Abstract

Pergerakan lalu lintas terjadi karena adanya perbedaan tata guna lahan satu dengan tata guna lahan yang lain. Makin tinggi tingkat aktivitas suatu tata guna lahan, makin tinggi pula tingkat kemampuannya dalam menarik pergerakan lalu lintas. Aktivitas perdagangan merupakan salah satu jenis tata guna lahan yang memiliki pengaruh cukup besar terhadap pergerakan lalu lintas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui saling pengaruh antara aktivitas perdagangan dan lalu lintas lewat di pusat kota kecil yaitu di Jalan Diponegoro Kota Bumiayu. Metode analisis penelitian ini meliputi analisis kawasan perdagangan Jalan Diponegoro terhadap lalu lintas; analisis lalu lintas Jalan Diponegoro; dan analisis hubungan antara aktivitas perdagangan dan lalu lintas lewat di Jalan Diponegoro. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah untuk analisis kawasan perdagangan Jalan Diponegoro terhadap lalu lintas diperoleh nilai tarikan perjalanan pasar Bumiayu sebesar 156,049 smp/jam, pertokoan sisi timur Jalan Diponegoro sebesar 111,631 smp/jam dan pertokoan sisi barat Jalan Diponegoro sebesar 147,368 smp/jam. Pengaruh kawasan perdagangan terhadap wilayah sekitar menunjukan bahwa volume lalu lintas ruas jalan yang mengubungkan Kota Bumiayu dengan Paguyangan sebesar 681 smp/jam, Bumiayu dengan Tonjong sebesar 395 smp/jam, Bumiayu dengan Bantarkawung serta Salem sebesar 268 smp/jam dan Bumiayu dengan Sirampog sebesar 143 smp/jam. Untuk analisis kondisi lalu lintas diperoleh volume lalu lintas tertinggi sebesar 355,90 smp/jam, nilai kapasitas jalan sebesar 664,96 smp/jam dan kinerja jalan berdasarkan analisis sebesar 0,54 yaitu berada pada level C dengan ciri aliran stabil. Untuk analisis hubungan antara aktivitas perdagangan dan lalu lintas lewat di Jalan Diponegoro berdasarkan data asal pengunjung diketahui bahwa sebesar 91,7% merupakan pengunjung dengan pergerakan lokal sedangkan untuk pergerakan regional sebesar 8,3%.

Abstract

Kepuasan konsumen adalah faktor penting yang penting untuk dipertimbangkan. yang akan memberikan keunggulan kompetitif bagi perusahaan. Begitu juga dengan Rumah Sakit Umum Swasta X di Temanggung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kepuasan pelanggan setelah menerima kinerja Rumah Sakit Umum Swasta X di Temanggung, atribut apa yang paling memuaskan dan tidak memuaskan konsumen dan apakah ada perbedaan tingkat kepuasan / ketidakpuasan konsumen berdasarkan karakteristik dari responden. Pengukuran kepuasan konsumen dengan membandingkan harapan dengan kinerja. Jika kinerja sama atau melebihi berarti konsumen puas dan sebaliknya jika kinerja lebih rendah dari harapan konsumen yang tidak puas. Harapan dan kinerja yang diukur adalah komponen keseluruhan dari model kualitas layanan yang mencakup 5 dimensi, yaitu bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati. Metode pengujian dilakukan oleh Wilcoxon Rating Test. Hasil pengujian diperoleh total signifikansi 0,000 dan pada setiap atribut 0,000 berarti ada perbedaan antara harapan dan kinerja atau konsumen tidak puas dengan Rumah Sakit Umum Swasta di Temanggung. Tidak ada atribut yang paling memuaskan bagi konsumen sementara layanan yang paling tidak memuaskan sesuai dengan waktu yang ditentukan dan kewaspadaan perawat untuk menangani keluhan pasien. Analisis Variabel Satu Arah Kruskal Wallis dilakukan untuk menguji perbedaan tingkat kepuasan / ketidakpuasan berdasarkan jenis kelamin, pekerjaan, tingkat pendapatan dan tingkat pendidikan. Hasil pengujian diperoleh signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 yang diperlukan sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkat ketidakpuasan konsumen berdasarkan karakteristik responden yang meliputi jenis kelamin, pekerjaan, tingkat pendapatan dan tingkat pendidikan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan menjadi input manajemen khususnya untuk lebih meningkatkan kinerja mereka dan harus dapat memberikan layanan yang sesuai yang dapat memenuhi kepuasan setiap konsumen berdasarkan karakteristik mereka.

Abstract

Natural disasters are conditions that cannot be predicted with certainty. Everyone hopes to avoid any disaster. Without exception, either natural disasters or other disasters that can make people suffer both physically and psychologically. Humans can prepare to be able to anticipate various events that will occur at any time. Anticipation can be done on a small scale/family or mass/regional scale, starting from the preparation of infrastructure, preparing an emergency system, what to do in the event of a disaster and so on. Operations of facilities and infrastructure, human resources and systems for anticipating / dealing with natural disasters are carried out by local and central governments in this case BPBDs such as the Rapid Response Team in Gunung Kidul must be in sync and optimally. The Rapid Response Team (TRC) has a large role in disaster management activities. The Rapid Response Team (TRC) carries out various activities, one of which is disaster mitigation. Disaster mitigation is carried out with the aim of minimizing the risk of a disaster occurring. In addition to disaster mitigation, the Rapid Response Team (TRC) conducts a rapid study of the ongoing disaster so that further action can be taken to overcome the disaster. To improve the performance of the Rapid Reaction Team (TRC), several efforts were made in accordance with the explanation given by the resource coordinator for the Rapid Reaction Team (TRC). The existence of disaster management equipment is able to assist the Rapid Response Team (TRC) in carrying out their duties to be more optimal, effective, and efficient. Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is still being felt by the community, especially people in rural areas. Even though the graph of Covid-19 sufferers has been sloping, the passion to increase enthusiasm to restore the family economy still requires support and encouragement. The purpose of this community service activity is to build the entrepreneurial spirit of the community in Srumbung, Pleret, Bantul DIY to improve the economy and welfare of the community, thereby increasing the independence of the Srumbung Village community. This community service activity was attended by the people of the Srumbung Village, especially the Farmers, Breeders and people who have home-made products. This activity involved a team of AMA Yogyakarta lecturers in an effort to build a spirit of entrepreneurship. As a result of this community service, it is hoped that the people of Srumbung Village will return to their enthusiasm and enthusiasm for starting a business and developing existing businesses.

Abstract

Village Community Empowerment (LPMK) is an independent community social institution as a forum for participation by residents and Village partners to realize the aspirations of community needs in the field of development. The implementation of Musrenbang must be carried out by supporting efforts to prevent corruption, so that it is hoped that the targets in the focus of State Finance can be achieved well. After presenting the results of the research and discussing them, it can be concluded that the Musrenbang process has been running with fairly good community involvement. Even though the Musrenbang is already quite large, namely approximately 50% - 70%, efforts are still needed to increase the role of RT, RW and LPMK in area B in the Musrenbang process. Pramusrembang needs to involve mass organizations/institutions/associations and business actors in the region as a form of regional cooperation and a form of channeling to complement the realization of physical/non-physical activities that cannot be handled by budget implementers from Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD). Abstract

Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kelurahan (LPMK) adalah lembaga sosial masyarakat yang independen sebagai wadah partisipasi masyarakat dan mitra Kelurahan untuk mewujudkan aspirasi kebutuhan masyarakat di bidang pembangunan. Penyelenggaraan Musrenbang harus dilakukan dengan ikut mendukung upaya pencegahan korupsi, sehingga diharapkan sasaran dalam fokus Keuangan Negara dapat tercapai dengan baik. Setelah memaparkan hasil dari penelitian dan membahasnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses Musrenbang sudah berjalan dengan keterlibatan masyarakat yang cukup baik. Walaupun Musrenbang sudah cukup besar yakni sekitar 50% - 70 %, namun masih perlu upaya peningkatan peran peran serta RT, RW dan LPMK di daerah X pada proses Musrenbang. Pramusrembang perlu melibatkan Kampus, Ormas/ Lembaga/ Perkumpulan dan pelaku usaha di wilayah sebagai bentuk kerjasama wilayah dan bentuk channeling menjadi pelengkap realisasi kegiatan fisik/ nonfisik yang tidak bisa diampu oleh pelaksana anggaran dari Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD).

Abstract

Consumers can experience one of three levels of general satisfaction, namely if performance is below expectations, consumers will feel disappointed, but if performance matches expectations, customers will feel satisfied and if performance exceeds expectations, customers will feel very satisfied, happy or happy. Service is a very important factor, especially for universities which in this case are engaged in services. Service to students is very important for the life of a university, because without students, the college will be closed. Thus, university service activities must be oriented to customer satisfaction, namely students. Maintaining satisfaction needs to be done to maintain positive attitudes of students as service users while minimizing negative attitudes that can be caused as a result of poor service quality. Management HR Management is in the category of satisfactory / Satisfied. Judging from the scores of each statement item, it appears that Lecturers and Educators are satisfied with all aspects and services of HR management carried out by the "YAB" Academy of Physiotherapy. In general, the level of satisfaction of Lecturers and Education Personnel is very good, but it is important for AKFIS YAB to continue to maintain and improve services to Lecturers and Educators by improving the performance of the services provided.

Abstract

Data information on active elderly people in Indonesia in 2020 is 9.78% of Indonesia's population of 270.20 people. The category of elderly population growth increased by around 7.59% when compared with 2010 data, the increase in the number of elderly people coincided with an increase in elderly balance disorders. At this stage a person experiences several changes, both mental and physical changes. Normal changes in the aging process such as physical appearance, in the form of graying hair, wrinkles on the face, and disturbances in the five senses, as well as decreased endurance. Parameters and physical ability tests are carried out using the function reach test. Static balance measurement can be done with the functional reach test. This test measures the subject's reaching power when standing with his arms extended forward. The observation results were based on data obtained from 32 elderly participants who attended, namely 7 were good and 25 were poor according to the existing reference value, vital signs where the average blood pressure was 140/100 mmHg.

Abstract

The aim of study is to determine the effect of applying soil nailing to increase the stability and strengthening of excavation slopes on soil stratification in areas of deep dips and steep slopes. Observations were carried out on New Capital City Toll Road section 3A Karangjoang - KKT Kariangau, a division of the toll road where a structure in the form of a High Voltage Air Line (SUTT) is placed. Deep excavation was carried out at the location, which set the SUTT tower 20 m from the slope of the road route. Tower relocation cannot be carried out, and slope management must be designed to prevent landslides from occurring. Soil condition data was taken from the field at 4 points using boring and SPT methods. Data analysis used the Plaxis 2D Finite Element Analysis (FEA) modelling program and the Mohr-Coulomb soil model to compare two conditions, namely the excavation slope without reinforcement and with soil nailing reinforcement configuration. From the slope stability analysis, excavation design 1 in front of SUTT and design two at the transition have a Safety Factor (SF) > permit in short-term conditions and pseudo-static earthquakes but experience landslides in long-term conditions and coal (lignite) weathering. This study shows that applying soil nailing with a diameter of 10 cm, a length of 12 m and a 12D vertical and 15D horizontal installation configuration meets the SF permitting slope stability according to SNI 8460:2017 on Geotechnical Design Requirements. Abstract

The marketing strategy for higher education services in Indonesia, especially in Yogyakarta, now has many challenges. Marketing of educational services is a strategy to increase the selling value of the Academy which is an important element for the quality and progress of the educational level of educational institutions. This scientific article specifically discusses the strategy of higher education in increasing the selling value of the Academy, as well as how to apply the marketing strategy for educational services in increasing the selling value of the "YAB" Academy of Physiotherapy. The author critically examines how the widespread marketing of educational services departs from the initial concept of the Academy as an educational service provider in the health sector and not as a business area in the world of education. The academy as an education service provider needs to learn and have a passion for increasing customer satisfaction because education is a continuous teaching and learning process. Marketing of educational services at the Academy does not mean commercialization, but prioritizes quality education and provides excellent service to stakeholders.
