<![CDATA[Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah suatu kegiatan yang bertujuan membantu masyarakat tertentu dalam beberapa aktivitas tanpa mengharapkan imbalan dalam bentuk apapun. Secara umum program ini dirancang oleh perguruan tinggi yang ada di Indonesia untuk memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi bangsa Indonesia, khususnya dalam mengembangkan kesejahteraan dan kemajuan bangsa Indonesia. Maksud dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi berupa Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat sebagai pengamalan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi kepada siswa/i SMK Negeri 1 Kisaran serta memberi pemahaman kepada siswa/I SMK Negeri 1 Kisaran tentang e-commerce, sarana belanja dan menjual secara online , aman, nyaman, dan efisien. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi motivasi siswa/i untuk dapat mengenal dan memanfaatkan e-commerce untuk berdagang dan berbelanja secara online . Bentuk kegiatan dilakukan dengan penyampaian materi dalam bentuk presentasi dan praktek sehingga peserta dapat mencoba langsung untuk melakukan pemesanan suatu produk pada penyedia layanan belanja online. Hasilnya adalah Siswa SMK Negeri 1 Kisaran tidak hanya memahami bagaimana belanja secara online tetapi juga mengetahui jenis-jenis e-commerce, serta potensi keuntungan yang diperoleh dengan pemanfaatan e-commerce sebagai sarana berdagang di era digitalisasi.]]>

<![CDATA[Implementasi teknologi di era society 5.0 menghadirkan konsekuensi besar bagi setiap organisasi termasuk organisasi di sektor pemerintahan. dimana aparatur birokrasi pemerintahan memerlukan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang optimal guna mendongkrak kredibilitas organisasi dengan meningkatkan efisiensi di bidang informasi, komunikasi, dan teknologi (TIK), guna mewujudkan good government dengan tujuan mempermudah pelaksanaan tugas-tugas di masa depan. Perubahan administrasi yang masih dilakukan secara manual menjadi terkomputerisasi yang mana merupakan implementasi dari sebuah konsep smart human resource information system (Smart-HRM). Sistem yang ternintegrasi pada Smart-HRM memberikan kemudahan bagi manajemen atau pengambil keputsan dalam mengelola informasi secara cepat dan efisien. Kantor Dusun Guntung masih melakukan seluruh proses administrasi secara konvensional sehingga permasalahan yang terjadi penyimpanan dokumen membutuhkan banyak ruang dikantor dan dalam hal pencarian akan semakin sulit apabila dokumen tidak disimpan dengan teratur. Jika hal ini dibiarkan terus menerus dengan budaya organisasi yang masih tetap menggunakan sistem manual, dikhawatirkan akan memperlambat dan mempengaruhi kinerja administrasi yang mengakibatkan tidak tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Sistem E-Office merupakan solusi untuk mengatur pola pekerjaan yang sudah atau akan dilakukan oleh pegawai, menyimpan, dan mengontrol konten-konten yang ada didalam suatu organisasi secara elektronik. Hasilnya penerapan E-Office di Kantor Dusun Guntung berbasis Web memudahkan pegawai untuk melakukan pengelolaan dokumen yang diperlukan.]]>

<![CDATA[In the implementation of a computer-based national assessment, a proctor is needed to control the assessment process so that it runs well. The selection of proctors is carried out by each educational unit, where the problem is that the selection is still done manually with unclear criteria assessment and lack of transparency in the assessment so that it is considered less than optimal. For this reason, a decision support system was created to assist each educational unit in selecting a proctor. The method used is the profile matching method, namely the profile matching method which is assessed with the assessment criteria. The research method used is a quantitative method, which is a method that uses calculations to get values to determine the results of a study. Data collection techniques using interview methods, observation methods and literature study. Based on the calculation of the value in the selection of proctors with the profile matching method, it shows that the profile matching method has succeeded in obtaining the results of the assessment effectively and efficiently so that the selection of the proctor based on the highest assessment results can be carried out quickly and accurately.]]>

<![CDATA[The selecting of best harvesters at PT. Padasa Enam Utama have been using a manual method so that the announcement of reward results is often delayed. The purpose of this research was application of the simple addictive weighting (SAW) method which has the opportunity to facilitate the management of PT. Padasa Enam Utama to determine the best harvester and make it easier to display reward results to employees. The research method was carried out using the SAW method with the research stages consisting of data collection, analysis, system design, system development. The results of this study that SAW value referring to the criteria for harvesters who deserve to receive rewards according to the relevant data. The results were namely 3 harvesters, Selamet, Agun, and Ateng with the highest SAW value were respectively 0.7647, 0.6235 and 0.5411. This study concluded that SAW method can help CQC (Crop Quality Control) in determining the best harvesters who deserved a reward.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: In this research, a prediction system has been successfully developed to predict whether or not a prospective money borrower will run smoothly. Prospective borrowers who will borrow, some of the data that meet the criteria will be inputted by the office clerk into a prediction application system interface to be processed using the Data Mining method, namely the K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm with the Codeigniter programming language 3. The results of the Euclidean calculation process are based on predetermined criteria Between training data (training) to testing data (test) will be displayed with a table that has been sorted from smallest to largest containing 9 closest neighbors according to the K value that has been determined, namely 9. The nine neighbors will be taken the dominant category. This dominant category can be used as a guideline that makes it easier for the leader to make a decision on the next borrower. Keywords: Data Mining; Euclidean; K-Nearest Neighbor; Prospective Borrowers; Abstrak: Dalam penelitian ini telah berhasil dibuat sebuah sistem prediksi untuk memprediksi lancar atau tidak lancarnya seorang calon peminjam uang. Calon peminjam uang yang akan meminjam, sebagian datanya yang memenuhi kriteria akan diinputkan petugas kantor ke dalam sebuah interface sistem aplikasi prediksi untuk diolah menggunakan metode Data Mining yaitu Algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor dengan bahasa pemrograman Codeigniter 3. Hasil proses perhitungan Euclidean berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan antara data training (latih) ke data testing (uji) tersebut akan ditampilkan dengan sebuah tabel yang sudah diurutkan dari yang terkecil ke terbesar berisi 9 tetangga terdekat sesuai dengan nilai K yang sudah ditentukan yaitu 9. Sembilan tetangga tersebut akan diambil kategori yang dominan. Kategori yang dominan tersebut bisa dijadikan suatu pedoman yang memudahkan pimpinan dalam mengambil sebuah keputusan kepada calon peminjam selanjutnya. <![CDATA[Program penyaluran bantuan sosial merupakan salah satu program pemerintah dalam mengurangi beban pengeluaran terhadap keluarga miskin. Dalam penyaluran bantuan sering terjadi kendala yaitu pemberian bantuan yang tidak tepat sasaran. Pengelolaan data yang masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel menyulitkan beberapa pihak dalam pengambilan keputusan. Guna meningkatkan kinerja Kelurahan Binuang Kp. Dalam maka di bangunlah suatu sistem. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan adalah suatu sistem yang membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan. Dalam pengambilan keputusan, sistem dibantu dengan menggunakan Metode SAW. Metode SAW digunakan untuk mencari penjumlahan terbobot dalam sebuah instansi. Untuk itu dibuatlah rancangan sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat mengolah data dengan lebih efektif, dengan bahasa pemrograman Java dan database MySQL serta analisa penjumlahan menggunakan Metode SAW diharapkan dapat membantu aktivitas kelurahan, sehingga mendapatkan pencapaian yang efektif dan efisien.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: The rapid development of the business world and increasingly fierce business competition encourage companies to always try to improve the quality of products and services to consumers. Today's business world requires a medium to assist in managing the sales process and recording reports quickly to meet the needs of trading businesses. Laguna Painting Paint Shop is a business engaged in the sale of paint in the Kisaran area. Where in their daily life, Laguna Painting Paint Shop sells paint for both inside and outside the city. Currently the Laguna Painting Paint Shop performs transactions manually in its business processes, this can be seen from the sales transaction process which is calculated and recorded in the sales note paper. To improve the sales system at the Laguna Painting Paint Shop, it is necessary to have an application as a fighter, namely a cashier application or commonly called a POS that can simplify the process of sales transactions and preparing reports. With this POS program, it is hoped that transaction activities will be more effective and efficient at the Laguna Painting Paint Shop. Toko Cat Laguna Painting merupakan suatu usaha yang bergerak di bidang penjualan cat di daerah Kisaran. Dimana dalam kesehariannya, Toko Cat Laguna Painting melakukan penjualan cat untuk dalam kota maupun luar kota. Saat ini Toko Cat Laguna Painting melakukan transaksi secara manual di dalam proses bisnisnya, hal tersebut terlihat dari proses transaksi penjualan dihitung dan dicatat dalam kertas nota penjualan. Untuk memperbaiki sistem penjualan pada Toko Cat Laguna Painting maka perlunya suatu aplikasi sebagai penjuang yaitu aplikasi kasir atau biasa disebut dengan POS yang dapat mempermudah dalam proses transaksi penjualan dan penyusunan laporan. <![CDATA[SMK Al Ma'shum annually conducts socialization and promotions in junior high schools. Prediction of the number of prospective new students is one of the most important things in the evaluation process or high cognitive at SMK Al Ma'shum. This serves to determine the priority of how many prospective students will be accepted, where the number of students sometimes tends to decrease and increase. This makes the school must try to estimate the number of new students from each of these majors next year will increase or decrease. If this is not done by the school, it will have an impact on the operational costs of the school. The goal is to predict the number of prospective new students who will be accepted at the Al Ma'shum Vocational School next year using the forecasting exponential smoothing method. The prediction system for new students at the Al Ma'shum Vocational School uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages to help the forecasting process be fast and accurate. The prediction results for 2022 are accounting majors as many as 19.23 new students with MAPE 20.52%, computer and network engineering majors as many as 102.73 new students with MAPE 9.12% and motorcycle engineering majors as many as 76 new students with MAPE 25.53 %. So it can be concluded that the forecasting exponential smoothing method can help predict new students at SMK Al Ma'shum.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Community service activities were carried out by the STMIK Royal lecturer team in the form of HR development training with the theme "Becoming Excellent Human Resources in the Digital Era" for the Regional Management Board and the District BKPRMI District Management Board whose implementation was centered in the hall of the Kisaran Timur sub-district sub-district office on 15-16 January 2022 . There are several goals to be achieved in this activity, namely: providing knowledge about HR in the Digital era, providing knowledge about HR development strategies, and providing knowledge about the benefits of technology in the da'wah process. This activity was attended by 20 representatives from the sub-district.
