Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas dan profitabilitas perusahaan terhadap firm's value. Firm's value diukur dengan pendekatan price-to book value (PBV). Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang melakukan initial public offerings (IPO) pada tahun 2018. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis statistik inferensial dengan regresi linear berganda menggunakan program SPSS 23.00 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas dan profitabilitas perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap firm's value. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap firm's value sementara profitabilitas perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap firm's value.

According to Annex 14 Aerodrome,Volume II Amandement 6 November 2014 Heliport, heliport defines as “An aerodrome or a defined area on a structure intended to be used wholly or in part for the arrival, departure and surface movement of helicopters”. Other term we daily used is Helipad, Although in formal regulation this term is not used. In daily understanding Helipad is a part of Heliport, in other word heliport consist of some of helipads. An outline of this research will discuss about real condition of BP3K SDMT Ciwidey Heliport technically,. Is the heliport has been appropriate with current technical specification according to Indonesia regulations ? , Is the permissions problems has been done administratively and things related to manual and procedures has been comply with Air Traffic Services Manual implemented for Surface Heliport like the facility built in this training

Konvergensi telekomunikasi dan informasi teknologi telah mempercepat penerapan teknologi seluler di berbagai dalam masyarakat, termasuk bidang pembelajaran. M-learning ( mobile learning) hanya satu jenis penerapan teknologi mobile di pasar. Sebagai lembaga yang mempromosikan pendidikan dan pelatihan modern di Kementrian Perhubungan Republik Indonesia, ATKP (Akademik Teknik Dan Keselamatan Penerbangan) Surabaya mengantisipasi perubahan teknologi pembelajaran. Untuk memenuhi tantangan ini, ATKP telah mulai menerapkan m-learnig dan integrasinya dengan sistem pembelajaran yang lain Akibatnya, ATKP telah mencapai dan menerapkan ide baru dalam belajar, khususnya dalam memanfaatkan informasi dan komunikasi dalam teknologi mobil learning, seperti yang ditunjukan oleh staf mereka serta taruna. Dapat diakui bahwa pembangunan ATKP masa depan sangat ditentukan oleh upaya berkaitan dengan menumbuhkan kesadaran dilingkup citivitas akademika dalam mengoptimalkan sumber daya pembelajaran baru yang telah dibangun.

Transportation or people travel, this term used by Gugug Tugas Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19 is people mobility from area to another area with administrative boundry as province/district/city and arrival form abroad (repatriation) enter the territory of Republikc of Indonesia by using prival vehicle or public transport land/railways/sea and by air. The provisons of land transportation and air transportation to be regulated for the effort of Covid-19 accelartion handling be realized and in other hands the piepole mobility still on going for the purpose of the run of economics. How this can be run side by side ?. of course there are a matters to be adjust, for example about behavior of trasnportaion service user that shall be adjust to new protocol in pandemic periode that different with normal behavior. From transportation operator side also adjust required, Beside of new protocol how to embark and disembark people the capacity of transportation vehicle adjust required also and can not be used according to manufacturer spesifications. This matter not so easy for the user or transportation operator relating to investment and operational of trasnprtation operator. In this community service focused to how to reached equilibrium between pandemic handling effort and the economy from land transportation and air transportation point of view.

The purpose of this study is to find out the performance finance Footwear companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the periods 2012-2016 through analysis of cash flow statements. Method uses in this study is quantitative descriptive method. The data analysis technique uses is analysis of cash flow statements. As for the analysis of the cash flows statements uses is the ratio operating cash flows to current liability, the ratio of operating cash flow to interest, the ratio of operating cash flows to capital expenditures, the ratio of operating cash flows to total debt, the ratio of operating cash flows to net income. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the financial performance of Footwear Companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the period of 5 years (2012-2016) is not good, seen from the results of the calculation of the cash flow ratio operating cash flows to current liability and the ratio of operating cash flows to total debt under 1, describes that PT Primarindo Asia Infrastruktur, Tbk. and PT Sepatu Bata, Tbk.is unable to meet its obligation and its commitments, and some ratio during thin research (2012-2016) also shows a negative value.

This literature research focuses on discussing the conceptualization of joy in American short documentary film entitled The Last Repair Shop (2023). As a feeling that everyone needs in life, the concept of joy needs to be studied. It is also expected that the study can become an additional reference for future research and contribute to increasing understanding of the concept of joy and enriching theory in literary and cultural studies. The study aims at identifying how joy is portrayed and conceptualized through the documentary film. The Primary data for qualitative research is in the form of a collection of statements from actors obtained from documentary short films. This study also utilizes Hall's representation theory to analyze statements from actors to construct the concept of joy portrayed in the documentary film. The results of data analysis and interpretation show that the concept of joy can refer to the power to change a person's life because it can be a source of change or a result obtained from change. In addition, joy as portrayed through the documentary can also beconceptualized as kindness towards oneself and others.

Media pemasaran secara online telah menghadirkan lembar baru bagi para pengusaha mikro kecil/ pengusaha rumahan dalam tahap menyampaikan, menyebarkan, serta memaparkan sebuah iklan demi menarik peminat pada jejaring media online, website media umum yang biasa digunakan untuk mempromosikan sebuah produk baik dengan skala besar, sedang maupun kecil. Website didalam suatu perusahaan/usaha mikro membantu masyarakat/publik mengetahui dengan mudah apa saja informasi mengenai produk yang akan dipasarkan tersebut. Usaha kecil mikro ini adalah sebuah kegiatan yang prospektif bagi para pengusaha rumahan. Program pkm ini bermitra dengan 2 pengusaha perajin tahu yaitu Bapak Fandy dan Bapak Achmad Sholeh, keduanya adalah pengerajin usaha mikro tahu yang berlokasi di lingkungan Jalan Damai Bakti RT.07, Kr Harapan, Tarakan. Tim pengusul program melakukan observasi langsung dan wawancara kepada para mitra untuk mengidentifikasi apa yang menjadi permasalahan utama. Permasalahan tersebut kemudian disetujui untuk diatasi dengan solusi yang tepat. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah promosi penjualan. Metode pendekatan berdasarkan kesepakatan dengan mitra, penyuluhan akan dilakukan untuk menggalakkan kesadaran perihal kenyamanan dan kesehatan kerja. Penyuluhan tentang management pemasaran, Pembuatan media informasi mengenai produk. Tim pelaksana yang efektif dan efisien diperlukan untuk memastikan kesuksesan program yang diusulkan bagaimana mengatasi problem yang bersangkutan dengan mitra. Untuk menjalankan program ini, dibutuhkan disiplin ilmu teknik komputer dan teknik mesin. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini dapat memenuhi ekskalasi perihal media promosi bagi pengusaha kecil/mikro dan dengan adanya survei mengenai usaha mikro yang ada dikota tarakan mampu dengan mudah mendapati kawasan mana saja yang masih manual dalam pengolahan pembuatan tahu dan dapat menjalin kerjasama kedepannya Online marketing media has opened a new chapter for micro-small entrepreneurs/home entrepreneurs in the stage of delivering, spreading, and presenting an advertisement to attract interest in online media networks, a general media website that is commonly used to promote a product of any scale, large, medium or small. The website within a company/micro-enterprise helps the public to easily know all the information about the product to be marketed. This small micro-business is a prospective activity for home entrepreneurs.This PKM program partnered with two tofu craftsmen, Mr. Fandy and Mr. Achmad Sholeh, both of whom are micro tofu entrepreneurs located in the Damai Bakti RT.07, Kr Harapan, Tarakan neighborhood. The program proposing team conducted direct observation and interviews with the partners to identify the main problems. The problems were then agreed to be solved with the right solutions. One of the problems faced by the partners is sales promotion.The approach method based on an agreement with the partners, counseling will be conducted to encourage awareness of comfort and work health. Counseling about marketing management, making media information about the product. An effective and efficient implementation team is needed to ensure the success of the proposed program in how to overcome the problems concerned with the partners. To run this program, it takes the disciplines of computer engineering and mechanical engineering.With this activity, it can meet the escalation of media promotion for small/micro entrepreneurs, and with a survey of micro-enterprises in the city of Tarakan, it is easy to find out which areas are still manual in the processing of tofu making and can establish cooperation in the future
