Introduction : The high traffic of flight movements and the number of airport passengers around the world are placed in very high demands on the airport industry business. For example the airport operator PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) or AP II is trusted to manage 19 airports and airport-related services to concentrate their service business on customers (Customer Centric Organization). Objective : This study aims to obtain the Airport Passenger Experience Model in Terminal 1 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport as a Low-Cost Carrier Terminal. Development of a passenger activity service model to address the gap between the level of importance and service perceived by business and leisure passenger types at all travel touch points in service processing activities and non-processing activities. Method : This study uses 50 service attributes and 100 samples of respondents. The questionnaires were distributed twice. The first questionnaire uses the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method to determine the performance of each service attribute through identification of passenger needs and desires (Needs). The second questionnaire uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to obtain a ranking or priority order based on the level of importance of airport passengers (Importance). Results : The results of the formulation of the House of Quality (HoQ) from a combination of QFD and AHP analysis methods get 5 priority programs (Panca Programs) from 17 Needs & Importance technical responses, including Customer Centric, Strategic Approach to Customer Service, Innovative, Sense of Place and Positive Ambiance. These have been adapted to the types of business passengers and leisure passengers at Terminal 1 Soekarno-Hatta Airport as a template for the Airport Passenger Experience Model for Low-Cost Carrier Terminals. If the manager of Terminal 1-BSH can carry out the five priority technical responses, then it can meet the needs of airport passengers by contributing 53.73% and if the sixth to tenth priority technical response is also carried out, it will increase the airport passenger experience by contributing as much as 84.80% as optimization of airport service performance at Terminal 1 Soekarno-Hatta Airport. Conclusion : Based on the identification of the needs and expectations of Terminal 1 - BSH passengers through the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method, there are 20 service attributes that have a negative gap value or exceed the average satisfaction threshold. Out of the 50 indicators of passenger activity service processing, it shows that airport passengers are still dissatisfied with the services provided or there is a decrease in the quality-of-service performance. The proportion of passengers’ dissatisfaction in the departure service area is higher than in the arrival area.

The measurement of innovation has been developed by various previous studies with a specific focus and goal. However, the existing measurement framework still cannot be applied all that easily by companies in Indonesia for assessing, evaluating, and improving their innovations. This study aims to propose a measurement framework using a multiple case study approach. Cases were selected from companies in the pharmaceutical and information and communications technology (ICT) industries because they contribute substantially to the manufacturing sector and both are vital to Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the measurement model of innovation consists of technological innovation and the management of technological innovation. There are three phases in the technological innovation process which include the initiation phase (conceiving ideas and acquiring information, then transforming it into knowledge), the development phase (validating knowledge and checking its appropriateness), and the diffusion phase (getting users' feedback and Go & scaling up). Meanwhile, the management of technological innovation consists of having a strategy, the necessary resources, and operation. The analytical generalization of this study is still considered to be limited, so further studies are needed to analyze cases in other industrial sectors. In addition, a quantitative study is required to construct a measuring instrument for the variables proposed in this study.

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are often faced with a number of problems that are very influential on their growth and can reduce their competitiveness, where one of them is the increase in Basic Electricity Tariff. The increase in Basic Electricity Tariff will occur every three months and the average annual increase is 15%, which will result a direct impact on surging production costs. The increase in Basic Electricity Tariff will result in declining growth of MSMEs, making it difficult to compete because MSMEs have to make adjustments to prices and ultimately result in weakening purchasing power. The Sensitivity Analysis of Basic Electricity Tariff increase on the sustainability of MSME businesses aims to (1) Know the structure of production costs in relation to electricity usage and (2) Create a sensitivity model for TDL increase on the sustainability of MSME businesses using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). This research is analytical descriptive and useful as an effort to focus on actions in anticipating the sensitive increase in Basic Electricity Tariff on the sustainability of MSME businesses. These actions include reducing the ratio of electricity costs to production costs and increasing capital to increase business turnover. This research is focused on MSMEs which are very sensitive to the increase in the Basic Electricity Tariff.

BFM is a pharmaceutical company that produces bulk Tetanus Toxoid (TT). Bulk TT demand will continue to increase until 2025, while the current utilization rate has reached 97% of its design capacity. Bulk TT's current production capacity is insufficient, while the building area cannot be enlarged. This research was conducted to improve non-necessary value added by identifying and reducing waste to run well even though the production capacity is limited. Mix descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods are applied in this research. Production simulation is undertaken to reduce waste through the Gemba Kaizen approach and Kanban, while production capacity simulation is carried out using Dynamic Systems. The results of the simulations are described in the Balanced Scorecard. The research revealed there are 148 wastes consisting of 4 causes of waste in the high priority category, 20 medium priority and 124 low priority. The simulation generates a significant decrease value of the waste priority number (WPN) from 347.3 to 47.2. There was also an increase in the overall value stream. Value-added ratio (VAR) increased 12.57%, production lead time reduced 21.01%, and total cycle time decreased 11.65%. These findings indicated that the improvement was effective in eliminating waste. From the overall improvement, there was an increase in productivity of 25.0%.
