Abstract

Papua is a province with a diverse culture ranging in language, customs, and traditions. Khombouw is a tradition of carving on bark with various motifs, ranging from motifs of snakes (ehakkai), lizards (fendei), lizards (varaan), fish (ka), eels (Khahlio), cranes (Wandu Khoko), bats ( Pjeakea), flying squirrel (hobahe), leaves (Ovea-havea), forest flower (khamblau, haturi), circular motif (fouw), plot motif (ebew), and genemo leaf motif (ebun). With so many motifs, it would be a shame if they were not explored further because Asei's motifs would only be known among certain circles. The digitization of the asei motif design can be implemented by making it into a batik motif with the application of a computer graphic pattern. To digitize the Asei motif, the method used is a qualitative method which emphasizes the observation of phenomena and more research into the substance to be able to deeply identify the object under study related to digitization in the development of the Asei Sentani motif by using three stages, namely exploration, design, and realization. results. The results of this study are batik cloth motifs that can be used as clothes, hats or tablecloths. With the application of a computer graphic pattern, the asei motif can be implemented into a batik cloth motif that has a selling value

Abstract

Civil servants are a job with a large demand, this can be seen from the data from the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) each year. Data from the State Civil Service Agency shows that from 2017 to 2018 there was an increase in the number of participants, namely as many as 2,433,655 in 2017 and to 4,436,694 in 2018. However, to become a civil servant there are many stages of tests that must be passed starting from the Selection administration to the final stage of filing. However. The Computer Assisted Test (CAT) stage is the most difficult stage because participants are required to work on questions using a computerized system with a short time limit. The purpose of this research is to create a program that is similar to the CAT program. The convenience provided is the availability of a try out application that can be accessed at any time, besides that, prospective participants are made familiar with the original CAT application because the try out application is made as closely as possible.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi adalah indikator yang diturunkan dari PDRB atas dasar harga konstan. PDRB Provinsi Papua dari tahun 2010 hingga tahun 2023 cenderung meningkat. Rata-rata pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Papua 6 tahun terakhir sebesar 3,62 persen. Pertumbuhan tertinggi terjadi pada tahun 2021 yaitu sebesar periode 15,16 persen dan terendah terjadi pada tahun 2019 yang terkontraksi -15,74 persen. PDRB merupakan data yang sangat berpengaruh dalam perencanaan pembangunan tingkat regional (Provinsi dan Kabupaten/Kota) sehingga perlu dilakukan peramalan PDRB yang dapat dijadikan tolak ukur pemerintah dalam menetukan kebijakan pada sektor ekonomi di Provinsi Papua untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meramalkan Nilai PDRB di Provinsi Papua menggunakan model Hybrid ARIMA-GARCH. Tahapan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini diawali dengan mengumpulkan data Nilai PDRB di Provinsi Papua kemudian mengidentifikasi pola data tersebut melaluai plot data, setelah mengetahui pola data tersebut kita melakukan pengolahan data untuk mendapatkan model ARIMA yang tepat, kemudian residual dari model ARIMA dimodelkan menggunakan metode GARCH. Model terbaik yang diperoleh untuk dapat meramalkan Nilai PDRB Provinsi Papua adalah model hybrid ARIMA (4,1,2) – GARCH (1,1) dengan nilai dan nilai .

Abstract

Abstract. Stunting is a global public health concern, including in Indonesia. The Indonesian government establishes a target for stunting prevalence reduction every year. The government is aiming for a stunting prevalence of 18% in 2025. The government certainly requires policy recommendations to achieve this target. Clustering analysis can be used to identify provinces with similar characteristics or those that still require special attention based on stunting related indicators. There are several clustering methods, including K-Means and Self-Organizing Map (SOM). This study aims to classify provinces in Indonesia based on indicators related to stunting and to compare the performance of two clustering methods. Based on the obtained data, it was found that the data contains outliers. The best clustering method can be determined using the Silhouette Coefficient (SC) and Davies Bouldin Index (DBI). The results showed that the highest SC value, 0.62, was obtained using the SOM method and the lowest DBI, 0.75, was obtained also using SOM method. Two clusters were formed using the SOM method. Cluster 1 consisted of 36 provinces in Indonesia. Cluster 2 consisted of 2 provinces, namely Highland Papua and Central Papua.
