Abstract

Teknologi bercocok tanam dengan hidroponik pada umumnya dipelajari dengan datang dan bertanya langsung ke ahli. Hal tersebut tidak efisien dan membuang banyak waktu, apalagi dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19, proses belajar, penanaman, manajemen, pemasaran dan lain-lain menjadi terhambat karena diterapkannya kebijakan social distancing. Padahal, metode hidroponik dapat digunakan sebagai sarana meningkatkan pendapatan selama pandemi. Berdasarkan latar belakang permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi hidroponik berbasis web yang memberikan pengetahuan dasar hidroponik, menyediakan wadah interaksi petani dan pakar hidroponik, dan jual beli hasil panen hidroponik. Petani muda yang baru belajar dapat memperoleh informasi hidroponik lewat membaca langsung di menu aplikasi, berkonsultasi langsung dengan pakar, dan bertanya lewat chatbot.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penyebaran Covid-19 di Indonesia memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap penjualan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Banyak para pelaku usaha melakukan langkah efisiensi untuk usaha yang dijalankannya, salah satu di antaranya adalah pengurangan jumlah karyawan. Untuk membantu UMKM, maka dilakukanlah pelatihan penggunaan salah satu aplikasi Chatbot, yaitu Wabot untuk membantu bagian penjualan pada UMKM yang terdampak oleh pandemi Covid-19. Pelatihan dilakukan selama dua minggu yang meliputi proses instalasi, pendaftaran, pemanfaatan fitur Auto Reply, dan pemanfaatan fitur WhatsApp Form. Pelatihan yang dilakukan mendapatkan tanggapan yang positif dari para pelaku UMKM di Desa Mandalasari, karena dengan menggunakan Chatbot dapat menggantikan peran manusia untuk melayani permintaan pelanggan selama 24 jam. Hasil pelatihan menunjukan, peserta pelatihan mampu menggunakan dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi chatbot Wabot untuk layanan informasi produk UMKM. Evaluasi akhir selama 3 pertemuan, didapatkan rata-rata peningkatan pemahaman sebanyak 70%.Abstract: The spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia has had a significant impact on sales of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Many business actors take efficiency measures for the businesses they run, one of which is reducing the number of employees. To help MSMEs, training on the use of one of the Chatbot applications, namely Wabot, was conducted to assist the sales department for MSMEs affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The training was carried out for two weeks which included the installation process, registration, utilization of the Auto Reply feature, and utilization of the WhatsApp Form feature. The training carried out received a positive response from MSME actors in Mandalasari Village, because using Chatbots can replace the role of humans to serve customer requests for 24 hours. The results of the training showed that the training participants were able to use and implement the Wabot chatbot application for MSME product information services. The final evaluation for 3 meetings, obtained an average increase in understanding of 70%.

Abstract

Waroeng Bingkai merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan dan jasa, yang berhubungan dengan penjualan beraneka ragam jenis bingkai. Semua transaksi pada proses bisnis di Waroeng Bingkai, dilakukan dengan cara manual yaitu mencatat pada selembar kertas, tentu hal tersebut sangat beresiko, karena mudahnya media tersebut hilang dan rusak yang akan berakibat pada hilangnya data dan tidak akuratnya transaksi. Ketika pengadaan stok, pemilik menentukan jumlah pengadaan berdasarkan observasi pada gudang dengan melihat stok yang akan habis, dengan cara tersebut terkadang penjualan bingkai tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan karena kelirunya prediksi pengadaan barang. Sistem informasi ini dirancang dengan metode waterfall sehingga menghasilkan, rancangan sistem yang akan dikembangkan, diagram konteks, diagram usecase. Sistem informasi ini dapat digunakan oleh pemlik, admin gudang, dan admin penjualan, yang bertujuan untuk mengelola stok barang, data barang, keluar masuk barang, dan mencetak laporan. Abstract

Itec Solution Indonesia is a company engaged in environmental consulting services, as a research service provider company PT. Itec Soluion Indonesia has three laboratories that are routinely used, namely chemistry, water and microbiology laboratories. In carrying out equipment inventory activities, the activity of recording all the tools in each laboratory still uses the manual method, namely by doing bookkeeping which is then entered into Microsoft Excel 2013. This method makes equipment data management not optimal because the work process takes a long time, especially when performing data searches and reporting. To solve this problem, it is necessary to implement a web-based inventory system designed using unified modeling language (UML) tools and built using the waterfall system development method and utilizing the Qr Code for labeling each device in the laboratory, with this system it can make it easier for officers to complete administration and documentation of the equipment of each device in the laboratory Keywords: Inventory, Qr Code, Waterfall, Information System.

Abstract

Academic Informatics Management (AMIK) Bogor is a college in Bogor, where the performance appraisal process uses a questionnaire distributed to students for lecturer performance appraisal, the assessment set at the Informatics Management Academic is done by simple calculations looking for the highest score. it is still quite difficult and not accountable in concluding the performance results of a lecturer because the assessment is only done by students. So from these problems the calculation using the weight product method is able to calculate the performance of lecturers with precise accuracy

Abstract

Kabupaten Bogor merupakan salah satu wilayah di Provinsi Jawa Barat yang memiliki banyak peternakan. Peternakan besar mencakup sapi perah dan sapi potong; peternakan kecil mencakup kambing dan domba; dan peternakan unggas mencakup diantaranya ayam pedaging, dan ayam petelur. Keberadaan peternakan di Kabupaten Bogor tersebar di banyak kecamatan, tetapi masyarakat kurang mendapatkan informasi terkait wilayah-wilayah dengan tingkat potensi peternakan ungags, khususnya yang jumlah produksinya tinggi/meningkat. Melihat situasi di Kabupaten Bogor dengan tingkat potensi yang semakin meningkat maka diperlukan Sistem Informasi Geografis berbasis WebGIS untuk membantu pencarian data informasi potensi peternakan unggas pada suatu wilayah. Adapun analisis potensi pada penelitian ini menggunakan K-Means clustering dengan menghasilkan 3 cluster dengan kategori potensi cukup, kurang, dan lebih. Pada tahun 2018, potensi lebih peternakan unggas berada di kecamatan Nanggung, sedangkan pada tahun 2019 terdapat potensi lebih peternakan unggas di 12 kecamatan.

Abstract

Fuel is one of the most critical needs for the community in carrying out various household activities dominated by fuel oil. Meanwhile, the availability of fuel is increasingly running low. Most people in the Botumoito area in Gorontalo province work in the agricultural sector with low local income. Availability of fuels such as kerosene and gas there is quite challenging because there is no source or supply of gas either directly from the gas field or terminal. The government needs to make the right policy on fuel selection according to the problems in the region. This research aims to design and build a decision support system for selecting the best fuel and implementing the Weighted Product (WP) method into the system. The method used in designing and manufacturing this system is the waterfall method. This research results in a decision support system that can help fuel ranking. The ranking results are based on the magnitude of the Vector (V) value obtained from testing ten alternative fuels. Bioethanol occupies the top priority with a vector value of 0.152. This research can help consultants, fuel experts, and local governments speed up their work in determining the best household fuel according to their respective regions.

Abstract

PT Warung Islami Bogor needs a warehouse to store goods that come from suppliers. Currently, the selection of warehouses is still done manually and is subjective. It is feared that this will lead to inaccuracies in renting the warehouse. So an application is needed to assist companies in choosing a warehouse. The fuzzy C-Means method can be used to classify warehouse data based on the characteristics of each group. After obtaining the next group is to make a rating of each group. One method that can be used is the TOPSIS method. The TOPSIS method can be applied to this application to rank the data warehouses that have been grouped. In the selection of this warehouse, there are several criteria. The criteria used are price, building area, distance from the head office (HO), parking area, and number of floors. The calculation process is done by dividing the warehouse data into several groups and ranking them to obtain the best recommendations. This application uses the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework—testing using a black box. Fuzzy C-Means and TOPSIS calculations show that Warehouse CCC is the best warehouse in Cluster 1 with a value of 0.797, and the Warehouse in Front of Gas Station Villa Bogor Indah is the best in Cluster 2 with a value of 0.613.
