Abstract

Attendance on hours worked is the duty of every employee in an agency or company, ranging from the lowest level to the highest level. Similarly, the school, the presence of teachers, staff and students to be an important indicator for the sake of the implementation process of a good education. If the number of teachers, employees and students are not many, of course, can be observed directly. However, if the polynomial would be difficult to monitor manually. SMAN 7 Bogor as one of the organizers of education, has a number of teachers, staff, and students are many. In order for the process of education can work well, we need a system that can control these activities. Based on the design of a system that has been done before, so in this research and their attendance system development field implementation. The development of this system adopts the Waterfall method, with the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Analysis and design has been done before, so in this study implementation, testing, and maintenance. Implementation is done using a web-based system. Based on the method of Black Box testing, functional system can run well be absent, among which are: 1) input, edit, and delete data student / teacher; 2) create a new class, edit, or delete it; 3) Input pain, license, truancy; 4) Presence manual input; 5) recap print absent teachers; 6) absences per class recap print; and 7) Print recap absent per student. This system has been implemented in schools and running properly.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has offered a phenomenal functional impact on every aspects of human life, one such is usage of Information Technology at schools. Loss of data due to manual record keeping is still prevailing in many schools, SMA NEGERI 7 BOGOR is not an exception. The aim of this research is to design an interface for SMA NEGERI 7 BOGOR which can facilitate and secures student and teacher`s data. In this research, Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used as a tool for designing the interface system using context diagram, use case diagram, class diagram, activity diagram, and sequence diagram. Using this interface system an update, well documented and safe data can be maintained. This should facilitate in monitoring of student and teachers attendance.

Abstract

SPP-IRT is a system of BPOM agencies that implements consulting services for users who are applied using live chat.  Judging from the SPP-IRT live chat administrator, there were 254 unserved messages out of 665 messages, and included out-of-hours incoming messages. Judging from the data, SPP-IRT live chat has quite dense traffic. Therefore, it is necessary to create a chatbot that is able to answer questions automatically. Chatbots are designed to be able to communicate with humans using Natural Language Processing (NLP). This chatbot is built with Node.Js and leverages Wi.ai for a knowledge base. Wit.ai is a machine built with NLP. The steps taken in this research start from data collection, analysis, knowledge base design, system design, program creation, testing and  system application. This research data was obtained from SPP-IRT related FAQs. The results obtained that chatbots are able to provide diverse responses in accordance with data that has been trained and validated through Wit.ai.

Abstract

Along with the development of development in West Bogor subdistrict, there will be environmental noise that comes from these activities. Based on the Decree of the Minister of Environment No. 48 of 1996, noise is unwanted sound from a business or activity in a certain level and time that can cause human health problems and environmental comfort. Geographical Information System (GIS) is a computer-based system that has the ability to handle geographic reference data to enter, process and produce data so that it can be used as a reference in making decisions in planning. Noise measurements use a Sound Level Meter for 10 (ten) minutes for each measurement and GPS to determine the position of the location coordinates. The purpose of this study is to map the contours and distribution of noise levels and design a webgis-based noise information system in West Bogor subdistrict, Bogor City. To create a noise distribution level map using Surfer software using the kriging and Arcgis methods. Based on the measurement results, the value of the noise level ranges from 50 dB - 70 dB, because it is on the main road and comes from transportation modes. Noise information will be made into webgis display.

Abstract

PT. Restindo Dayatama is a manufacturer company engaged in the car body industry which concentrates on seat products, especially bus seats. PT.Restindo Dayatama in procuring goods cannot be separated from computerization. When the stock of goods in the warehouse runs out, the warehouse clerk submits a request for goods to the procurement by providing a letter of request for goods made through Microsoft Excel. This process is constrained by efficiency, and there is often duplication of data on demand for goods which results in goods piling up in warehouses. Therefore, PT. Restindo Dayatama requires a procurement information system that can assist in carrying out procurement transactions, calculating and storing more data, accessing data faster and making time more efficient. The development method uses DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and system development that will be built using a waterfall so as to produce a procurement information system.

Abstract

The Directorate of Community Empowerment and Processed Food Business Actors (PMPUPO), is one of the Directorates within the Deputy for Processed Food Supervision of the Food and Drug Monitoring Agency (BPOM), has the task of implementing policies, drafting norms, standards, procedures, criteria, implementing technical guidance and supervision, as well as evaluation and reporting. The PMPUPO 2020 website has a lot of data, so the program monitoring process is less effective. That way the program data processing process is difficult to access by the leadership so that sometimes it results in discrepancies between the reports made and the existing data. Therefore, in this study, an information system for monitoring program integration at the PMPUPO Directorate was created to make it easier for leaders to access or obtain strategic data. The data used in this study were obtained from the Directorate of PMPUPO. The research method used includes three main parts, namely data collection, system analysis and development of a linear sequential model system. Based on the results of system testing that has been carried out, this system has functioned well, which is indicated by the availability of the speed of information obtained in the form of distribution maps, graphs, and reports so that it can make it easier for leaders to access or obtain information.

Abstract

As supporting intermediaries that are very important to support the economy. Financial institutions have various forms of financial facilities consisting of ATMs, branch offices, head offices and so on. As a form of realization towards improving implementation and services as well as providing complete information dissemination on financial facilities, financial institutions must of course be able to make it easier for the public to obtain information on financial facilities that is informative, valid and up to date. This study aims to build a web-based location-based financial facility search application as a means of utilizing infrastructure and access to technology that is useful for economic development. This application requires internet access, has features that make it easier for the public to determine the selected facility, Leaflet API to display a location map and the Spherical Law of Cosines formula to measure the location distance between the financial facility finder and the financial facility, so as to produce the nearest financial facility information needed based on the location. The result of this research is the development of a web-based financial facility search application using the Spherical Law of Cosine formula. The conclusion of this study is that the Spherical Law of Cosine formula only calculates the distance from a straight line between 2 location points, with the terrain encountered. This formula has an accuracy with a tolerance of about 0-5 meters and an 80% faster distance calculation compared to other formulas such as the Haversine formula.

Abstract

Akses jual beli prodak berbasis web e-commerce terhadap koperasi KIKA masih belum merata di lingkungan Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor, padahal koperasi KIKA sebelumnya sudah memiliki web e-commerce, hanya saja tampilan pada mobile web masih belum maksimal. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan suatu solusi untuk memudahkan semua kalangan yang berada di lingkungan Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor agar dapat memesan produk dengan mudah dan dengan tampilan yang lebih baik. Tujuan dari peneliatian ini mengembangkan tampilan e-commerce koperasi KIKA berbasis mobile web yang mampu memberikan informasi serta membeli barang secara online. Metodologi pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengkodean dan pengujian. Data yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem e-commerce berbasis mobile web adalah data yang diberikan oleh pihak koperasi Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor (KIKA). Penelitian ini berhasil menyajikan tampilan yang lebih baik dari e-commerce berbasis mobile web yang sebelumnya pernah dimiliki oleh koperasi Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor (KIKA) dengan informasi yang ada di dalamnya seperti kategori produk, transaksi yang pernah dilakukan, tentang kami, detail pemesanan dan cara belanja pada e-commerce berbasisi mobile web ini tidak ada login untuk admin karena e-commerce berbasis mobile web ini hanya bisa digunakan oleh pengguna saja. Abstract

Posyandu adalah salah satu kegiatan kesehatan dasar berbasis masyarakat yang diselenggarakan dari, oleh dan untuk masyarakat yang dibantu oleh petugas kesehatan dan anggota posyandu yang disebut kader posyandu. Dalam Kegiatan Posyandu juga memerlukan sebuah Website untuk memberikan informasi dengan mudah kepada masyarakat agar Posyandu Kembang Setaman lebih dikenal dan masyarakat dengan mudah mendapatkan informasi terkait Posyandu. Posyandu Kembang Setaman saat ini masih memberikan informasi secara langsung melalui kegiatan langsung yang datang ke posyandu di setiap minggunya. Hal ini membuat pengunjung posyandu harus mendatangi posyandu terlebih dahulu untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai posyandu. Mengacu pada hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan secara langsung, maka dari itu tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat Website Posyandu Kembang Setaman yang mampu memudahkan masyarakat khususnya pengunjung posyandu yaitu ibu hamil, bayi, balita dan lansia dalam memperoleh informasi mengenai posyandu dan mempermudah kader untuk memberikan informasi melalui website. Metodologi pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengkodean, dan pengujian. Pembuatan website dalam penelitian ini menggunakan CMS, CMS disini merupakan suatu perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk mengelola content yang dimaksud dengan content adalah semua bentuk informasi yang terdapat pada tampilan frontend dapat di kelola oleh admin posyandu. Penelitian ini berhasil menyajikan Website yang berisi mengenai informasi Posyandu Kembang Setaman dan manajemen konten untuk mengelola isi didalam Website Posyandu Kembang Setaman. Selain itu Website Posyandu Kembang Setaman juga dapat menjadi refrensi untuk posyandu-posyandu yang berada ditengah masyarakat sebagai media untuk pengenalan posyandu dan penyebaran posyandu.
