Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality on satisfaction and loyalty of Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) members who become members of the Sharia Cooperative Center (PUSKOPSYAH) in Jambi. The development of BMT in Jambi is quite slow compared to other provinces on the SumatraIsland; so this research was carried out in Jambi City. This research design used quantitative methods with a survey approach. The type of data used was primary data. Primary data were obtained through distributing questionnaires to respondents who members of five BMTs become members of PUSKOPSYAH in Jambi, with a total sample of 140 respondents taken using the purposive sampling method. Quantitative data was processed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with SmartPLS 3 software. From the resultsof this study showed that Service Quality has a significant effect on satisfaction and satisfaction has significant effect on loyalty. Meanwhile, Service Quality variable does not significantly influence the loyalty of BMT members.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat miskin di Kecamatan Tungkal Ilir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa hasil kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara. Metode analisis data berupa uji validitas, uji reabilitas, dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PKH memperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (0,000<0,05), dengan nilai koefisien 0,326, artinya PKH berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Selain itu, diperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 0,492 atau 49,2% yang artinya PKH mempengaruhi kesejahteraan masyarakat sebesar 49,2%. Kata Kunci: Program Keluarga Harapan, Kesejahteraan Masyarakat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik mustahik penerima dana zakat produktif, mekanisme distribusi zakat produktif pada BAZNAS Kabupaten Muaro Jambi serta mengetahui dan menganalisis efektivitas pengelolaan dana zakat produktif pada usaha mikro mustahik dilihat dari pendapatan sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan program dana zakat produktif. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini karakteristik responden mustahik dalam penerima program dana zakat produktif di BAZNAS Kabupaten Muaro Jambi ini mayoritas adalah perempuan dengan persentase 75%, berdasarkan usia persentase terbesar adalah 30% mustahik yang berusia 39-48 tahun, berdasarkan pekerjaan yang mendominasi adalah Iburumah tangga dengan persentase sebesar 42,5% dan usaha mikro mustahik mayoritas adalah jenis usaha kuliner dengan persentase sebesar 55%. Mekanisme distribusi zakat produktif dilakukan dengan pengajuan mendapatkan zakat produktif, pengisian formulir di BAZNAS Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, seleksi mustahik, pendistribusian dana zakat produktif, pembinaan dan dilakukan pemantauan program. Dari titik kesesuaiannya Skala Guttman dengan mengukur indikator efektivitas suatu program berdasarkan dengan jumlah rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar yang menjawab ya sebesar 86,85% dan responden yang menyatakan tidak sebesar 13,15% sehingga dapat dikatakan program dana zakat produktif di BAZNAS Kabupaten Muaro Jambi sudah efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembayaran PayLater dan metode pembayaran Cash On Delivery (COD) terhadap keputusan pembelian di Shopee. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengaitkan faktor keputusan pembelian dengan faktor metode pembayaran PayLater dan Cash On Delivery (COD). Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Data yang digunakan berupa data Primer yang diperolah dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 25, yang mana data tersebut selanjutnya akan dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Metode pembayaran PayLater tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian; (2) Metode pembayaran Cash On Delivery (COD) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian; (3) Metode pembayaran PayLater dan Cash On Delivery (COD) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This research is entitled Social Mapping of the Zakat Village Index (IDZ) on the Zakat Community Development (ZCD) Program for Optimizing the Empowerment of Zakat Funds. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the right village to be the object of calculating the Zakat Village Index. As well as knowing and analyzing the priority scale of a village in receiving zakat funds using the Zakat Village Index Calculation method. The method used is a quantitative method, by collecting data based on available databases such as BAZNAS and BPS. The analytical tool used in this study is the Zakat Village Index (IDZ) by calculating the multi-stage weighted index method. The results showed that three villages deserved to be the object of the calculation of the Zakat Village Index. namely Pematang Rahim Village, Bukit Tempurung Village and Sungai Beras Village. The priority scale for villages to receive zakat funds in the Zakat Community Development program is determined by calculating the Zakat Village Index, which is adjusted to the Score Range. The closer the IDZ value is to 1, the more villages are not prioritized. On the other hand, the closer IDZ is to 0, and the village is prioritized for assistance. The results of the calculation of the Zakat Village Index in the three villages used as research objects show that Pematang Rahim with an IDZ value of 0.56, shell hills of 0.50, and Sungai Beras village of 0.56 so that it can be concluded that the three villages can be considered for assistance

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Strategi Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Pesantren Menuju Kemandirian Ekonomi Dalam Prespektif Ekonomi Islam.Pondok Pesantren As’ad memilki 10 unit usaha, pendirian unit usaha untuk menopang pemberdayaan dan pengembangan Pondok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan pemberdayaan ekonomi Pesantren As’ad Kota Jambi serta bagaimana strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui unit usaha Pondok Pesantren As’ad di Kota Jambi.Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer dengan cara melakukan wawancara dengan beberapa narasumber seperti ibu najla, ibu istiqomah, santri dan santriwati Serta sub bagian unit usaha.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pondok As’ad telah menerapkan pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui pengembangan unit usaha untuk menopang pemberdayaan dan pengembangan Pondok, Pondok Pesantren As’ad juga menerapkan strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi EMAS (Ekonomi Maju As’ad Sejahtera) dengan penerapan perekonomian dari, oleh, untuk Pondok Pesantren As’ad dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan santri, Usaha dijalankan sangat baik dengan pengelola unit usaha dan penguatan internal dan memberikan dampak kebermanfaat pada masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of halal knowledge, brand image, and price on the decision to purchase YOU cosmetics among studentsat the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jambi. The research method used is quantitative. The data source used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire using a 1-5 Likert scale with 90 respondents, namely students who use YOU cosmetics at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jambi, actively in 2025. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing was conducted using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that the brand image and price variables have a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision of YOU cosmetics among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jambi, while the halal knowledge variable at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jambi, while the halal knowledge variable does not influence the decision to purchase YOU cosmetics. YOU Beauty is a local Indonesian cosmetics brand known for offering high-quality beauty products at affordable prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine strategies that can be applied in Halal Product Process Assistance (PPH) in the Self Declare in UMK line in Jambi Province. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research with data collection procedures through observation, interviews, and documentation and using SWOT Matrix as an analysis technique. The results showed the Halal Product Process Assistance Strategy (PPH) by knowing and comparing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that four created PPH Companion strategies in Halal Product Process Assistance (PPH) in the Self declare for UMK in Jambi Province, namely: (1) SO Strategy (Strenghts-Opportunities) PPH carries out its role actively and maintains good and informative services to UMK in the implementation of Process Assistance Halal Products (PPH), (2) WO (Weakness-Opportunities) Strategy Optimizing the role of PPH companions by strengthening knowledge and abilities regarding Halal Certification in the self-declare path as well as motivation and encouragement by LP3H, (3) ST Strategy (Strenght-Threat) BPJPH, Jambi Province Satgas Halal, and LP3H as well as PPH companions provide information to the public about the defense of halal certification obligations in 2024 and accommodate all related institutions and (4) the WT (Weakness-Threat) Strategy by strengthening the quality of PPH Companions in carrying out their roles by providing supporting facilities in the implementation of Halal Product Process Assistance (PPH) from BPJPH, Satgas Halal, LP3H. Abstract

Islamic Economics Students' Perceptions of Digital Philanthropy Platforms and Their Impact on Islamic Economics Students' Interest in Donating", aims to determine students' perceptions of digital philanthropy which is now increasingly developing and to determine students' interest in donating. This research is included in qualitative research, using interviews as primary data and books, journals, current news, and previous research as secondary data. Participants in this research were 15 active students of the 2018, 2019 and 2020 Islamic Economics Study Program at Jambi University. The data processing stages in this research include editing, organizing, and drawing conclusions, and the analysis stages of this research are Unitizing, Sampling, Recording/coding, Reducing, Abductively Inferring, and finally Narrating . The results of this research are that student perceptions are quite good, but knowledge or literacy about philanthropy information and philanthropy itself is very poor. Students have an interest and interest in using and introducing digital philanthropy platforms and are positively interested in continuing to do philanthropy, and as the interview progresses, participants' interest in philanthropy becomes better. This illustrates the positive relationship between perceptions and interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the government's role in the halal certification program, to determine and analyze the response of business actors and consumers to the halal certification program and to determine and analyze the relationship between the halal certification program and the application of Islamic business ethics. The research method used is qualitative. The data sources used in this research consist of two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used in this research are direct observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that: (1) The government plays an active role in optimizing the halal certification program for micro and small business actors in Jambi City by opening a free halal certification program (SEHATI) from January 2 2023 to October 17 2024 with a target of 1 million free halal certification quota with self-declare mechanism. (2) The response of business actors to the halal certification program in Jambi City is very positive. Halal certification is very important for business actors, because with halal certification, they can market their products to super markets or even souvenir centers. This of course has a positive impact because it can increase the selling value of the product. The consumer response to the halal certification program in Jambi City was welcomed positively, because with the halal label, consumers do not need to worry about the ingredients contained in it which have been confirmed to be halal. (3) The relationship between the halal certification program and the application of Islamic business ethics in the form of the main principles in Islamic business ethics in the form of, Tauhid, balance, free will and responsibility has been implemented by business actors. So apart from complying with government regulations with the existence of Law No. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees, business actors also apply the principles of business ethics in running their business
