Abstract

This study aimed to obtain information on everyday clothing Suku Anak Dalam in Sungai Jernih Village Muara Tabir sub-district Tebo regency Jambi province which includes the characteristics of everyday clothing and how to wear clothes everyday (apparel, school apparel, clothing outlets, hunting clothing and gardening clothes). The results of this study everyday clothing Suku Anak Dalam in the Sungai Jernih Village Muara Tabir subdistrict Tebo regency Jambi province the characteristics of clothing at home, gardening and hunting clothes for men are same wearing loincloths for women's clothing in an adult only home wearing gloves from the waist down limit, while still a girl wearing a tank top and sarong. school clothes (a children's) are wearing red and white uniforms like elementary school children in general. Clothes for shopping to the market of men and women is same with clothing at home if the wears top clothes as the general public. How to use everyday clothes that women are ridden by entering a sarong until limit the waist, then develop a fabric wrap to the next part gets left waist, used the materials. How to wear a tank top with the Java, wrapped around the upper body by wrapping cloth used is a long cloth. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the planning, organization, implementation, evaluation, and learning outcomes of biology with character education with Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (T-PACK) approach through PBL model at SMAN 8 Semarang. Covid-19 virus has spread to infect almost all countries in the world. Learning management studies show the need for state readiness in the case of a pandemic in the direction of education. Learning management during covid-19 pandemic was carried out with Project Based Learning (PBL). One of the learning managements that applied was T-PACK model. Based on the results of the previous research, there was very little research on T-PACK development related to character education. The approach in this study was interdisciplinary qualitative with phenomenological approach. The design research was case study. Informants are 2 biology teachers. The technique of checking the validity of the data using Degree of Trust (Credibility), Transferability, Defendability, and Certainty (Confirmability). Data that has been collected from in-depth interviews with informants was processed and then data analysis was carried out. The stages of data analysis have 4 main components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the planning, organization, implementation, evaluation, and learning outcomes of biology contained character education with the T-PACK approach through PBL model. The results of this study are expected to be source and study material in increasing knowledge about management of biology learning with character education with help of T-PACK through the PBL model.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate leraning to read Indonesian beginning in class II at Pondok Kacang Timur 03 Elementary School. This research uses a descriptive evaluation method with a qualitative approach. The data collected includes interviews with teachers and students, observation of evaluation activities. The results showed that the evaluation of early reading learning in the school used an outcome evaluation which consisted of formative and summative evaluations. Formative evaluation is carried out through oral tests, while summative evaluation is carried out through objective tests. Process evaluation is carried out t review the planning, implementation, and management of the learning process. Evaluation of students reading development is divided into process evaluation and product evaluation. Evaluation of learning outcomes inludes cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. This study provides an overview of the evaluation of early reading learning in grade II at Pondok Kacang Timur Elementary School and can be used as a basis for improving the process of learning to read at that school.

Abstract

Peningkatan profesi guru menuntut guru untuk menguasai beragam kompetensi, salah satunya adalah keterampilan untuk menulis suatu artikel ilmiah. Kendala yang sering ditemui adalah masih banyak guru yang belum memiliki keterampilan tersebut maupun berkesempatan untuk belajar menulis artikel ilmiah. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah mendampingi guru sekolah dasar untuk berlatih menulis artikel ilmiah. Program pelatihan dilakukan secara daring dengan bantuan MS Teams serta dilakukan sebanyak empat sesi online meeting serta empat kali latihan mandiri. Kuota peserta sebanyak 15 orang dengan peserta aktif sebanyak delapan orang. Hasil pelatihan berupa draft artikel ilmiah yang dapat dipublikasikan pada jurnal ilmiah yang sesuai. Program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam mengembangkan kompetensi serta keterampilan yang dibutuhkan oleh guru di era globalisasi saat ini.

Abstract

Motivation to learn is needed in the learning process at school so that learning objectives can be achieved as expected. Learning motivation This research was conducted on the basis of findings of problems that arise in the school environment, especially in the education of elementary school children, namely related to students' learning motivation. This has been proven at school, where some children show a lack of enthusiasm and even do not want to participate in the learning process, for example children do not pay attention to the teacher's explanations and are busy telling stories with their friends. This problem demands the need for a learning media that provides Achievement Star rewards. The method used is a comparative descriptive method with a qualitative approach and a quantitative approach which aims to compare the motivation of students' learning levels without using achievement stars. This research involved 29 children. Data was collected through classroom observations during learning and documentation. Based on analysis of previous research data, it was found that before there was concrete media with awarding achievement stars, children were less enthusiastic about participating in learning activities. The research results show that using concrete media by giving Achievement Stars can motivate children's learning. For example, children are enthusiastic about learning, active when asking questions or asking questions during learning activities, carrying out assignments given by the teacher until they are finished. By giving this achievement star, educators are helped so that they can increase children's learning motivation. The research results showed that there was an increase from pre-cycle, to cycle 1, then cycles II, and III. It can be seen from the percentage of students' learning motivation in the pre-cycle, 28% was categorized as very poor, in cycle I it was 51.72% categorized as poor, in cycle II it reached 69%, it was categorized as sufficient and in cycle III it reached 93.10%, it was categorized as very good. Thus, it can be stated that the application of learning using concrete media and achievement stars can increase students' learning motivation in class II Elementary School Civics learning

Abstract

Pentingnya pengetahuan tentang psikologi diperlukan olehdunia Pendidikan karena dunia pendidik menghadapi pesertadidik yang unik dilihat dari segi karakteristik perilaku,kepribadian, sikap, minat, motivasi, perhatian, persepsi, dayapikir, inteligensi, fantasi, dan berbagai aspek psikologis,kognitif dan lainnya yang berbeda antara peserta didik yangsatu dengan peserta didik yang lainnya. Jenis penelitian inimerupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatankualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa perbedaankarakteristik psikologis yang dimiliki oleh para peserta didikharus diketahui dan dipahami oleh setiap guru atauinstruktur yang berperan sebagai pendidik dan pengajar dikelas, jika ingin proses pembelajarannya berhasil.

Abstract

Almost every year, Indonesia experiences flood disasters, such as those experienced in Pandeyan Village. Thus, Pandeyan Subdistrict needs the role of Yogyakarta City BPBD in flood disaster management efforts. This research aims to determine and analyze the role of the Yogyakarta City BPBD in managing flood disasters in Pandeyan Village, Kemantren Umbulharjo, Yogyakarta City. This research uses descriptive qualitative research and uses data collection techniques such as observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the role of Yogyakarta City BPBD in flood disaster management has carried out and fulfilled its role in accordance with the role theory put forward by Sondang P. Siagian. Yogyakarta City BPBD has played a role in flood disaster management efforts through several programs and activities carried out in Pandeyan Village

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh aspek budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan dan kedisiplinan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. Objek penelitian adalah PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Kuantitatif dan Metode Survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan kuesioner kepada 60 sampel responden karyawan PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar dan diolah dengan bantuan software SPSS 24. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan berdasarkan hasil uji t sebesar 3.355 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.001, dimana signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Aspek kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan berdasarkan hasil uji t sebesar 1879 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.065 dimana 0,065 > 0.05. Sedangkan aspek kedisiplinan berdasarkan hasil uji t sebesar 3.313 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.002 dimana 0.002 < 0.05 sehingga diperoleh bahwa aspek kedisipilanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of aspects of organizational culture, leadership and discipline on improving employee performance at PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. The research object is PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. The methods used are Quantitative Analysis and Survey Methods. The data collection technique in this research is using a questionnaire to 60 sample respondents of PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar employees and processing it with the help of SPSS 24 software. The results of this research show that aspects of organizational culture have a significant effect on increasing employee performance based on the t test results of 3,355 with a value significant of 0.001, where the significance is 0.001 <0.05. The leadership aspect does not have a significant effect on improving employee performance based on the t test results of 1879 with a significant value of 0.065 where 0.065 > 0.05. Meanwhile, the discipline aspect is based on the t test results of 3.313 with a significance value of 0.002 where 0.002 < 0.05 so it is found that the discipline aspect has a significant effect on improving employee performance.
