Abstract

Tujuan aktivitas pengabdian masyarakat ini : (1) meningkatkan motivasi guru dalam menyusun program sekolah dan (2) meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun program sekolah berupa program sekolah. Tujuan tersebut dicapai melalui pelatihan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, demontrasi, dan latihan. Setelah aktivitas trainning dilaksanakan monitoring dan evaluasi oleh Panitia untuk melihat dan mendampingi guru dalam menyusun program sekolah. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa program pengabdian masyarakat berlangsung dengan baik dan lancar. Program ini mampu memberi motivasi kepada guru dalam menyusun program sekolah dan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun program sekolah. Kendala-kendala yang muncul pada tahap identifikasi kebutuhan dan penyusunan program sekolah dapat diatasi dengan metode pendampingan. Adapun saran yang dapat diajukan dari hasil program pengabdian masyarakat ini, bagi guru-guru diharapkan memiliki motivasi dan senantiasa membudayakan kegiatan menyusun program sekolah setiap tahun.

Abstract

Self-confidence influences the way a person interacts and communicates with other people. Confident people tend to build stronger relationships because they can express themselves without worrying about being rejected or criticized. Conversely, a lack of self-confidence can prevent a person from building healthy and mutually beneficial relationships. This research aims to determine the relationship between self-confidence and interpersonal communication in class XI students. This research is quantitative research with 67 class XI vocational school students as research subjects. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Data collection in this study used a scale of self-confidence and interpersonal communication. The research data was analyzed using Kendall's Tau-b correlation with the help of an application IBM SPSS Statistic 23.0. The results of data analysis show that there is a relationship between self-confidence and interpersonal communication as evidenced by the obtained r value = 420 and p value = 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the relationship between social adjustment and conformity in class IX students of SMP Negeri 1 Suruh for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The research method used is a descriptive approach with a correlational research type. The population in this study were 281 students with a total sample of 162 students who were taken using a proportional random sampling technique. The results of the descriptive analysis of the research show that the variables of social adjustment and student conformity are in the moderate category with a percentage of 48%. Correlation analysis in this study used Kendall's tau-b technique with the results showing that there was a significant relationship between social adjustment and conformity in class IX students at SMP Negeri 1 Suruh.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the relationship between work motivation and teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Suruh, Semarang Regency. The type used in this research is correlational research. The sampling technique used in this research is technique total sampling  by taking as many as 30 teachers according to the population. The data in this study were taken using a scale technique with 4 alternative answers. The data obtained will then be analyzed using correlation techniques kendall’s tau-b with the help of programs IBM Statistics SPSS 25. The results showed that a correlation coefficient of 0.587** was obtained and a significance value of 0.000 (0.01). These results indicate that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Suruh, Semarang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the relationship between Self-Efficacy and Academic Procrastination in Class XII Students of SMK Nusa Persada, Semarang Regency. This type of research is a correlational study that aims to determine whether there is a relationship or not there is a relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study was 41 students of Class XII at Nusa Persada Vocational School, Semarang Regency. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling. Data of this research were analyzed by using Kendall's Tau-b correlation analysis. based on the results of data analysis, the correlation coefficient value was -0.463 with a significance value of 0.001. These results indicate that there is a negative and significant relationship between self-efficacy and academic procrastination in class XII students at Nusa Persada Vocational School, Semarang Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh antara motivasi belajar siswa terhadap perilaku disiplin siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Salatiga. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian inferensial dengan menggunakan teknik Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana (Sugiyono, 2010). Subyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 131 siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS Versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil regresi linear sederhana dapat diketahui bahwa nilai dari Adjusted R squarenya adalah 0,013 yang berarti 0,13%, jadi dapat dilihat bahwa motivasi belajar hanya memberikan sumbangan sebesar 0,13% untuk perilaku disiplin siswa dan untuk 99,87% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan untuk hasil Anovanya diketahui bahwaF hitung = 2.75 dan F tabel = 3.94. Oleh karena nilai F hitung lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan F tabel (2.75<3.94) dan untuk untuk tingkat probabilitasnya 0.99 sehingga lebih besar dari 0.05 (0.99>0.05) jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh maka dapat dikatakan juga bahwa motivasi belajar tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku disiplin.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts of guidance and counseling teachers in improving student skills at Sudirman Ambarawa Islamic High School in the 2023/2024 school year. This research uses qualitative research methods. This type of research is descriptive. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The subjects or informants in this study are counseling teachers and students who have low social skills. This study identified several findings related to the efforts made by counseling teachers in improving students' social skills. These efforts include: BK teachers provide a series of understandings about socializing which are carried out classically and provide ice breaking aimed at knowing the enthusiasm in interacting between students and their peers, BK teachers provide opportunities for students to respond well in play groups with their peers, BK teachers provide BK instruments and process the results obtained to determine the number of students with social problems, BK teachers provide BK services such as individual counseling with a reality counseling approach, BK teachers provide group guidance role-playing techniques and provide group counseling according to the number of students experiencing social skills problems.

Abstract

This research was conducted to study how adolescents with broken home family backgrounds interact socially. The research method used was qualitative research. Data were collected through interview and observation techniques on broken home adolescents in RT 009/RW 002 Krajan Tengaran. The results showed that, 1) Social interaction of adolescents between individuals with individuals is not good, the three adolescents tend to the three adolescents tend to hide their own problems, do not like to hang out with many friends and limit themselves with others. The three adolescents also showed selfishness in interacting. What became the factors for this are divorce, separation of parents and no harmonious relationship between family members. 2) Social interaction of broken home adolescents with groups, the three adolescents were more quiet, aloof and did not like to hang out with friends in the group they participated in. Of the three adolescents also showed a high level of emotional sensitivity, making them vulnerable to taking offense in interactions with the surrounding environment.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the significance of the relationship between empathy and social support of peers with pro-social behavior in Class XI at SMK Negeri 3 Salatiga. The type of research used is a correlational study to find the close relationship between the Empathy variable (X1) and pro-social behavior and the close relationship of the Peer Social Support variable (X2) with pro-social behavior (Y). Then investigate the relationship between the variables Empathy (X1) and Social Peer Support (X2) with pro-social behavior. The population of the study included the entire class XI of SMK Negeri 3 Salatiga, a total of 462 students. Sample determination in this study used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique to determine the number of samples in each class. To determine the sample, the researcher used an error rate of 5%, so the sample the researcher took was 198 students per department of Class XI. The researcher's data collection technique used a scale with 28 items declaring empathy, 33 items declaring peer social support, and 35 items declaring social behavior, with 5 response alternatives. . The data obtained were then analyzed using Kendall's tau_b technique using the statistical program IBM Statistic SPSS version 25.0. The results of the study showed that there is a significant relationship between empathy and pro-social behavior, as evidenced by obtaining a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an r value = 0.531. In addition, the results of research on social support from peers with pro-social behavior showed a significant relationship of 0.000 < 0.05 and r value = 0.505. Meanwhile, the research results on empathy and social support of peers with pro-social behavior showed a significant relationship with the result r = 0.661.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Ex-Postfacto, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh antara persepsi guru tentang kepemimpinan sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (2) pengaruh yang signifikan antara persepsi guru tentang supervisor pendidikan terhadap kinerja guru; (3) pengaruh antara pemahaman guru tentang kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan terhadap guru SMP Negeri dan Swasta di Kota Magelang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 670 guru dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 168 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket. Teknik analisis data digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana dan berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: (1) ada kontribusi secara simultan persepsi guru tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan pemahaman guru tentang kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru; (2) adanya pengaruh persepsi guru tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan pemahaman guru tentang kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru; (3) adanya pengaruh persepsi guru tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa guru sudah dapat memperbanyak pengetahuan tentang kepemimpinan, supervisi kepala sekolah, kompetensi profesional dalam mewujudkan kinerja guru yang optimal.
