Abstract

ABSTRACT : Printing is an industrial process for mass-producing writing and printing picture. Servis  needed today more and more people as it can facilitate the delivery of information. Printing Mahardika still using conventional systems in transaction that are still common errors in preparing reports.Conducted purpose of research is the creation of an information system to facilitate ordering and payment transactions in the printing. Research methods used were observation, interview and literature study, Analysis, design, and implementation. With existence of this system is expected can assist transaction process so that consumer can process data faster and can yield correct information. Keyword           : Design, Information system, Ordering, Payment.   ABSTRAKSI : Percetakan  adalah  sebuah proses industri untuk memproduksi secara massal tulisan dan gambar.Jasa cetak saat ini semakin banyak dibutuhkan masyarakat karena dapat mempermudah dalam penyampaian suatu informasi. Percetakan mahardika masih menggunakan sistem konvensional dalam transaksinya sehingga masih sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pembuatan laporan. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian adalah terciptanya sebuah sistem informasi untuk memudahkan transaksi pemesanan dan pembayaran pada percetakan.. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Observasi,Wawancara, Studi kepustakaan, Analisis, Perancangan, dan Implementasi. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu proses transaksi sehingga pengguna dapat mengolah data dengan lebih cepat dan dapat menghasilkan informasi yang tepat. Abstract

Abstract

The aim of these community service activities is to mentor the teachers and new knowledge about making Eductional Game Tools (APE) for animal and human puppet in RA learning throughout the village of Kereng Bangkirai. The presence of Wayang animals and Wayang Oran's APE is caused by hurdles often encountered at any institution related to media learning in relation to cost issues. With APE, puppet becomes a learning media solution that can be adapted to the topics and learning materials. The method used by this service is Participatory Action Research (PAR). This service was carried out at RA Al-Musafirin in the Kereng Bangkirai district. The result of this activity is the availability of educational gaming tools that are easy to find and use affordable tools and materials for the educational media. In this way, the media is filled to support children's learning in RA.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture, commitment, and discipline on employee job satisfaction at PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing. The independent variables in this study are work culture, commitment, and discipline, while the dependent variable is employee job satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population in this study were all permanent employees of PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing. The sample was determined by simple random sampling technique, so that 100 respondents were obtained. Data collection using a questionnaire, while data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Meanwhile, commitment has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously, work culture, commitment, and discipline have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The implication of this research is the need for PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing to continue to strengthen a positive work culture and increase employee commitment in order to increase employee job satisfaction. In addition, the company also needs to pay attention to aspects of employee discipline in order to support increased job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Viktimisasi Struktural Terhadap Pekerja Migran Indonesia Ilegal di Kabupaten Indramayu Desa Juntinyuat. Dalam penelitian ini melihat bagaimana viktimisasi struktural yang dialami pekerja migran ilegal, etika imigran legal dan juga eksploitasi imigran. Hasil dari penelitian ini melihat bagaimana faktor-faktor struktural di masyarakat, termasuk di dalamnya adalah faktor ekonomi, faktor sosial, dan faktor ideologi menyebabkan kerentanan perempuan sehingga mengalami viktimisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai metode penelitian dengan menggunakan dua orang korban pekerja migran ilegal sebagai subyek penelitian, dimana kedua informan tersebut menjadi temuan lapangan yang dipergunakan sebagai bahan analisis dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Literasi adalah kemampuan untuk menggunakan bahasa dan gambar dalam bentuk yang kaya dan beragam untuk membaca, menulis, mendengarkan, berbicara, melihat, menyajikan, dan berfikir kritis tentang ide-ide. Literasi awal anak mengacu pada pengetahuan, kemampuan, dan sikap tentang membaca dan menulis sebelum mereka memasuki sekolah formal.  Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mengembangkan literasi awal anak di keluarga pada Kecamatan Pahandut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu menjelaskan data atau objek secara natural, objektif, dan faktual untuk meneliti dan menemukan informasi berupa kata-kata tertulis yang dideskripsikan ataupun secara lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang diamati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterlibatan keluarga adalah tanggung jawab, kontribusi dan partisipasi dalam perkembangan literasi awal anak. Aktivitas atau kebiasaan literasi orang tua dan anggota rumah lainnya di sekeliling anak akan menanamkan kesadaran pada diri anak akan budaya literasi. Kebiasaan keluarga merupakan bentuk keterlibatan secara tidak langsung yang dapat mempengaruhi minat anak dalam kegiatan literasi. Keluarga yang memiliki kebiasaan literasi memiliki peluang yang lebih besar dalam menanamkan minat literasi pada anak. Sedangkan keluarga yang tidak memiliki kebiasaan literasi memiliki peluang untuk mengajarkan keterampilan literasi pada anak.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Permainan kucing dan tikus dilakukan sebagai upaya mengembangkan perilaku prososial anak. Hal ini terjadi karena dalam permainan kucing dan tikus terdapat beberapa aspek terkait prososial yang mencakup kemampuan bermain dengan teman sebaya, memahami emosi, merespon, berbagi, dan bekerjasama. Sehingga, permainan kucing dan tikus dapat dilakukan untuk tujuan mengembangkan perilaku prososial pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perkembangan perilaku prososial dalam permainan kucing dan tikus di TK IT Asy Syaamil Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif guna menjelaskan data secara natural untuk menemukan informasi tentang perilaku prososial anak. Waktu pelaksanaan penelitian dari Maret-Mei 2023. Sumber data meliputi sumber data primer yaitu 9 anak kelompok B dan 2 orang guru. Sumber data sekunder yaitu kepala sekolah dan dokumen. Kemudian teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permainan kucing dan tikus yang melibatkan banyak anak setiap bermain dapat mengembangkan perilaku prososial pada anak usia 5-6 tahun yang mencakup kemampuan bermain dengan teman sebaya, mengetahui perasaan temannya dan merespon secara wajar, bersikap kooperatif, dan mengekspresikan emosi sesuai dengan kondisi yang ada seperti senang, ataupun sedih. Dalam permainan kucing dan tikus dapat terjalin kerjasama yang baik guna mencapai tujuan permainan.Kata Kunci:  Permainan Kucing dan Tikus, Perilaku Prososial, Anak Usia DiniABSTRACT. The cat and mouse game is played as an effort to develop children's prosocial behavior. This happens because in the game of cat and mouse, there are several aspects related to prosociality, which include the ability to play with peers, understand emotions, respond, share, and cooperate. So, the cat and mouse game can be played to develop prosocial behavior in children aged 5–6 years. This research focuses on the development of prosocial behavior in cat and mouse games at the IT Asy Syaamil Palangka Raya Kindergarten. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to explain the data naturally to find information about children's prosocial behavior. The research implementation time is from March to May 2023. Data sources include primary data sources, namely 9 group B children and 2 teachers. Secondary data sources are school principals and documents. Then data collection techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the research show that playing cat and mouse, which involves many children playing each game, can develop prosocial behavior in children aged 5–6 years, which includes the ability to play with peers, know their friends' feelings and respond appropriately, be cooperative, and express emotions according to conditions. There are things like happy or sad. In the game of cat and mouse, good cooperation can be established to achieve the goals of the game.Keyword: Cat and Mouse Game, Prosocial Behavior, Early Childhood

Abstract

The study aims to know the effect of Kids YouTube channels on building English listening skills in children. It is known that the selected channel can improve children’s listening skills, particularly by enriching their English vocabulary. This research used experiment method, sample was students third grade Elementary School at SDN 16 Kramat Jati. The result of research is YouTube channel Kids to improve students listening skills, the writer concludes that English song media on YouTube channel Kids improved the students listening skills. It can be seen from the students listening scores between before-used English song media on the YouTube channel and after-used English song media in the learning activity. In the score pre-test or before using English song media on YouTube channel kids in learning activity, the result showed that the mean of the students was 57.91, and after using English song media on YouTube channel kids in learning activity, the result from the mean of the students in the score post-test was 61.89. It means the score of the post-test was higher than the score of the pre-test. So it can be concluded that there was a different score to better when using English song media on YouTube channels for kids in the class.

Abstract

Early childhood character education is a challenge amidst the moral decline of the nation's children. This study highlights the importance of collaboration between parents and teachers in shaping children's character. This quantitative research with correlational method analyzes the relationship between parent collaboration, teacher collaboration, and early childhood character development. The study population consisted of early childhood, parents, and teachers in several PAUD and TK institutions, with a sample of 20% of the total population. Data collection was conducted through a structured questionnaire with indicators of communication, involvement, and moral support from parents, as well as planning, implementation, and evaluation by teachers. The analysis showed that collaboration between parents and teachers significantly contributed to children's character development, including cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. Teacher collaboration has a greater influence than parents. This study emphasizes the importance of synergy between families and schools in creating a learning environment that supports early childhood character development.
