Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada Pengembangan Anak Indonesia Bimba Aiueo Di Tanjung Duren Jakarta Barat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu hasil dari tekhnik slovin yaitu sebanyak 50 responden. Analisis data menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis dan uji hipotesis. Pengujian hipotesissecara parsial variabel pelatihan kerja (X1) diperoleh nilai nilai thitung > ttabel ( 0,637>1,677) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 > 0,05 Artinya pelatihan kerja (X1) tidak terdapat pengaruh tetapi signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Uji statistik variabel motivasi (X2) terhadap kepuasan karyawan diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel ( 4,944>1,677 ) dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 . Artinya motivasi (X2) sangat berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan karyawan (Y). Pengujian hipotesis secara simultan diperoleh nilai fhitung > ftabel (66,230 > 3,195) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompensasi (X1) dan motivasi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan karyawan (Y). Determinasi diperoleh R Square sebesar 0,738, artinya variabel kompensasi dan motivasi secara bersama-sama memiliki kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 73,8% terhadap kepuasan karyawan. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 26,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the partial and simultaneous influence of leadership and organizational communication to organizational culture, to know the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and to know the partial and simultaneous influence of leadership and organizational communication on employee performance.This research is associative with quantitative approach. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Wira Kharisma Property, while the sample used in this study as many as 100 respondents. Technique of collecting data by questionnaire, and technique of data analysis using instrument test, classical assumption test, path analysis, t test and f count test. The results showed, There is influence between leadership on organizational culture at PT. Wira Kharisma Property. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menelaah dan menjelaskan bagaimana peranan manajemen sumber daya manusia terhadap strategic agility dan organizational agility dalam menjawab tantangan transformasi digital pada PT Wira Kharisma Properti. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dimana masalah yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini ditentukan pada masalah yang sedang terjadi, maka untuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Penelitian ini melakukan pendekatan fenomenologi dimana penulis akan melihat suatu realita yang berhubungan dengan peranan manajemen sumber daya manusia terhadap strategic agility dan organizational agility dalam menjawab tantangan transformasi digital pada PT Wira Kharisma Properti. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Strategi MSDM sangat penting untuk kesuksesan bisnis karena membentuk hubungan antara organisasi dan karyawan. Strategi MSDM membantu organisasi bertahan dengan meningkatkan kemampuan mereka untuk menarik,mengembangkan, memotivasi, dan mempertahankan karyawan. Strategi MSDM bertindak sebagai teknik yang digunakan perusahaan untuk mempertahankan karyawan berbakat mereka pada waktu yang tepat, yang membantu mereka mempertahankan tingkat operasi yang efisien, untuk mempertahankan pengembangan organisasi yang berkelanjutan, dan untuk mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of Bank Soundness at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk based on the RGEC method for the period 2015 – 2019 which is recorded in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis method uses the RGEC approach, collecting data that relating to the component indicators of the RGEC method and related data with the results of self assessment, calculating the indicator value of each components of the RGEC method in accordance with Bank Indonesia regulation No.13/1/PBI/2011 and Circular Letter of the Financial Services Authority No. 14/SEOJK.03/2017. The results of research at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk 2015 period predicate Bank Central Asia's soundness rating is “VERY HEALTHY”, with a score of weighting of 93.33%, in 2016 the predicate of the soundness of Central Bank Asia “VERY HEALTHY”, with a weighted score of 96.67%, in 2017 Bank Central Asia's rating of "HEALTH" level of soundness, with a weighting score of by 93.33%, in 2018 the predicate of Bank Central Asia's soundness level “HEALTH”, with a weighting value of 93.33%, in 2019 the predicate level of Bank Central Asia (BCA) “HEALTH”, with a weighting value of 96.67%. And in general for the 2015-2019 period the Bank's soundness level Victoria is at the “HEALTH” level with an average weighting value of 94.67%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of non-civil servants at the Setu sub-district office, South Tangerang city, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is associative quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and the sample obtained in this study was 60 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reality tests, classical assumption tests, quantitative analysis, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this research, compensation has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 68.1% and the hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value > t table or (11.133 > 2.002). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 85.5% and the hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value > t table or (18.506 > 2.002). Compensation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 1.687 + 0.167X1 + 0.794X2. The simultaneous determination coefficient value is 86.5% while the remaining 13.5% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained calculated F value > F table or (182.232 > 3.160).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of non-PNS employees at the Setu sub-district office, South Tangerang city, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is associative quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and the sample obtained in this study was 60 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reality tests, classical assumption tests, quantitative analysis, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results obtained were multiple linear regression Y = 18.003 + 0.334X1 + 0.389X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.580. The coefficient of determination of the motivation variable (X1) and work discipline (X2) contributes 33.7%. The calculated t value > t table or (11.650 > 2.002) so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a partial positive and significant influence between motivation (X1) on employee performance (Y). The calculated t value > t table or (4.914 > 2.002) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a partially positive and significant influence between work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y). The calculated F value > F table or (14.458 > 3.160) so that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performance at PT Sigma Cipta Caraka in BSD, South Tangerang City. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula and a sample of 84 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 38.9% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (7.226 > 1.989). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 57.4% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (10.506 > 1.989). Leadership and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 6.388 + 0.217X1 + 0.581X2. The coefficient of determination value is 63.7% while the remaining 36.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained calculated F value > F table or (71.195 > 2.720).

Abstract

This study of this purpose was to determine the effect of Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT Widjaja Indo Berjaya North Jakarta Employees Partially and Simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method, with the nature of quantitative associative research. The research variables consist of independent variables Work Environment and Work Discipline, and dependent variables Employee Performance. The population taken is as many as 33 respondents. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Work Environment positive affects Employee Performance with regression equation Y=30.853+0.637X1. The value of coefficient determination is 0.579 or 57.9%. Test the hypothesis t count > t table (6.535 > 2.042), then H01 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. 2) Work Discipline positive effect Employee Performance with regression equation Y=14.308+1.532X2. The value of the coefficient determination is 0.623 or 62.3%. Test the hypothesis t count > t table (7.158 > 2.042), then H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. 3) Work Environment and Work Discipline positively affect Employee Performance with regression equation Y=12.315+0.361X1+0.991X2. The value of the correlation coefficient of 0.866 means the independent variable with the dependent variable has a perfect relationship level a coefficient determination of 0.732 or 73.2%. Test hypothesis F count > F table (40.882 > 3.32), then H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means is a significant simultaneously between the Work Environment and Work Discipline on the Performance of PT Widjaja Indo Berjaya North Jakarta Employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the physical work environment, physical work environment, and organizational culture on performance at the South Tangerang City Manpower Office. Method method used Quantitative. Sampling technique used is a saturated sample which amounted to 77 respondents. Tests used validity test, reliability test reliability, classical assumption test, linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, test the coefficient of determination, hypothesis test (t test and f test). The results of the research environment, physical work environment and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation Y = 4.5.employee performance with the regression equation Y = 4.379 +0.178 X1 + 0.705X2. The simultaneous correlation coefficient is 0, 893 or 89.3%.meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. Determination value or contribution of 79.8% the rest by 20.2% Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount value 46.374> F table 3.120 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT BPR Dana Mandiri, Bogor Regency. The method used is quantitative. The population in this study was 83 respondents. The results of the analysis show that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.03 < 0.05, and the t count is 3.064 > 1.990 t table. The physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, and a calculated t value of 13.653 > 1.990 t table. Motivation and Physical Work Environment have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y= 2.081+ 0.161X₁ + 0.791X₂. The coefficient of determination value is 8.81% while the remaining 0.91% is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or variables that are not examined. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (296.167 > 3.11).
