Abstract

ABSTRAKKemajuan teknologi informasi memberikan inovasi baru pada bidang pemasaran produk salah satu contohnya adalah penggunaan e-commerce. Melalui e-commerce pemasaran produk tidak ada batasan pada satu daerah, tetapi dapat meluas sampai beberapa daerah. Mitra pengabdian adalah kelompok pengajian Al Falah dengan mayoritas anggota adalah wanita kelompok lansia. Adapun permasalahan pada mitra yaitu mitra belum memiliki kemampuan untuk memasarkan produk suplemen herbal yang telah diproduksi secara mandiri melalui e-commerce. Permasalahan lain yaitu mitra pengabdian yang didominasi oleh wanita lanisa belum memahami tentang kesehatan. Metode kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pada pengabdian ini yaitu koordinasi persiapan kegiatan, pelatihan senam lansia, pelatihan pemasaran produk melalui e-commerce, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Solusi yang diberikan oleh tim pengabdian pada kegiatan ini adalah memberikan edukasi tentang pentingnya senam lansia pada mitra, mengadakan pelatihan senam lansia, mengadakan pelatihan pemasaran produk melalui e-commerce, serta melakukan evaluasi pada kemampuan dan pemahaman mitra mengenai penggunaan e-commerce, serta kemampuan mitra dalam mempraktekkan senam lansia secara mandiri. Hasil dari pengabdian adalah mitra mampu menggunakan e-commerce untuk memasarkan produk suplemen herbal serta mampu mempraktekkan senam lansia secara mandiri.   Kata kunci: e-commerce; lansia; pelatihan; produk; senam ABSTRACTAdvances in information technology provide new innovations in the field of product marketing, one example is the use of e-commerce. Through e-commerce, product marketing is not limited to one area, but can extend to several regions. The service partner is the Al Falah recitation group with the majority of members being women from the elderly group. There are problems with partners, namely partners do not yet have the ability to market herbal supplement products that have been produced independently through e-commerce. Another problem is that service partners, who are dominated by women, do not understand health. The stages of the activities carried out in this service are coordination of preparation for activities, training for elderly gymnastics, product marketing training through e-commerce, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The solution provided by the service team for this activity is to provide education about the importance of elderly exercise to partners, conduct elderly exercise training, conduct product marketing training through e-commerce, and evaluate partners' abilities and understanding regarding the use of e-commerce, as well as partners' capabilities. in practicing elderly exercise independently. The result of the dedication is that partners are able to use e-commerce to market herbal supplement products and are able to practice elderly exercise independently. Keywords: e-commerce; gymnastics; products; seniors; training

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to examine the Development of Medical Tourism with Preventive Technology: Medical Wellness. Methods: This research was studied using the literature study method, sourced from national and international journals. Journal sources used include Pubmed, Google Scholar, Elsevier, and ResearchGate. Results: The study results show that telemedicine and telehealth (or e-health systems) covering all health service providers that use information and communication technology for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of health services can become a preventive technology in the practice of medical tourism and medical wellness in Indonesia. This is because information and communication technology development can be an essential factor in realizing the successful development of medical tourism in Indonesia. Conclusion: The reputation of Bali's tourism infrastructure in Indonesia and the ASEAN region is relatively well established. Growth in health and wellness travel due to improved infrastructure, tourist demand, the hospitality sector and a well-regulated business environment. However, such a comparative advantage does not guarantee that Bali will be able to compete in a world where tourist preferences are the driving force of competition.

Abstract

The incomplete filling of medical records affects the quality of medical record services and has an impact on the discontinuity of health services provided to patient. Based on the result of observations at the Puskesmas Babadan , it is known that there was an incompleteness of outpatient medical records with a percentage of 27,3% with the number of medical records that are not completely filled as many as 44 from 161 outpatient medical records. This study aims to analyze the factors causing the incompleteness of outpatient medical records at the Puskesmas Babadan by priorotizing problems using the Urgency, Seriousness, Growth (USG) method and improvement efforts through brainstorming. The results found in this study are based on motivation variables namely the absence of rewards and punishments given to officers,  based on the opportunity variables namely that there is no Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that regulates the completeness of filling out medical records and officers involved in filling out outpatient medical records have never received training on the completeness of filling out medical records, based on the ability variables, namely the ability of education, experience and medical staff to assist in filling out outpatient medical records. The absence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) which is the cause of incomplete filling of outpatient medical records. The effort to fix the problem is by making clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding the completeness of filling out medical records in accordance with applicable medical record service standars.

Abstract

This service was carried out to provide education to the people of Bantul after the closure of the Piyungan Bantul TPA. This service was carried out on May 10 2024 at the Kasih Bunda Clinic Hall. This activity involves various groups of residents around the Clinic, starting from young teenagers, adults and the elderly. The activity starts at 09:00 WIB and finishes around 15:00 WIB with several educational materials. The result is that this activity is an effort to educate ourselves through recognizing the type of waste that is closest to us, so that it is easier to reach. From the initial introduction to education on waste management, some participants only just understood the importance of sorting waste because in the beginning they often mixed up the three waste bins. Abstract

Perilaku hidup sehat perlu ditingkatkan dalam mencegah penularan Covid 19 yaitu berolahraga, tidak merokok dan mengonsumsi makanan sehat dan bergizi. Desa Sembungan Kasihan Bantul Yogyakarta memiliki populasi sebanyak 1299 jiwa dimana tingkat pendidikan masyarakat yang masih rendah sehingga sangat rentan dalam pemahaman akan gizi yang baik dimana sebagai salah satu senjata utama untuk menangkal penyebaran Covid 19. Metode Pelaksanaan berupa sosialisasi kepada remaja disampaikan dalam bentuk ceramah yang didukung dengan program power point dan leaflet untuk memudahkan penyampaian informasi. Berdasarkan kegiatan sosialisasi yang telah dilaksanakan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sosialisasi tentang anemia serta diet rendah serat sangat diperlukan bagi masyarakat khsusnya masyarakat Desa Sembungan yang minim fasilitas pendidikan dan kesehatan. Dan teknik penyampaian sosialisasi terhadap kondisi dan karakter peserta menjadi kunci utama tingkat keberhasilan masuknya materi di pemahaman peserta.

Abstract

Persepsi masyarakat harus diubah dengan persepsi bahwa limbah sebenarnya mempunyai nilai ekonomi dan bisa dimanfaatkan dalam memperbaiki lingkungan dan menjadi sesuatu yang bermanfaat dan memiliki nilai ekonomis sendiri jika mampu mengolahnya. Tujuan program ini adalah untuk membuat referensi program komunikasi pertanian dan edukasi terkait limbah pertanian di Kelompok Tani Karisma di Banjarsengon Kecamatan Patrang, Jember, Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah presentasi dengan menggunakan referensi aktual. Limbah pertanian terbagi menjadi tiga jenis, yaitu berdasarkan sumber, waktu, dan wujudnya. Sedangkan strategi pemasaran meliputi 5 elemen yaitu produk, saluran distribusi, lokasi, harga dan promosi. Untuk limbah pertanian di Banjarsengon ini selain dilakukan presentasi tentang teori limbah pertanian dan pemasarannya. Juga dilakukan praktek pengolahan limbah pertanian yaitu fermentasi jerami sebagai pupuk. Juga dibuat simulasi tentang stratgei pemasarannya sebagai gambaran bagi para peserta edukasi ini.
