Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji manajemen stres di tempat kerja, mengoreksi temuan penelitian terkait dengan manajemen stres kerja di lingkungan pendidikan. Tulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi sastra. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah kombinasi analisis isi kronologis sesuai dengan literatur/literatur yang sedang dipelajari. Hasil penelitian, bahwa beberapa peradaban saat ini terasa semakin berat dan tampak kejam, dan membuat semua orang berusaha untuk berjuang lebih keras dan tidak pernah menyerah untuk menaklukkannya. Salah satu faktor pemicu terjadinya stres di lingkungan kerja adalah faktor pribadi, faktor organisasi, dan faktor lingkungan. Cara untuk mengelola stres kerja adalah program klinis, program organisasi, dan penanggulangan secara independen. Dampak dari makalah ini adalah untuk mengurangi tingkat stres dan menghindari bunuh diri.

Abstract

Input pendidikan merupakan suatu hal yang mutlak harus ada dalam batas-batas tertentu tetapi tidak menjadi jaminan dapat secara otomatis meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Peningkatan pendidikan akan menentukan hasil atau prestasi peserta didiknya. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas. Pengumpulan data melalui investigasi/observasi untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang terjadi di kelas, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan pelaksanakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) di SMAN 1 Gresik dilakukan dengan II siklus. Hasil penelitian yaitu penggunaan pendekatan scientific dan penilaian authentik dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas perserta didik SMA di Jawa Timur, mampu meningkatkan kemampuan Bahasa Inggris dalam bentuk percakapan, kemampuan mempresentasikan materi dan berani mengikuti lomba untuk mencapai prestasi akademis, nonakademis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi implementasi kelas virtual dengan Google Classroom dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar kimia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas 4 tahapan yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan observasi. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI-MIPA 1 SMAN 1 Serang Baru. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi aktivitas pembelajaran dan hasil tes siswa pada mata pelajaran kimia. Setelah semua data terkumpul, analisis data dengan menggunakan rumus persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh aktivitas siswa dalam impelemntasi kelas virtual dengan Google Classroom mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I dan siklus II dengan persentase 92,31% menjadi 94,23%. Sedangkan hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan secara klasikal dari 70, 94% pada siklus I menjadi 88,88% pada siklus II. Dari hasil penelitian dan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa impelemntasi menggunakan kelas virtual dengan Google Classroom dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar kimia di SMAN 1 Serang Baru. Kelas virtual melalui Google Classroom dapat dijadikan solusi dalam pembelajaran daring di tengah wabah pandemik Covid-19.

Abstract

Pembelajaran daring merupakan pembelajaran alternatif pada masa pandemi covid-19, namun pada proses pembelajaran daring terdapat berbagai macam kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh siswa sehingga menimbulkan berbagai persepsi tentang pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang pembelajaran daring terhadap motivasi berprestasi, (2) pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang pembelajaran daring terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa, (3) pengaruh persespsi siswa tentang pembelajaran daring terhadap motivasi berprestasi dan keaktifan belajar siswa, dan (4) pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner, sedangkan untuk analisis data peneliti menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis korelasi kanonikal dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini secara umumnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang pembelajaran daring terhadap motivasi berprestasi dan keaktifan belajar siswa.   ABSTRACT Online learning is an alternative learning during the covid-19 pandemic, but in the online learning process there are various kinds of difficulties faced by students, giving rise to various perceptions about online learning. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of students’ perceptions of online learning on achievement motivation, (2) the influence of students’ perceptions of online learning on student learning activities, (3) the influence of students’ perceptions of online learning on achievement motivation and student learning activities, (4) the influence of achievement motivation on student learning activities. This research is acorrelation research with a quantitative approach, the method used is a questionnaire, while for data analysis the researcher uses simple regression analysis and canonical correlation analysis with the help of SPSS version 16.0. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of students’ perceptions about online learning on achievement motivation and student learning activity.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melihat pengaruh penggunaan media game edukasi Quizizz terhadap keterampilan self regulated learning dan hasil belajar siswa kelas X MIA MAN 1 Lombok Timur pada masa pandemi covid-19. Jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan desain non-equivalent pretest-pottest control group design.  Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan tes pada kelas eksperimen (X MIA 4) dan kelas kontrol (X MIA 3). Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah statistik parametris yaitu uji independent t-test dan uji paired t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan media game edukasi Quizizz terhadap keterampilan self regulated learning siswa. Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan media game edukasi Quizizz terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan media game edukasi Quizizz terhadap keterampilan self regulated learning dan hasil belajar siswa.   ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to look at the use of Quizizz the educational game media for self-regulated learning skills and students learning outcomes of grade X MIA MAN 1 East Lombok during the Covid-19 pandemic. Type of experimental research with non-equivalent pretest-pottest control group design. Data collection with questionnaires and tests in experimental classes (X MIA 4) and control classes (X MIA 3). The data analysis technique used is parametric statistics, namely the independent t-test and the paired t-test. The results showed that there was a significant influence from the use of Quizizz educational game media on students' self-regulated learning skills. There is no significant influence from the use of Quizizz educational game media on student learning outcomes. There is a significant influence of the use of quizizz educational game media on self-regulated learning skills and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the key constraints that undermine teacher professionalism in private high schools in Malang, as well as the support provided by school foundations to address these issues. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative method and involves 18 teachers from three private high schools in Malang. Data were collected through field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation and analyzed in two phases: individual and cross-case analysis, ensuring validation through a member check stage. Findings reveal that teacher constraints include issues related to school policies, bureaucracy, learning process inefficiencies, and inadequate welfare. Conversely, support mechanisms from school foundations include enhanced learning facilities, professional development opportunities, scholarship provisions, and improved social welfare benefits. These findings suggest that addressing both institutional constraints and support systems is crucial in fostering an environment conducive to professional development and efficacy among teachers.

Abstract

Character education will become a program that will be implemented by all levels of education, where in the 21st century many things will occur, including changes in learning models, and changes in sophisticated technology that will cause changes in the way we communicate. This change is balanced with student character education, it needs to be developed with character values ​​not only in the cognitive domain but also at other levels such as affective and psychomotor. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. This research was conducted at SMKN 1 Praya Central Lombok. Sources of research data are school principals, vice principals, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques from observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out interactively and took place continuously until the collected data was saturated, the activities in data analysis were data collection, data presentation, and concluding/verifying data condensation. There are four criteria to see the validity of research data, namely: Credibility, Transferability, Dependability, and Confirmability. The results of the study show that the implementation of character education has been well implemented in various fields. This can be seen from the results of the implementation of character education at Praya 1 Public High School, which has been able to respond to the needs of students and develop their potential and interests of students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the principal's instructional leadership on teacher performance at State Vocational High Schools in Mataram City. This study used a quantitative approach. The population in this study were teachers at SMKN 1 Mataram and SMKN 3 Mataram. The research sample used was 5%, which amounted to 143 teachers. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with an assessment using the Likert Scale. The results of the data obtained were analyzed using the t-test with the help of SPPS version 16. The results of this study indicate that the principal's instructional leadership has a positive influence on teacher performance. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan instrukional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri yang ada di Kota Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru yang ada di SMKN 1 Mataram dan SMKN 3 Mataram. Sampel penelitian yang digunakanj sebesar 5 % yaitu berjumlah 143 orang guru. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan penilaian menggunakan Skala Likert. Hasil data yang diperoleh di análisis menggunakan uji t-tes dengan bantuan SPPS versi 16. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of teacher leadership in enhancing the quality of learning in schools. In an ever-evolving educational context, teacher leadership emerges as a key factor in creating an effective and innovative learning environment. The research employs a case study method with a qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews with teachers, school principals, and students from several primary and secondary schools. The findings indicate that effective teacher leadership can motivate students, enhance collaboration among peers, and encourage the implementation of more creative teaching methods. Furthermore, support from school management significantly contributes to the success of teacher leadership. These findings are expected to provide insights for the development of educational policies and leadership practices in schools

Abstract

This article analyze impact leadership participatory to formation culture organization in the institution Islamic education. Leadership participatory emphasize importance involvement all over member in the process of taking decisions, which have an impact significant in strengthening culture organization. In the institution Islamic education, culture strong organization​ play a role important in create conducive environment​ For learning, with emphasize values Islam like honesty, work same, and responsibility answer. Through approach participatory, leader No only increase engagement and loyalty employees, but also creates atmosphere inclusive and productive work . This article use method studies literature For explore connection between leadership participatory and culture organization, as well as the impact to performance institution Islamic education. Analysis results show that leadership participatory can strengthen culture organization based on Islamic values, which in turn increase effectiveness and performance institution in a way overall.
