Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance in Employees of the Regional People's Representative Council of South Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The results of this study are that Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 20.173 + 0.491 X1, the correlation value of 0.467 means that both variables have a moderate relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination is 21.8%. Test the hypothesis obtained t count > t table or (3.089 > 2.007). Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 26.095 + 0.372 X2, the correlation value is obtained at 0.578 meaning that the two variables have a moderate level of relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination is 33.4%. Test Hypothesis obtained t count > t table or (5.106 > 2.007). Discipline and Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 14,700 + 0.332 X1 + 0.307 X2, a correlation value of 0.651 means that both variables have a strong level of relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination is 42.4%. Test the hypothesis obtained F count > F table or (18.737 > 3.18).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training on employee performance, the effect of work discipline on employee performance and the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance at Djournal Coffee in South Jakarta. The method used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach, namely by describing the condition of the respondents and research variables. The population in this study were all employees of Djournal Coffee in South Jakarta. The sample used was 62 respondents with saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, Classical assumption test and multiple regression through the coefficient of determination (R2), t test and f test, the result of the study is that training has a significant effect on employee performance. with a correlation coefficient value of 0.638, it means that the two variables have a strong relationship with a coefficient of determination of 63.8% with the hypotension test obtained t count > t table or (5.847 > 1.671). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.693, meaning that both have a strong relationship with a coefficient of determination of 69.3% and the hypotension test obtained t count > t table or (3.205 > 1.671). Training and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on performance with the regression equation Y = 14,224 + 0.115X1 + 0.397X2, the coefficient of determination is 70.4%, which means that the independent and dependent variables have a strong relationship, while the remaining 29.6% is influenced by other factors. Hypotension test obtained F count > F table or (28.274 > 3.16) thus ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, thus there is a simultaneous significant effect between training and work discipline on employee performance at Djournal Coffee in South Jakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh parsial dan simultan variabel Return On Equity, Return On Investmen terhadap Harga Saham perusahaan PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk periode 2012-2022.  Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian merupakan laporan keuangan yang bersumber dari IDX dan website resmi PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif Asosiatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistic deskriptif dan analaisis linier sederhana dan berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS ver.23. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan adalah variabel Return On Equity, Return On Investmen tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh dari hasil pengujian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh dari variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 9.6% sementara sisanya 90.4% dipengaruhi variable lain diluar penelitian.Kata kunci : return on equity; return on investment; harga saham

Abstract

Community Service (PKM) aims to optimize physical and mental health through the implementation of work-life balance within the Indonesian Fitness Sports Community (ORKI) in Tangerang. This activity is based on the need to raise public awareness about the importance of maintaining a balance between work and personal life to achieve holistic health. The methods employed include morning exercise, archery, and focus group discussions (FGDs), designed to strengthen participants' understanding of the close relationship between physical health, mental well-being, and life balance. The results of the activity demonstrate active participation and high enthusiasm from ORKI members, who not only gained an understanding of the importance of holistic health but also acquired new insights on managing time, involvement, and satisfaction in daily life. This activity strengthens the collaboration between Pamulang University and ORKI in promoting a healthy, productive lifestyle that benefits the community.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work motivation discipline on employee performance at PT. Relife Property in Jakarta partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative, with the nature of quantitative associative research. The population taken was 60 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires (Questionnaires). Data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing with the help of the Statistical Product and Service (SPSS) version 24 program. The results of the study showed partially. Discipline on employee performance partially has a significant positive effect which is indicated by This can be seen from the t count> t table (10.420> 1.978) and is also reinforced by the ρ value < sih.0.05 or 0.000 <0.05 and has a large influence contribution of 47.2% with a strong relationship level because it has a correlation value of 0.687. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the calculated F value> F table (79,415> 2,680) and is reinforced by the P value <sig 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05 and has a contribution of 61.6% and a very strong relationship level because it has a correlation value of 0.785 and a regression equation of Y = 2.988 + 0.359 X1 + 0.532 X.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of employee branding and corporate reputation on the intention to apply among Generation Z students (a case study of Management Program students at Universitas Pamulang), both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative with an associative quantitative approach. The population consists of a group of individuals, and data collection is carried out using questionnaires. The data analysis techniques include validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing, supported by the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program. The results show that employee branding significantly influences the intention to apply. This is evidenced by the statistical analysis, which demonstrates a strong relationship and a substantial contribution of employee branding to the intention to apply. Similarly, corporate reputation also significantly affects the intention to apply, supported by strong statistical relationships and a meaningful contribution. Simultaneously, employee branding and corporate reputation have a significant effect on the intention to apply. This conclusion is supported by the results of hypothesis testing, showing a very strong relationship and a considerable contribution of these factors to the intention to apply. The study concludes with a regression equation demonstrating the relationship between the variables

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang dilakukan di Desa Rancasumur adalah bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan manajemen operasional dan sumber daya manusia pertanian untuk menciptakan petani unggul demi mencapai ketahanan pangan di Desa Rancasumur. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan: 1).melakukan studi pendahuluan, studi ini dilakukan sebagai tahap penyerahan proposal, atau menjalin kerja sama sebagai mitra pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dan koordinasi dengan tim dari mitra. 2). yaitu dengan menganalisis kebutuhan, 3). merumuskan kebutuhan apa saja yang akan dijadikan sebagai bahan atau dasar dari tahap kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini, 4).Kegiatan penyuluhan yaitu tidak lepas dari bagaimana agar sasaran penyuluhan dapat mengerti, memahami, tertarik, dan mengikuti apa yang disuluhkan dengan baik, benar, dan atas kesadarannya sendiri berusaha untuk menerapkan ide-ide baru dalam kehidupannya.5). Hasil dati kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa salah satu kendala yang dihadapi sektor pertanian di Indonesia adalah keterbatasan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) di bidang pertanian. Rendahnya kesejahteraan petani di Indonesia disebabkan oleh kapasitas mereka yang tidak memadai, seperti kemampuan manajerial, daya tawar cenderung lemah, terbatasnya akses pada permodalan dan informasi, dan tingkat pendidikan mereka yang rendah. Sehingga kegiatan PKM ini dapat menjadi wadah untuk membuka berbagai sudut pandang dalam memahami dan menyatukan tujuan dari Desa Rancasumur.

Abstract

The pupose pf this community service activity is to provide sounseling on the Strategy for Building Personal Branding in the Digital Era for Local MSME at ORKI (Indonesian Fitness Sport) Sputh Tangerang City. The methods use in this program include counseling, training and direct assistance to participants. MSME actors are given material on the importance of personal branding, how to create interesting content, and digital marketing strategies to increase customer reach and engagement.in addition, the are also taught how to manage interactions with the audience professionally and build trust through testimonials and customer experiences. Participants are members of the ORKI Community, totaling 24 participants. The result of this activity show an increase in participants understanding in building a stronger business identity. Local MSME actors have begin to apply various branding strategies that have been taught, such as consistency in the use of logos, colors, and communication styles on various digital platforms. In addition, they are also more active in utilizing social media as a means of promotion and interaction with customers. The output of this activity is an accredited journal which can later be used as a reference for various parties.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap Kinerja Pegawai ASN pada Biro Umum Setjen Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (KLHK) Jakarta Pusat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling perhitungan rumus slovin 10%. Hasil akhir yang didapat adalah 65 orang sebagai responden dari populasi awal yaitu 186 orang pegawai. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji instrument penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis kuantitatif dan uji hipotesis yang diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS IBM Versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Kompensasi (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Pegawai (Y), hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai thitung > ttabel atau (5,232 > 1,998) dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,550 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan korelasi sedang. Secara parsial variabel Disiplin Kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Pegawai (Y), hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai thitung > ttabel atau (7,581 > 1,998) dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,691 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan korelasi kuat. Secara simultan variabel Kompensasi (X1) dan variabel Disiplin Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Pegawai (Y), hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau (31,750 > 3,150) dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,711 artinya ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki tingkat hubungan korelasi yang kuat

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at Drive In Carwash West Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The population of this study was all employees of Drive In Carwash West Jakarta as many as 61 employees and the determination of the sample used saturated samples where the entire population was sampled, so that the sample of this study was 61 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires filled out by employees and analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The results of this study showed that partially compensation had a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 19.458 + 0.533X1. The correlation coefficient value of 0.522 means that both variables have a moderate level of influence with a determination coefficient of 26.8%. Hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (3.042> 1.688), this is reinforced by a significant probability of 0.000 <0.05. Partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 29.735 + 0.289X2. The correlation coefficient value of 0.406 means that both variables have a moderate level of influence with a determination coefficient of 26.8%. Hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (1.848> 1.688), this is reinforced by a significant probability of 0.000 <0.05, and simultaneously Compensation and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 17.904 + 0.413X1 + 0.162X2. The correlation coefficient value obtained is 0.518, meaning that the independent variable with the dependent variable has a moderate level of influence with a determination coefficient or simultaneous influence of 26.8% while the remaining 73.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count> F table or (11.721> 3.14), this is also reinforced by a significant probability of 0.000 <0.05.
