Abstract

Information technology's role in various aspects of business activities nowadays focuses on using information systems to process financial transactions. With the help of information technology, business people can meet their information needs quickly, on time, relevant, and accurately. This study aims at determining the dimensions used in measuring the quality of information technology and the effectiveness of accounting information systems. Besides, it is also to determine the positive or negative impacts caused by changes in Information Technology on the efficacy of Accounting Information Systems. This research used an experimental method. The data collection is done by conducting a literature study and interviews with several informants who use accounting information systems to MSME business players in Bandung City. The results of this study indicate that the determination of the development of Information Technology has proven to have a positive effect on the effectiveness of the Accounting Information System. User satisfaction and system use are the dimensions most widely used to measure the effectiveness of information systems, and hardware, software, brainware, and communication networks are the dimensions most widely used by researchers to measure the quality of information technology

Abstract

This community service aims to introduce the role of AIS and IT and increase the capacity of human resources of BUMDes managers. BUMDes are important in driving the village economy, but often experience constraints in efficient financial and operational management. Effective implementation of AIS and IT can help overcome these obstacles, but requires adequate understanding and HR skills. This activity involves intensive training and mentoring to BUMDes managers. The method used is a participatory approach with workshops, seminars, and practical training sessions. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires, and interviews to assess the effectiveness of the program. The results show an improved understanding and skills in using AIS and IT to support BUMDes management. They are better able to implement an integrated accounting system and utilize IT to improve operational efficiency and financial transparency. The program also identified challenges, such as limited technology infrastructure in the villages and the need for ongoing support.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the impact of product promotion, service, and customer satisfaction training on the competitiveness of SMEs on the Go-Food platform. Additionally, this research aims to identify strategies that can enhance visibility, sales, and customer loyalty. The research methods used include analyzing product quality, service quality, promotion, and customer satisfaction. This approach includes the use of social media, SEO, paid advertising, and loyalty programs. Data was collected through surveys and customer feedback. The research findings indicate that effective training in product promotion and service can improve customer satisfaction and the competitiveness of SMEs. The implementation of strategies such as the use of social media and loyalty programs has proven to increase visibility and sales. Quick and professional responses to customers, as well as maintaining cleanliness standards and product quality, also contribute positively. Therefore, it can be concluded that training on product promotion, service, and customer satisfaction is crucial for enhancing the competitiveness and success of SMEs on the Go-Food platform. With the right strategies, SMEs can achieve long-term growth and improve customer loyalty.

Abstract

Optimizing sales is important in ensuring business continuity. This qualitative study was carried out to find empirical evidence of the effectiveness of financial applications and inventory control in optimizing sales of MSME products assisted by IPEMI, Bandung City, West Java. The use of primary data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 155 MSME managers in the city of Bandung which were carried out randomly using the simple random sampling method. The influence between variables was tested using the SMART PLS 4.0 analysis technique. The findings of this research show that the use of financial applications is very effective in increasing sales volume and has a better effect compared to inventory control. This research also provides important aspects for cafe and restaurant business actors in terms of the need for adequate risk assessments for inventory management, the availability of competent resources in managing financial applications and the need for effective sales procedures so that consumers feel helped in encouraging customers to make product purchase transactions.

Abstract

a follow-up to the superior community empowerment program of Indonesian computer universities (PPMUPT) which consists of a collaboration of 3 study programs, namely the Postgraduate Program, Accounting and Computerized Accounting, in the 2nd year PPMUPT Program funded by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, as part of the tridarma has begun implemented after the adaptation of new habits / new normal with mentoring meetings on a limited scale, starting again in accordance with the programs that have been launched by the Village-owned enterprises in Desa Pagerwangi, West Bandung Regency. Assistance includes the need to improve BUMDES by utilizing existing facilities and those that are being prepared. Assistance for BUMDes optimization in terms of ICT utilization, BUMDes governance in terms of strengthening HR competencies, financial management and marketing of IRT products that are integrated and facilitated in BUMDes. is in the process of making the BUMDes e-ticket, e-commerce and postal (point of sale) application which is integrated with the BUMDES SMART ASSET that has been built and improved according to the BUMDes Desa Pagerwangi work program in 2020. In addition to this, an online training system is implemented and direct assistance in BUMDes between lecturers, village officials, IRT and other communities while still following health and social distancing procedures. The results of the activities obtained by the PPMUPT UNIKOM implementation team in 2020 found other potentials that could be developed in the Village such as the establishment of the Village Multipurpose Building which can be used for various activities / meetings with the Village community (giving BLT, Village Deliberations, receptions, seminars etc.) , Village sports field facilities (Sorga Desa) which can be used as an integrated tourist site (camping ground, jogging track, café, and minimarket) and the construction of BUMDES Building which has been facilitated with adequate facilities has been completed. Having sufficient village potential and balanced with good management is expected to help the village from an economic downturn after the covid-19 outbreak.

Abstract

Abstrak Pertanian merupakan sektor utama di Indonesia yang merupakan basis pangan nasional terpenting. Di Kabupaten Bandung, terdapat salah satu daerah yang dapat mempertahankan usaha pertanian ditengah arus konversi lahan yang terletak di Kec. Rancaekek tepatnya di Desa Sukamanah. Peluncuran program Petani milenial di Jawa Barat dilatar belakangi rendahnya produktifitas pangan karena jumlah petani semakin sedikit. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu menumbuhkembangkan semangat kewirausahaan pertanian di kalangan generasi milenial melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi/industri/inovasi/infrastruktur, meningkatkan produksi pangan, serta meningkatkan kualitas SDM dalam manajemen usaha pertanian. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi. tim sedia tani melaksanakan pendampingan pada  Gabungan kelompok Tani (GAPOKTAN) Sukamukti yang dihadiri oleh 30 anggota kelompok tani. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilakukan dengan cara mengimplementasikan Aplikasi SEDIA TANI yang telah dibangun Tim sebagai solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini. Dengan akses pasar yang lebih luas melalui platform online, potensi penjualan dan pendapatan petani bisa meningkat. Kata Kunci: pemanfaatan; sedia tani; pengelolaan; pendistribusian produksi; komunitas; petani milenial Abstract Agriculture is a major sector in Indonesia which is the most important national food base. In Bandung Regency, there is one area that can maintain agricultural businesses amidst the flow of land conversion located in Rancaekek District, precisely in Sukamanah Village. The launch of the Millennial Farmer program in West Java was motivated by low food productivity because the number of farmers is decreasing. The purpose of this Community Service is to foster a spirit of agricultural entrepreneurship among the millennial generation through the use of information technology/industry/innovation/infrastructure, increase food production, and improve the quality of human resources in agricultural business management. The methods used are socialization, training, application of technology, mentoring and evaluation. The Sedia Tani team provided mentoring to the Sukamukti Farmer Group Association (GAPOKTAN) which was attended by 30 members of the farmer group. Community Service activities are carried out by implementing the SEDIA TANI Application that the Team has built as a solution offered to overcome current problems. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of accounting information system literacy on sales volume, operating costs and product excellence. The shape, packaging and design as well as the excellence of the goods remain prime and the price remains the same, because the quality of the goods remains number one in the eyes of buyers. This study used a sample of 125 food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX from 2020 to 2024. The test tool used was regression analysis which measures the effect of independent variables on dependent variables and uses independent variables to predict dependent variables. The results of the study confirmed that sales volume and operating costs affect accounting information system literacy. Abstract

One of the betel nut plate craftsmen who is also the Chairperson of the Mendis Maju Bersama (MMB) Cooperative, Supriyanto, admits that he produces pinan midrib plates. Farmers in Bayung Lencir, South Sumatra, burn areca nuts. But now, the betel nut is used by residents to become a handicraft that has a selling value. To produce cutlery from areca nut, the residents use a press machine. Betel nuts are washed before processing. The old fronds are then dried. After drying, the fronds are pressed and then cut to the size of the plate or rice box. Before printing, the fronds must be moistened first so that they are softer and do not tear easily. Creative industry and environmentally friendly product innovation will be the focus of the development of betel nut midrib management. Availability of raw materials and empowering sustainable communities because this product addresses environmental issues, especially the issue of the use of plastics in Indonesia so far and this product is one of the solutions to product innovation in the areca nut substitute for plastic and styrofoam. The results of innovation in the management of areca nut as a substitute for Styrofoam are the handicrafts of rural communities in order to support the family economy and maintain an environmentally friendly nature.Abstrak: Salah satu pengerajin piring pelepah pinang yang juga Ketua Koperasi Mendis Maju Bersama (MMB), Supriyanto mengaku produksi piring pelepah pinan. Pelepah pinang biasanya dibakar oleh para petani di Bayung Lencir, Sumsel. Namun kini, pelepah pinang dimanfaatkan warga untuk menjadi kerajinan yang punya nilai jual. Untuk memproduksi peralatan makan dari pelepah pinang warga menggunakan mesin press. Pelepah pinang dicuci bersih sebelum diolah. Pelepah tua kemudian dikeringkan. Setelah kering, pelepah di-press lalu dipotong sesuai ukuran piring atau kotak nasi. Sebelum cetak, pelepah harus dibasahi dulu agar lebih lembut dan tidak mudah robek. Industri kreatif dan inovasi produk ramah lingkungan akan menjadi fokus pengembangan pengelolaan pelepah pinang Ketersediaan bahan baku serta memberdayakan masyarakat berkelanjutan karena produk ini menjawab isu lingkungan khususnya isu Pegunaan Plastik Di Indonesia selama ini dan produk ini salah satu solusinya inovasi produk pelepah pinang penggganti plastik dan styrofoam Produk hasil inovasi pengelolaan pelepah pinang menjadi wadah makanan pengganti styrofoam adalahhasil kerajinan tangan masyarakat pinggiran guna menopang ekonomi keluarga  serta menjaga alam yang ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

Managers as stakeholders use accounting strategic management in implementing their business strategy. The essence of strategic management accounting is to create satisfaction for its customers which is known as the concept of value chain analysis. Currently the implementation of strategic management accounting has used information technology known as Accounting Information systems. Accounting Information systems produce Accounting Information that managers use in making strategic decisions in any company. This study used descriptive and verificative methods. Respondents in this study were 60 functional managers SOEs in Bandung Indonesia. Quality data tested by Validity and Reliability test. Statistical tests use structural equation model-PLS. Abstract

Abstrak Pelatihan penentuan harga pokok produksi merupakan langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan badan usaha milik desa. Kegiatan ini difokuskan pada badan usaha milik desa Ulak Paceh Jaya yang memproduksi pakan ternak. Peserta kegiatan ini berjumlah 60 orang kepala desa dan perangkat desa Ulak Paceh Jaya. Program ini sangat penting dalam mendukung pengembangan perhitungan digitalisasi stoberi kasir online dalam penentuan harga pokok produksi yang berguna untuk menetapkan harga jual produk secara lebih terukur. Melalui pelatihan ini, peserta diajak memahami sekaligus menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan lingkungan usaha, termasuk pemanfaatan teknologi, pencatatan akuntansi, dan identifikasi komponen biaya yang memengaruhi harga pokok produksi .Pelatihan bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman praktis mengenai manfaat digitalisasi stoberi kasir dalam perhitungan biaya produksi yang akurat, termasuk bahan baku, tenaga kerja, dan overhead. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, simulasi, PGD dan praktik langsung. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta dalam menentukan harga jual yang kompetitif tanpa mengorbankan margin keuntungan. Implikasi pelatihan ini, BUMDes desa Ulak Paceh Jaya mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, daya saing, dan keberlanjutan bisnis dalam jangka panjang. Kata Kunci: stoberi kasir; harga pokok produksi; strategi keberlanjutan; tenaga kerja; akuntansi. Abstract Training on determining the cost of production is a strategic step to improve the sustainability of village-owned enterprises. This activity focuses on village-owned enterprises in Ulak Paceh Jaya which produce animal feed. Participants in this activity are 60 village heads and village officials in Ulak Paceh Jaya. This program is very important in supporting the development of digital calculations for online cashier strawberries in determining the cost of production which is useful for setting product selling prices in a more measurable way. Through this training, participants are invited to understand and adapt to changes in the business environment, including the use of technology, accounting records, and identification of cost components that affect the cost of production. The training aims to provide a practical understanding of the benefits of digitalizing cashier strawberries in calculating accurate production costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead. The methods used include lectures, simulations, PGD and direct practice. The results of the training showed an increase in participants' understanding in determining competitive selling prices without sacrificing profit margins. The implications of this training are that BUMDes in Ulak Paceh Jaya village is able to increase efficiency, competitiveness, and business sustainability in the long term. Keywords: cashier strawberries; cost of production; sustainability strategy; labor; accounting.
