Abstract

This research that is done in Institute Agama Islam Walisongo Semarang. Data used by primary data taken with questionnaire with 82 respondents for sample research. The writer did the reseach by using purposive sampling, with some criteria. Those criteria are the respondents have to had level stratum -2 for level education and tree year minimum in a work periode. Analysis appliance weared by instrument test, the test reliability, and while the test models, test the Adj R2 (coefficient of determination), Test the hypothesizing used regression analysis, test the F Test (Goodness of Fit), and test the moderation using analysis path (path analysis). The results of the analysis in this study resulted in regersi determination coefficient of 0.423, or in other words, changes in performance can be influenced by effective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment and organizational culture of 43.3%. The results of this study indicate that affective commitment does not affect the employee performance, ccontinuance commitment has the influence a significant effect on employee performance, normative commitment does not effect on employee performance, organizational culture did not moderate the influence of affective organizational commitment to employee performance, organizational culture did’t  moderate the influence of continuance organizational commitment to employee performance and organizational culture moderates the effect of normative commitment on employee performance Keywords: Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment and Normative Commitment, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study has aimed to examine and to analyze the influence job characteristic and psychological capital for organizational citizenship behavior on moderation person organization fit at Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Kabupaten Pati. Data collection used survey method for 103 respodens. They were public servant on Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Kabupaten Pati with census methode. The technique of data testing used statistical method, they covered validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, t-test and moderation test. They were used to test and to prove hypotheses of  study. The result of validity test pointed out KMO value was 0,683 for job characteristic variable, 0,731 for psychological capital, 0,690 for person organization fit variable, and 0,793 for organizational citizenship behavior variable. They were reliable in test, so alpha cronbach value was over 0,7. Based on resulting of their analysis, its examining pointed out job characteristic and organizational citizenship behavior influenced positive and significant for psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior. While person organization fit moderate the influence job characteristic and organizational citizenship behavior and person organization fit moderate the influence psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Empowerment and, Quality of Work Life on the Performance of mediation Organizational Citizenship Behavior at Biro Umum of Central Java. The population is an employee of the agency as much as 305 employees, while the samples to be taken in this study of 173 respondents with a sampling method using proportional sampling. Research instrument used by questionnaire using Likert scale. The technique test data in this study includes testing instruments, test models, test hypotheses and test mediation. Based on the research that has been done, it can be seen that the empowerment of a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Quality of work life of a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Empowerment of a positive and significant effect on performance. Quality of work life of a positive and significant effect on performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior of a positive and significant effect on performance. Mediation test results of Organizational Citizenship Behavior didn’t mediated the effect of empowerment on the performance and also Organizational Citizenship Behavior didn’t mediated the effect of quality of work life on the performance.Keywords: Empowerment, Quality of Work Life, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Performance

Abstract

This study is directed to understanding the relationship between performance appraisal and compensation to employee performance through employee motivation. To answer the problem posed in this study, the data obtained from 111 employees KPP Madya Semarang by using questionnaires and census sampling method. The collected data were then analyzed using IBM SPSS analytical tools and data analysis using two stages multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis showed that: 1) the performance appraisal have positive and significant effect on work motivation; 2) compensation have positive and significant effect on work motivation; 3) performance appraisal have positive and significant effect on employee performance; 4) compensation have negative and significant effect on employee performance; and 5) work motivation have positive and significant effect on employee performance.
