Abstract

Adolescence is a transitional period from childhood. Adolescence is marked by the search for identity, then in adulthood self is obtained little by little absorbed in the order of chronological age and spiritual age. This study aims to determine the effect of parenting style on the learning discipline of class XI students of the Fashion Design Department of SMK Negeri 1 Bancak. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach with comparative causal methods. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, so that the sample in this study amounted to 72 students of class XI, the Department of Fashion. Data collection tool using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, it was stated that the majority of parents applied permissive parenting with a percentage of 40.3%, and student learning discipline was in the sufficient category with a percentage of 53.8%. Based on simple linear regression analysis, it is stated that there is a significant effect of parenting style on student learning discipline, where parenting style has a contribution of 11.1%

Abstract

This is a correlational research, aimed to determine (1) the correlation between the work experience and work motivation of private high school teachers in Waingapu City, (2) the correlation between well-being and work motivation of private high school teachers in Waingapu City, and (3) the correlation between the work experience, well-being, and work motivation of the private high school teachers in Waingapu City. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, documentation, and questionnaire. The research located in private high schools in Waingapu City in 2021 (PGRI High School, Muhammadyah High School, Kristen High School, and Andaluri Catholic High School). The population of this study were 140 people, with the sample of  90 people. The data analysis technique was the bivariate correlation with the Spearman test tool, which was processed using the SPSS Version 21.00. The research results are as follows: (1) There is a significant correlation between the work experience and work motivation because the overall correlation coefficient value (r = 0.442**) is at a 1% confidence level with a Sig. 0.000. (2) There is a significant correlation between well-being and work motivation of private high school teachers overall (r = 0.469**) at a 1% confidence level with a Sig. 0.000. (3) There is a significant correlation between work experience, well-being, and work motivation, with a correlation coefficient of (r = 0.604**) at a 1% confidence level with a Sig. 0.000. The suggestion is that the school foundation needs to optimize their efforts to improve the teacher work motivation through the appreciation of their work experience and also paying attention to the well-being of the teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of interpersonal communication on students dating violence in XII Tata Busana class of SMK PGRI 1 Salatiga. This type of research uses a causal comparative approach. The population of this research is students of XII Tata Busana class at SMK PGRI 1 Salatiga for the academic year 2022/2023 with a total of 40 students. The research sample was taken using total sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression technique with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant negative influence of interpersonal communication variables on students dating violence. These results are evidenced by the acquisition of a tcount value which has a negative sign of -2.408 and a significance value (p) of 0.021 <0.05 is obtained

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tutoring on understanding the learning styles of class XII students at SMK PGRI 2 Salatiga. This type of research is causal comparative research. In this study, the population was 84 students of class XII at SMK PGRI 2 Salatiga and the sample was taken using total sampling technique. Data collection in this study was revealed using a closed questionnaire instrument and the research data were analyzed using a simple linear regression technique with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of tutoring on understanding the learning styles of class XII students at SMK PGRI 2 Salatiga. These results are proven by obtaining tcount > ttable (10.870 > 1.987) and a probability value (p) of (0.000 <0.05)

Abstract

Salah satu perilaku yang dapat menghambat perkembangan siswa yaitu perilaku tidak asertif. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan kecenderungan siswa yang diam dan kurang aktif saat proses pembelajaran pada siswa SMP. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan asertivitas siswa melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan populasi siswa kelas VIIIC SMP N 3 Suruh dengan besar sampel 14 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrument yang digunakan yaitu angket skala asertivitas pre test dan post test. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis Mann-Whitney U Test. Berdasarkan analisis observasi dan evaluasi kelompok eksperimen dapat mengalami perubahan peningkatan asertivitasnya dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Hasil uji hipotesis Mann-Whitney U Test pada hasil post test kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol sebesar sig. 0,002 < 0,050. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan perilaku asertif siswa kelas VIIIC SMP N 3 Suruh. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh intensitas penggunaan game online terhadap disiplin belajar siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Tengaran. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah 144 orang siswa kelas XI IPS, sesuai jumlah populasi yaitu 144 orang siswa. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen skala dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perolehan nilai signfikansi 0,000 < 0,05 serta nilai t_hitung yang lebih besar t_tabel (-10,508 > 1,982). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh negatif signifikan intensitas penggunaan game online terhadap disiplin belajar siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Tengaran. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh kecerdasan emosi terhadap efikasi diri siswa kelas X Jurusan Keperawatan di SMK PGRI 1 Salatiga Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 30 orang siswa kelas XI Jurusan Keperawatan di SMK PGRI 1 Salatiga. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Jurusan Keperawatan SMK PGRI 1 Salatiga sebanyak 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala dan data dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perolehan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,004 < 0,05 dan t hitung > t tabel (3,152 > 1.701). Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kecerdasan emosi terhadap efikasi diri siswa kelas X Jurusan Keperawatan di SMK PGRI 1 Salatiga. Abstract

Tujuan aktivitas pengabdian masyarakat ini : (1) meningkatkan motivasi guru dalam menyusun program sekolah dan (2) meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun program sekolah berupa program sekolah. Tujuan tersebut dicapai melalui pelatihan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, demontrasi, dan latihan. Setelah aktivitas trainning dilaksanakan monitoring dan evaluasi oleh Panitia untuk melihat dan mendampingi guru dalam menyusun program sekolah. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa program pengabdian masyarakat berlangsung dengan baik dan lancar. Program ini mampu memberi motivasi kepada guru dalam menyusun program sekolah dan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun program sekolah. Kendala-kendala yang muncul pada tahap identifikasi kebutuhan dan penyusunan program sekolah dapat diatasi dengan metode pendampingan. Adapun saran yang dapat diajukan dari hasil program pengabdian masyarakat ini, bagi guru-guru diharapkan memiliki motivasi dan senantiasa membudayakan kegiatan menyusun program sekolah setiap tahun.

Abstract

Self-confidence influences the way a person interacts and communicates with other people. Confident people tend to build stronger relationships because they can express themselves without worrying about being rejected or criticized. Conversely, a lack of self-confidence can prevent a person from building healthy and mutually beneficial relationships. This research aims to determine the relationship between self-confidence and interpersonal communication in class XI students. This research is quantitative research with 67 class XI vocational school students as research subjects. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Data collection in this study used a scale of self-confidence and interpersonal communication. The research data was analyzed using Kendall's Tau-b correlation with the help of an application IBM SPSS Statistic 23.0. The results of data analysis show that there is a relationship between self-confidence and interpersonal communication as evidenced by the obtained r value = 420 and p value = 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the relationship between social adjustment and conformity in class IX students of SMP Negeri 1 Suruh for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The research method used is a descriptive approach with a correlational research type. The population in this study were 281 students with a total sample of 162 students who were taken using a proportional random sampling technique. The results of the descriptive analysis of the research show that the variables of social adjustment and student conformity are in the moderate category with a percentage of 48%. Correlation analysis in this study used Kendall's tau-b technique with the results showing that there was a significant relationship between social adjustment and conformity in class IX students at SMP Negeri 1 Suruh.
