Abstract

Cirebon city moves continually to become Smart City by making technology to public service. One form of technology to public service to is by providing internet facilities for public or for community. Currently there are several internet facility services for public, but these services are only available at certain location points and are not spread evenly. Apart from that, the government has difficulty in determining the right location points to serve as public internet service facilities. The purpose of this research is to analyze the pattern of distribution of internet facilities location points so that they can be mapped digitally using Geographic Information Systems. In this research, the data used were 49 object data points for location of internet facilities in Cirebon. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed using the Nearest Neighbor Analysis (NNA) method to determine the distribution pattern of internet facility location points. Based on the resulting distribution pattern, it can be implemented into digital mapping using Geographic Information Systems. So the Geographic Information System can help the government in making decisions, and for the public to find out the location points of internet facilities in Cirebon.

Abstract

The quality of education in Indonesia has become a serious problem in recent years. Various problems such as poor education management, inequality of facilities between urban and rural areas, and traditional learning methods that do not follow the development of modern technology make the quality of education low. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the application of Augmented Reality (AR) in Theme 3 Thematic learning in Elementary Schools. The research method uses the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) approach, with testing based on the ARCS (Attention, Relevance, Confidence, and Satisfaction) Motivation Model. In addition, a test of students' level of understanding was carried out using the Student Activity Sheet (LKPD). Data was obtained from 32 grade 3 elementary school students. The test results showed that the AR application had an excellent interpretation/very effective interpretation score of 86%, with details of 90% for Attention, 82% for Relevance, 81% for Confidence, and 84% for Satisfaction. The level of students' understanding of the material is also high, with an average score of 85. So it can be concluded that the Augmented Reality application is very feasible to be applied in the Theme 3 Thematic learning process in Elementary Schools because it is able to effectively increase students' interest and understanding.

Abstract

The submission and evaluation of final project proposals constitute a vital administrative stage in higher education. At Universitas Universal, this process previously relied on semi-manual methods via Google Drive and spreadsheets, which led to data privacy vulnerabilities, examiner evaluation bias, and inefficient data recapitulation. To address these challenges, this study developed a centralized, web-based proposal submission and monitoring information system. Built using Laravel and MySQL databases, the software development process was managed through the Agile Scrum framework across four Sprints. The system incorporates Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to enforce multi-tenant document security, an asynchronous similarity check using a recursive common substring match to prevent title duplication, and an independent grading module using digital rubrics to ensure objectivity. Software quality evaluations demonstrated high reliability: functional black-box testing achieved a 100% success rate, PHPUnit testing (183 test cases, 611 assertions) passed without errors, and white-box testing showed an overall statement code coverage of 76.9% (exceeding 87% in critical business logic and database model layers). The system successfully digitizes, secures, and standardizes the academic proposal workflow. Abstract

Online transportation responds to people's needs in relation to publictransport. Online transportation, which in this context is Grab and Go-Jek, isan alternative that is favored by many people, especially in the Cirebon area. This study aims to measure the level of service satisfaction received and futurecustomer expectations of online transportation services. For our purpose, weuse Fuzzy Service Quality method which is used to determine the variablecustomer needs that are not met by calculating the GAP between the servicesprovided and the expectations of the customer as the Voice of Customer, where the data collection technique is carried out by distributingquestionnaires. The results are Reliability rank 2 with a value of 0.100,Responsiveness rank 4 with a value of 0.86, Assurance rank 3 with a value of0.090, Empathy rank 5 with a value of 0.040, Tangibles rank 1 with a value of0.139. Based on these results, we suggest that an empathy-related policymaking concerning professionalism should not become an obstacle.
