Abstract

The construction of the Gebrak Pakumis House is part of the commitment of the Tangerang Regency Government which is managed by the Tangerang Regency Housing and Settlement Service in the renovation program for uninhabitable houses belonging to poor residents. Balaraja District, Tangerang Regency, which borders directly with DKI Jakarta Province, is one of the many destinations for migrants outside the residential areas of residents who work around the area. Residential land is getting narrower day by day because most of the area is used as residential areas, causing slum settlements to form. The Uninhabitable House Rehabilitation Activity involves builders who will carry out house construction activities. The builders still have high hopes that this Uninhabitable House Rehabilitation Activity can fully assist in renovating uninhabitable houses into habitable houses that meet the requirements. Location of outreach activities Providing information to builders about the implementation of Rehabilitation construction for Uninhabitable Houses. Preparation method, coordination, identification and verification of residents' houses included in the list of potential aid recipients (CPB), making planning drawings, socializing craftsmen, discussions. In socialization activities, more time is needed because many craftsmen still have minimal understanding of construction, although some craftsmen already have quite a lot of experience. As a result of this socialization, craftsmen understand more about implementation drawings, which in previous activities relied on experience. With the results obtained from this socialization, craftsmen need technical guidance to increase the knowledge and competence of craftsmen to ensure the implementation of Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2023

Abstract

Melalui fasad, didapatkan gambaran fungsi ruang di dalamnya. Dalam merancang sebuah fungsi ruang, kualitas akustik menjadi salah satu hal yang harus diperhatikan. Masjid sebagai tempat ibadah, menuntut tingkat kebisingan rendah, sedangkan pada rest area tol Cipularang terdapat sebuah bangunan masjid dengan jarak yang sangat dekat dengan keberadaan jalan tol dengan tingkat kebisingan yang tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kebisingan dan efektifitas fasad masjid dalam mereduksi bising, serta menjabarkan mengenai peranan fasad terhadap kualitas akustik masjid sebagai tempat ibadah. Manfaat penelitian adalah untuk menambah wawasan baru mengenai penggunaan fasad untuk tempat ibadah dalam mereduksi bising. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yang diarahkan untuk mengidentifikasi berdasarkan pandangan peranan nilai, penelitian ini bersifat objektif. Dari hasil penelitian, tingkat kebisingan Masjid Al Mi’raj masih belum memenuhi standar atau batasan kebisingan yang ditentukan dalam SNI 03-6386-2000, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa fasad pada Masjid Al Mi’raj masih kurang efektif dalam mereduksi bising, diperkuat dengan hasil analisis Noise Reduction (NR), Masjid Al Mi’raj hanya memiliki nilai NR rata-rata sebesar 1.66 dB(A).

Abstract

The aviation industry increasingly relies on composite materials to optimize performance and reduce weight in high-speed aircraft structures. These materials offer superior strength-to-weight ratios, corrosion resistance, and design flexibility. Understanding the mechanical properties of composite materials is essential for enhancing the safety and efficiency of high-speed aircraft. This research aims to analyze the strength characteristics of composite materials used in high-speed aircraft structures. The study focuses on evaluating the mechanical properties and performance under various loading conditions to determine their suitability for aviation applications. An experimental approach was employed, involving the fabrication of composite samples using different matrix and fiber combinations. Tensile, compressive, and flexural tests were conducted to assess mechanical properties. Data were collected and analyzed to evaluate the performance of each composite configuration under simulated operational conditions. The findings indicated that hybrid composite materials exhibited the highest strength and stiffness, outperforming traditional materials. The tensile strength of the best-performing composite reached up to 600 MPa, while flexural tests showed significant resistance to deformation. These results highlight the potential of advanced composites to enhance the structural integrity of high-speed aircraft. The research underscores the importance of selecting appropriate composite materials for high-speed aircraft applications.
