Abstract

Komunitas gastropoda merupakan komponen yang penting dalam rantai makanan di padang lamun, dimana gastropoda merupakan hewan dasar pemakan detritus (detritus feeder). Penelitian keanekaragaman gastropoda pada habitat lamun di perairan Desa Tayando Yamtel Kecamatan Tam Kota Tual, dilakukan pada bulan Maret-Mei 2018, dengan menggunakan metode transek linier kuadran. Hasil pengukuran parameter lingkungan di perairan Tayando Yamtel yaitu: nilai rata-rata pH 8,55; DO 6,59 µg/l; salinitas 32,36 ‰; suhu 29 °C; TDS 24,7 mg/l; kecepatan arus (0,42 m/dtk) tergolong dalam arus rendah; dan kedalaman 1,5 m. Hasil penelitian gastropoda diperoleh 862 individu yang terdiri atas 15 famili dan 30 spesies gastropoda, sedangkan untuk lamun diperoleh 3 spesies yaitu Cymodocea rotundata, Cymodocea serrulata dan Thalassia hemprichii. Nilai komposisi dan kepadatan gastropoda yang tertinggi pada stasiun I didominasi oleh spesies Psedeovertagus aluco yaitu 62,73 % dan 3,708 (ind/m2), sedangkan pada stasiun II yaitu 28,01 % dan 0,93 (ind/m2) dan stasiun III yaitu 38,46 % dan 0,15 (ind/m2) didominasi oleh spesies Strombus gibberulus. Berdasarkan nilai indeks ekologi gastropoda, nilai indeks keanekaragaman dan keserasian spesies termasuk dalam kategori sedang dan nilai indeks dominansi dalam kategori rendah.

Abstract

The gastropod community is an important component in the food chain in seagrass beds, where the gastropods are the detritus feeder. Research on the diversity of gastropods in seagrass habitat in the waters of Tayando Yamtel Village, Tam City, Tual District, was conducted in March-May 2018, using the quadrant linear transect method. The results of measurements of environmental parameters in Tayando Yamtel waters are: an average pH of 8.55; DO 6.59 µg / l; salinity 32.36 ‰; temperature of 29 ° C; TDS 24.7 mg / l; current velocity (0.42 m / sec) is classified as low current; and a depth of 1.5 m. Gastropod research results obtained 862 individuals consisting of 15 families and 30 species of gastropods, while for seagrass obtained 3 species namely Cymodocea rotundata, Cymodocea serrulata and Thalassia hemprichii. The highest value of composition and gastropod density at Station I was dominated by Psedeovertagus aluco species at 62.73% and 3.708 (ind / m2), while at Station II were 28.01% and 0.93 (ind / m2) and Station III were 38.46% and 0.15 (ind / m2) are dominated by Strombus gibberulus species. Based on the gastropod ecological index value, the index value of species diversity and harmony is included in the medium category and the index value of dominance is in the low category. Abstract

Research on the density and cover of seagrass in the waters of Tayando Yamtel Village, Tam District, Tual City, was carried out in March-May 2018, using the quadrant linear transect method. The results of the study found three species of seagrass, namely Cymodocea rotundata, Cymodocea serrulata and Thalassia hemprichii. The highest density values at stations I and III were Cymodocea rotundata, namely 90.598 ind/m2 and 80.02 ind/m2. The highest density value at station II was Cymodocea serrulata, which was 88.24 ind/m2. The total density of all species at each station is included in the dense category with the status of seagrass conditions in the waters of Tayando Yamtel Village at station II being in good, healthy and rich condition, while at stations I and III in less healthy and less rich conditions.

Abstract

The gastropod community is an important component in the food chain in seagrass beds, where gastropods are basic detritus feeders. The presence of gastropods is largely determined by the presence of seagrass vegetation in coastal areas. Research on the relationship between seagrass density and gasrtopod density in the waters of Tayando Yamtel Village, Tam District, Tual City, was conducted in March-May 2018, using the quadrant linear transect method. The results of the research on the relationship between seagrass density and gasrtopod density obtained a correlation value at station I, obtained a 2-tailed significance value > 0.05 indicating a sufficient/moderate degree of relationship (r = 0.441) and the direction of the relationship was positive. While at stations II (r = -0.778) and III (r = -0,308) showed a 2-tailed significance value <0.05 with a very weak degree of relationship and a negative direction of relationship.

Abstract

The currently aquaculture have prospects that good is fish cultivation and influenced by thecnical factor and non-thecnical that determine as a requiement for cultivation business. The technical factor thar direct to influenced or failed towards cultivaation technical activity such as water quality. If there is a decrease in water quality can caused by inclusion of heavy metals to waters. The monitoring of water quality that carried out in UPTD BBIAT Waiheru only limited on physical parameters, while monitoring towards chemical parameters such as heavy metal content not done, so that not obtained an overall water quality information. For that researched needs to be done which aims to formulated direction of management water quality at UPTD BBIAT Waiheru. Ths researched by done on months October 2019 -Ferbuary 2020, at UPTD BBIAT Waiheru. Water sampling used purposive sampling and descriptive analysa. Based on the results of study incicated The parameters of Aquatic Physics at BBIAT Waiheru from January untill December are temperature average 27,200C , pH 8,54, total dissolved solids 187 mg/l, and DO 6,7 mg/l. Based on the quality standard, the temperature range at research points 1 to 7 is still within the tolerable range for the life of cultivated organisms, the pH of the water at the sampling points is still within natural limits and meets the quality standard, the TDS range at 7 sampling points is still in the range can be tolerated and the DO value obtained is still within the tolerance range and can be used to support the life of cultivated biota.

Abstract

Nitrate (NO3-) and phosphate (PO4^3-) are two compounds that have a significant impact on aquatic ecosystems. Nitrate, which consists of nitrogen and oxygen, has both natural and anthropogenic sources. Meanwhile, phosphate, which contains phosphorus and oxygen, is an important component in plant nutrition. This is a problem in the Bodri River Estuary, Kendal. The objective of this study was to assess the nitrate and phosphate content and their distribution pattern. The research was conducted based on observation method with spatio-temporal approach. A total of 9 research stations and sampling times were June 30, September 1 and October 27, 2018. Nitrate and phosphate content were determined as independent variables. The results showed that the nitrate content at 9 research stations in the Bodri River Estuary was in the range of 0.48-0.8 mg/l and Phosphate 0.8-4.0 mg/l, Kendal Regency was in a fertile/eutrophic condition. The waters of the Bodri River Estuary, Kendal Regency show a high level of fertility or eutrophic.

Abstract

Uncontrolled use of the Arbes river due to human activities causes pollution, thereby causing a decline in river water quality. This research aims to determine the quality of river water in terms of physical, chemical and biological factors in the Arbes River.This research was conducted from January to February 2019by taking Arbes River water samples using the quadratic linear transect method.The research sampling transect line measurements were carried out horizontally, namely from upstream to downstream of the river.Arbes River water quality analysis testing was carried out at the MIPA IAIN Ambon laboratory.The results of the analysis of the water quality of the Arbes River physically, chemically and biologically have decreased with the water quality criteria based on PP 82 of 2001 being classified as class II quality water which is not intended as a raw source of drinking water but is more suitable for washing and agriculture.Based on determining the Pollution Index (IP) value, the results of the pollution index for use (Pij) in Arbes river water are included in the lightly polluted category.The highest pollution index value for use (Pij) is found in the lower reaches of the river, namely 1.869. Meanwhile, the Pij value in the middle of the river is 1.784. And the lowest Pij value is found in the upper reaches of the river at 1.677.

Abstract

The existence of ecosystems in the water lagoon of Ihamahu Country has an important role for the people of Ihamahu Village. The study was conducted on July 17, 2020 with primary and secondary data collection. The sampling method used is purposive sampling a total of 10 people. The people of Iamahu Village always catch marine life in the Laguna ecosystem and its surroundings with used several fishing gear. Then, total economic value of Laguna ecosystem at Iamahu Village amount Rp 183.189.557 with used direct as Capture Fisheries and research activities amount Rp 45.620.000. Indirectly the benefits of coral reef ecosystems in Ihamahu waters for absorbs carbon content amount Rp 98.156.407. After that, option value amount Rp 471.150 an values that represent the usefulness of coral reef ecosystems (in laguna) at the future will be good directly or indirect, existence value through Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) amount Rp 34.380.000, and Inheritance Value Rp 4.562.000,-.

Abstract

Pengolahan ikan berpotensi menghasilkan berbagai diversifikasi olahan. Ikan tuna sirip kuning merupakan salah satu ikan yang dapat di olah menjadi sosis ikan, fillet, abon atau produk-produk olahan lainnya. Sosis ikan merupakan produk daging giling yang bersifat kenyal dan berbentuk silinder dengan pembungkus khusus (casing). Target kegiatan pengabdian yaitu ibu-ibu nelayan di Kampung Holtekamp. Ibu-ibu nelayan di Kampung Holtekamp kurang terampil dalam mengolah produk ikan mentah sehingga solusi yang ditawarkan pada ibu-ibu nelayan di Kampung Holtekamp yaitu melakukan pelatihan pembuatan sosis dengan bahan dasar ikan Tuna sirip kuning dengan menggunakan teknologi sederhana dan tepat guna. Lokasi kegiatan pengabdian di Kampung Holtekamp, Distrik Muara Tami Kota Jayapura. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalah tersebut yaitu survey, wawancara, penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ibu-ibu nelayan di kampung Holtekamp mendapatkan pengetahuan baru tentang pembuatan sosis ikan tuna sirip kuning. Selain itu oleh Sekretaris kampung Holtekamp semua peserta dibentuk dalam satu tim pegolah sosis ikan di Kampung Holtekamp.
