Abstract

The study on growth respons of Lansium domesticum  poliembryoni seed on MS and WPM media with added by coconut water had been carried out from Maret up to Mei 2006. This experiment had been done in Tissue Culture Laboratory, Agronomy-Holticulture Depatment, Agronomy Faculty, Institute Pertanian Bogor, using  two factorial of Completely Randomized Design with  nine treatments, and ten replications. The first factor treatment were  MS, ½ MS and WPM media, and the 2nd  factor were 0, 15 and 20% coconut water. The result showed that the emergence time of the first adventitious shoot were beginning on 26,5 days after planting, with one until four numerous of shoots, on MS, ½ MS, WPM media with added  until 20% coconut water. There were only 50-70% shoot formed on 8 weeks after planting. With 20% coconut water suplemented on MS culture media showed that the height of shoots were significant than controle.Key words: Lansium domesticum, coconut water, polyembryonic seed, culture media.

Abstract

In this research we have studied about somatic embryogenesis derived on Sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata) cv. VGT callus culture by addition BAP (benzylamino purine) and 2,4-D (2,4 diclorophenoxyacetic acid)   on MS (Murashige and Skoog) Medium. King of Bitter seeds were germinated on MS medium for 3 weeks, then  the second leaf  that full opened used as explants. The explant planting  on medium with several concentration growth regulator (BAP combinated with 2,4-D) to callus induce.  MS medium  with added by 0.5 ppm BAP+ 0.5 ppm 2,4-D  ( A treatment), 0.5. ppm BAP + 1 ppm 2,4-D (B treatment ), 0.5 ppm BAP + 1.5 ppm 2,4-D (C treatment ), 0.5 ppm BAP + 2 ppm 2,4-D (D treatment), each of treatment with 5 replications. The observation used descriptive method for callus texture, somatic embryo derived with it development fase  after subcultured on MS medium with the same concrentration BAP  and 2,4-D . The result showed that callus  have formed on  all of treatment (A, B,C and D), whereas callus with somatic embryogenesis only on C treatment, with the range of callus fresh weight (FW) were 0.6-1.0 g.  After 3 weeks at second subcultured on MS medium with added 0.5 ppm BAP+ 1,5 ppm 2,4-D ,  somatic embryo  development showed  globular fase  and heart shape fase .

Abstract

Environmental cleanliness is an essential aspect of life to make a healthy and comfortable environment. In Indonesia, the volume of waste will reach 70 million tons by 2022, with around 24% or 16 million tons needing to be appropriately managed. Related to the significant waste growth, the Ministry of Environment has developed the Waste Bank initiative, a collaborative effort that aims to educate the public in sorting waste and raising awareness of the importance of wise waste management. The desire of the local environmental agency to connect with the community supports the researcher in developing the Waste Bank application. The application will implement an optimal User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design. The User-Centered Design (UCD) method will be employed, supported by the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), and is used to design UI and UX for the Waste Bank mobile application. The application prototypes were tested and evaluated using UEQ. The first design achieved an average score but still required improvement. In contrast, the second design scored excellently in six aspects measured: attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty, with significant improvement. These results show that the UCD and UEQ methods are effective for developing UI/UX designs to meet user needs and can be applied in mobile application developments.

Abstract

Museum memiliki peran penting dalam pelestarian pengetahuan seputar sejarah, budaya, dan seni. Menurut statistik dari Kementrian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemendikbud Ristek), pada tahun 2020, Indonesia telah memiliki 439 museum dan akan bertambah seiring berjalannya waktu. Namun, museum rentan terhadap kejahatan seperti pencurian, kerusakan, dan manipulasi aset. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi, khususnya Internet of Things (IoT), memberikan solusi dalam pengelolaan aset museum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Test Driven Development (TDD), yang merupakan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak yang menekankan pada penulisan tes sebelum menulis kode sebenarnya. Aplikasi Android dibuat untuk mengevaluasi serta menganalisis keefektifan system deteksi berbasis laser. Hasil perancangan telah berhasil dan pengujian pada perangkat IoT terbukti berhasil. Pada pengujian perangkat Android dengan menggunakan LCOV Converage menunjukkan angka presentase mencapai 86.7% dari 100%, sehingga menandakan keberhasilan pengujian. Harapannya, penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai pemanfaatan Internet of Things (IoT) dan kontribusinya dalam meningkatkan keamanan koleksi museum, baik di Indonesia maupun di seluruh dunia.
