planning, financial projections, and marketing strategies. A qualitative descriptive method was used, with a case study approach at PT. Perangkat Perkasa Indonesia. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results indicate that the company has significant potential to develop a plastic recycling business supported by human resources, appropriate technology, and increasing public awareness regarding waste management. An integrated and well-structured business plan is key to building a business model that is not only financially profitable but also environmentally impactful. This research recommends strengthening promotional strategies and collaboration with third parties to expand market reach and improve operational efficiency.
