Abstract

The Directorate of Community Empowerment and Processed Food Business Actors (PMPUPO), is one of the Directorates within the Deputy for Processed Food Supervision of the Food and Drug Monitoring Agency (BPOM), has the task of implementing policies, drafting norms, standards, procedures, criteria, implementing technical guidance and supervision, as well as evaluation and reporting. The PMPUPO 2020 website has a lot of data, so the program monitoring process is less effective. That way the program data processing process is difficult to access by the leadership so that sometimes it results in discrepancies between the reports made and the existing data. Therefore, in this study, an information system for monitoring program integration at the PMPUPO Directorate was created to make it easier for leaders to access or obtain strategic data. The data used in this study were obtained from the Directorate of PMPUPO. The research method used includes three main parts, namely data collection, system analysis and development of a linear sequential model system. Based on the results of system testing that has been carried out, this system has functioned well, which is indicated by the availability of the speed of information obtained in the form of distribution maps, graphs, and reports so that it can make it easier for leaders to access or obtain information.

Abstract

Penjadwalan perkuliahan menjadi salah satu masalah bagi setiap perguruan tinggi jika masih bersifat konvensional dalam pengelolaannya. Berbagai metode pengembangan sistem informasi dan algoritma yang dapat diterapkan untuk pemecahan permasalahan penjadwalan. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah mencari metode pencarian yang belum banyak dipakai dalam masalah penjadwalan. Metode SLR digunakan dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem informasi untuk penjadwalan perkuliahan dapat menjadi solusi dalam pembuatan jadwal perkuliahan yang terkomputerisasi berbasis web dengan ditemukan berbagai penelitian sejenis, didapatkan pula metode pengembangan sistem yang dapat digunakan seperti Rapid Applications Development. Menjadi tantangan selanjutnya untuk bisa menerapkan salah satu metode dalam algoritma informed searching untuk permasalahan penjadwalan perkuliahan, karena dalam jurnal sebelumnya telah banyak menerapkan algoritma genetika.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan smartphone dan internet telah mempengaruhi bisnis dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. E-commerce menjadi hal penting dalam perekonomian karena memperluas jangkauan pasar, menarik investor, dan mempermudah evaluasi bisnis. Meskipun demikian, toko ISC EXHAUST dalam penjualan otomotif belum sepenuhnya menggunakan potensi smartphone dan internet untuk e-commerce, yang mengakibatkan keterbatasan dalam penyampaian informasi produk, promosi, dan pembayaran. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan aplikasi e-commerce berbasis Android untuk toko ISC Exhaust yang dilengkapi fitur ongkir dan metode pembayaran midtrans menggunakan metode pengembangan waterfall. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan aplikasi e-commerce dengan metode waterfall telah berhasil dalam menyampaikan informasi produk kepada konsumen, menyediakan estimasi biaya ongkir yang jelas, dan memfasilitasi transaksi yang aman dengan metode pembayaran midtrans. Penelitian ini memberikan manfaat penting bagi pengembang aplikasi e-commerce pada toko ISC EXHAUST terutama dalam hal fitur ongkir dan metode pembayaran midtrans.

Abstract

Posyandu is a health effort carried out by, from and with the community. In the posyandu there are several activities carried out by cadres, such as maternal and child health, family planning programs, and pregnancy checks. The aim of building a data processing information system for Posyandu Kembang Setaman is specifically for mothers and children. However, there is a problem in this research, namely how to build a system that is able to provide services and report the results of weighing, immunization, mothers who carry out family planning programs and pregnancy checks. The solution to this problem is to simplify data collection on inspection results, and simplify services without using KMS. In this research the author used the waterfall research method. This activity requires a Posyandu Information System to make it easier to process patient examination data. Data was obtained from this research by conducting interviews with posyandu cadres. The data that has been obtained will be identified, designed and then implemented and system tested. To design the interaction between the user and the system, it is depicted using a UML diagram to make it easier to build this information system. The design of the Posyandu Kembang Setaman data processing system can make it easier for cadres and other officers to report the latest patient input, search for patients and process patient data and produce patient visit data.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TBC) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, kadang disebut juga TB paru. Pada tahun 2021 kasus TBC di Kota Bogor terdapat 4855 kasus, banyaknya kasus TBC di Kota Bogor ini, diperlukan pengelompokan penyebaran penyakit TBC berdasarkan Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan (FASYANKES) di Kota Bogor menggunakan algoritma K-Medoids, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik FASYANKES dalam kasus TBC. Algoritma K -Medoids adalah  sebuah algoritma yang menggunakan metode partisi clustering untuk mengelompokkan sejumlah n objek menjadi k klaster. Pada penelitian ini diterapkan pengujian Silhouette Coefficient untuk memaksimalkan hasil clustering, hasil clustering yang diperoleh adalah terbentuk 2 klaster dengan Silhouette = 0,574652. Sehingga dengan implementasi K-Medoids clustering diperoleh hasil 2 klaster yakni, klaster 0 terdapat 15 FASYANKES yang berisi karakteristik teridentifikasi yang tinggi dan hasil diagnosis positif TBC yang tinggi. Namun, terdapat 3 FASYANKES yang memiliki nilai jumlah pasien teridentifikasi tinggi tetapi nilai hasil diagnosis positifnya rendah. FASYANKES tersebut termasuk ke dalam klaster 0, karena dipengaruhi oleh nilai jumlah pasien teridentifikasi yang tinggi. Sedangkan klaster 1 terdapat 29 FASYANKES yang berisi karakteristik teridentifikasi yang rendah dan hasil diagnosis positif TBC yang rendah. Namun, terdapat 9 FASYANKES yang memiliki nilai jumlah pasien teridentifikasi rendah tetapi nilai hasil diagnosis positifnya tinggi. FASYANKES tersebut termasuk ke dalam klaster 1, karena dipengaruhi oleh nilai jumlah pasien teridentifikasi yang rendah.Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, sometimes also called pulmonary TB. In 2021, there were 4855 cases of tuberculosis in Bogor City. The large number of tuberculosis cases in Bogor City requires clustering the spread of tuberculosis disease based on Health Service Facilities (FASYANKES) in Bogor City using the K-Medoids algorithm, which aims to determine the characteristics of FASYANKES in tuberculosis cases. The K-Medoids algorithm is an algorithm that uses the clustering partition method to group a number of n objects into k clusters. In this study, Silhouette Coefficient testing was applied to maximize clustering results, the clustering results obtained were 2 clusters formed with Silhouette = 0.574652. So that with the implementation of K-Medoids clustering, the results of 2 clusters are obtained, namely, cluster 0 there are 15 FASYANKES which contain high identified characteristics and high positive TB diagnosis results. However, there are 3 FASYANKES that have a high number of identified patients but a low value of positive diagnosis results. These FASYANKES are included in cluster 0, because they are influenced by the high number of identified patients.While cluster 1 contained 29 FASYANKES that contained low identified characteristics and low positive TB diagnosis results. However, there are 9 FASYANKES that have a low number of identified patients but a high positive diagnosis result. These FASYANKES are included in cluster 1, as they are influenced by the low number of identified patients.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TBC) merupakan penyakit menular yang masih menjadi masalah sampai saat ini, angka kesakitan dan kematian akibat bakteri ini pun sangat tinggi. Penyakit TBC masih menjadi masalah kesehatan baik di dunia maupun di Indonesia terkhususnya di Jawa Barat Kota Bogor. Dengan luas wilayah Kota Bogor sebesar 11.850 Ha, tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa  terdapat penyebaran penyakit menular di Kota Bogor, penyakit menular di Kota Bogor masih cukup tinggi yang didominasi oleh penyakit TBC, DBD, dan HIV. Dengan banyaknya data kasus penyakit TBC di Kota Bogor diperlukan pengelompokkan penyakit TBC untuk mengetahui wilayah kelurahan mana saja yang kasus TBCnya itu tinggi atau rendah. Diperlukan metode yang cepat dan akurat untuk menentukan cluster di suatu daerah, karena dapat menjadi salah satu kunci pencegahan atau penyuluhan terkait penyakit TBC. Salah satu metode clustering adalah algoritma K-Means algoritma ini dapat membagi data menjadi satu atau lebih cluster dengan karakteristik yang mirip, metode ini mampu mencapai akurasi serta kecepatan prosesnya juga relatif tinggi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan bagi Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bogor sebagai data rujukan untuk menindak lanjuti penyebaran penyakit TBC di Kota Bogor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan algoritma K-Means diperoleh evaluasi dengan Silhouette Coefficient dipilih dua cluster karena memiliki nilai yang paling tinggi. Kelompok penyakit TBC tertinggi berada di cluster 2 dengan jumlah 22 kelurahan di Kota Bogor. Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that is still a problem today, the morbidity and mortality rate due to this bacteria is very high. TB is still a health problem both in the world and in Indonesia, especially in West Java, Bogor City. With an area of 11,850 hectares, it is undeniable that there is a spread of infectious diseases in Bogor City, infectious diseases in Bogor City are still quite high, dominated by tuberculosis, dengue fever, and HIV. With so much data on TB cases in Bogor City, it is necessary to group TB diseases to find out which urban villages have high or low TB cases. A fast and accurate method is needed to determine clusters in an area, because it can be one of the keys to prevention or counseling related to TB disease. One of the clustering methods is the K-Means algorithm, this algorithm can divide data into one or more clusters with similar characteristics, this method is able to achieve accuracy and the speed of the process is also relatively high. This research is expected to be used for the Bogor City Health Office as reference data to follow up on the spread of TB disease in Bogor City. Based on the results of research using the K-Means algorithm, evaluation with Silhouette Coefficient, two clusters were selected because they had the highest value. The highest TB disease group is in cluster 2 with a total of 22 villages in Kot.

Abstract

The use of technology in learning has opened up new opportunities to create more interesting and effective learning applications. In learning solar system material, especially at elementary school level, the teaching method still uses books, 2D pictures and teaching aids. However, the limitations of teaching aids which can only be used in class and do not allow them to be taken home can create obstacles in the learning process. To overcome these obstacles, innovation is needed in the development of learning media. One solution that can be used is to apply augmented reality technology. In this research, a solar system object learning application was created that applies markerless augmented reality technology. This application can be used as an alternative to using teaching aids in studying solar system objects. The methodology used in this research is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). The development of this augmented reality application was developed using tools Android Studio by implementing ARCore SDK and Sceneform in implementing markerless augmented reality. The results of this research are in the form of an Android-based learning application that applies markerless augmented reality technology and based on field testing, the effectiveness of the application in delivering solar system materials through the quiz feature is 75%, while 85% of users feel satisfied with the visual and ease of use of the application.

Abstract

Traveling is one of the most popular hobbies nowadays. Natural tourist destinations located in the countryside are a choice for travelers. There are several tourist sites located in the country of Bogor, one of which is in the district of Nanggung. Nanggung sub-district is in the region of west Bogor, approximately 60 km from the capital city of Bogor Regency (Cibinong). The location of the Nanggung sub-district has an area of 135.25 km2, located near the foot of Mount Salak, creating a beautiful atmosphere and quite cold air. There are approximately 30 tourist destinations in the Nanggung sub-district. Base mobile application to help tourists determine the nearest destination. This mobile application helps domestic and foreign tourists select the closest tourist sites visited in Nanggung, Bogor Regency. The haversine method used to calculate the distance is the haversine method. The haversine method estimates the distance. Haversine will calculate the distance between the application user and the location of the surrounding tourist points located in the Nanggung sub-district. This study aims to calculate the length of application users to tourist sites. So that users get convenience in determining the closest location from the application user's position.

Abstract

Banyaknya jumlah UMKM di Indonesia, meningkatkan jumlah tenaga kerja terutama di Jawa Barat. Pengguna internet yang tinggi untuk pembelian produk dapat menguntungkan UMKM yang sudah memanfaatkan aplikasi dan website secara online. Hijab merupakan salah satu produk fashion yang dijual oleh Kimels Hijab yang berdiri tahun 2020, dengan model penjualan sistem pre-order dan promosi melalui media sosial. Pengembangan sebuah aplikasi yang memuat fitur-fitur melihat, memilih produk, keranjang belanja, cara bayar dan metode pengiriman, perlu dibuat untuk memaksimalkan penjualan serta meningkatkan proses pemesanan produk yang mudah dilakukan pelanggan. Aplikasi penjualan dan pemesanan yang dapat diakses secara online melalui aplikasi oleh pelanggan. Aplikasi berbasis Web yang dibuat menggunakan PHP, framework codeigniter dan MySQL untuk mengelola data-data. Tahap yang dilakukan untuk pengembangan aplikasi, dimulai dari tahap perencanaan, tahap pembuatan aplikasi dan tahap pendampingan. Ada tiga kegiatan pada tahap perencanaan, diantaranya yaitu perancangan sistem dengan membuat desain sistem menggunakan UML diagram. Tahap pendampingan dilakukan setelah dilakukan pengujian pada aplikasi dengan metode Black Box Testing, yang menunjukkan keberhasilan pada setiap fiturnya, pada tahap ini admin Kimels Hijab belajar langkah-langkah penggunaan aplikasi. The large number of MSMEs in Indonesia has increased the number of workers, especially in West Java. High internet users for purchasing products can benefit MSMEs who already use online applications and websites. Hijab is one of the fashion products sold by Kimels Hijab, which was founded in 2020, with a pre-order system sales model and promotions via social media. Developing an application that contains features for viewing, selecting products, shopping baskets, payment methods and delivery methods, needs to be created to maximize sales and improve the product ordering process which is easy for customers to carry out. Sales and ordering applications that can be accessed online via the application by customers. Web-based application created using PHP, Framework Codeigniter and MySQL to manage data. The stages carried out for application development start from the planning stage, application creation stage and mentoring stage. There are three activities at the planning stage, including system design by creating a system design using UML diagrams. The mentoring stage is carried out after testing the application using the Black Box Testing method, which shows the success of each feature. At this stage, the Kimels Hijab admin learns the steps for using the application.

Abstract

Sistem pembelajaran di sekolah dasar masih mengadopsi cara lama yakni menggunakan media pembelajaran buku, hal ini tentu membuat siswa menjadi bosan dalam mengikuti pelajaran. Aplikasi pemelajaran objek tata surya telah dibangun pada platform android, namun android tidak mampu untuk memenuhi interoperabilitas. Mengenai kendala tersebut, dibutuhkannya sistem yang mendukunng interoperabilitas agar bisa teritegrasi satu dengan yang lainnya. Web service memiliki keunggulan dalam melakukan pertukaran data antar platform secara lintas platform serta bersifat independen terhadap bahasa pemrograman. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah metode waterfall dan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dengan framework Laravel, sistem ini mengimplementasikan metode REST untuk memudahkan integrasi antar platform. Web service yang disediakan ini dapat menjadi jembatan penghubung antara platform yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan penelitian menggunakan metode REST berhasil di implementasikan pada aplikasi mobile Pembelajaran Objek Tata Surya berjalan dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan, pengujian Blackbox dan pengujian hasil lapangan.
